High School Girls Have Had Enough – File Lawsuit To Stop Allowing Trans-Women To Compete Against Them

The families of 3 high school cross-country runners are attempting to stop transgender athletes from participating in girls’ sports in Connecticut by filing a federal lawsuit a day before the start of the state’s indoor track championships.

Students Selina Soule, Chelsea Mitchell, and Alanna Smith claim that allowing students with male anatomy to participate in sports against female-born athletes hinders their competitive opportunities. The lawsuit was filed against the Connecticut Association of Schools and the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference, which require that students be treated according to the gender with which they identify, in keeping with the state’s anti-discrimination law and with local boards of education for Bloomfield, Cromwell, Glastonbury, Canton, and Danbury.

“Mentally and physically, we know the outcome before the race even starts,” Smith told the Associated Press on Wednesday. “That biological unfairness doesn’t go away because of what someone believes about gender identity. All girls deserve the chance to compete on a level playing field.” Smith is the daughter of former Major League pitcher Lee Smith.

Soule, Mitchell, and Smith are represented by the Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative faith-based organization. “Forcing girls to be spectators in their own sports is completely at odds with Title IX, a federal law designed to create equal opportunities for women in education and athletics,” ADF counsel Christiana Holcomb said. “Connecticut’s policy violates that law and reverses nearly 50 years of advances for women.”

One year ago, the group filed a complaint to the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights on behalf of Soule and two more students whose names were not disclosed at the time, explaining that transgender girls had repeatedly won competitive races and that Title IX policy violated federal protections for female athletes.

The plaintiffs have placed behind two transgender sprinters in more than a dozen statewide races since 2017, with Mitchell finishing third in a state track competition last year. “Our dream is not to come in second or third place but to win fair and square,” Mitchell said. “All we’re asking for is a fair chance.”

The suit is being challenged by the American Civil Liberties Union, which claims that the measure is “a dangerous distortion of both law and science in the service of excluding trans youth from public life.”

Transgender female runner Cece Telfer has argued that the reverse is true, dismissing the claims that her male anatomy provides her with an advantage against female-born runners and attributing a handicap to her performance incurred through her medical transition.

Rush Limbaugh Chokes Up On Air After Fans Offer To Donate Their Own Lungs To Save Him From Cancer

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh teared up on air after discussing how several fans offered to donate their lungs after he recently announced he has lung cancer.

“That is mind-boggling,” Limbaugh, 69, said Wednesday on his show after his producer told him a caller offered to give him a lung. The host said his producer, James “Bo Snerdley” Golden, told him he was being offered two lungs per day since his announcement few days ago that he has advanced lung cancer.

“Well, you all just continue to stop me dead in my tracks. I continue to get emails and flowers and cards. I mean, it’s voluminous. And it is so touching,” the host said.

“I mean, people recounting experiences they had 30 years ago, 25 years ago, and this is why I said last Friday, last week, how lucky I am, and people have trouble understanding that. But believe me, everything that’s happened to me is a blessing. And I hear things like that, and I don’t know what to do with it.”

During the State of the Union, first lady Melania presented Rush Limbaugh with a Presidential Medal of Freedom.

The award is given to “individuals who have made specially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.”

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh recently inked a new “long-term” contract for his show, which he has hosted for more than 30 years.

Dairy Farmer Shuts Down “Ding Dong” Actor After His Oscar Speech: “We Feed The World, What Do You Do?”

A dairy farmer FROM Wisconsin took umbrage at actor Joaquin Phoenix’s Oscar acceptance speech for blasting the dairy industry by pointing out that dairy farmers “feed the world.”

Phoenix, whose performance in Joker earned him an Oscar for best actor, used part of his speech to criticize the dairy industry.

“We go into the natural world, and we plunder it for its resources,” Phoenix said. “We feel entitled to artificially inseminate a cow, and, when she gives birth, we steal her baby, even though her cries of anguish are unmistakable.”

“Then we take her milk that’s intended for her calf, and we put it in our coffee and our cereal,” the 45-year-old actor added.

Wisconsin dairy farmer Tom Oberhaus objected to the actor’s remarks and said that Phoenix didn’t know enough about the subject to speak with such conviction.

“We just wave it off and go, ‘Hey, ding-dong, you don’t have any idea what’s going on out here at the farm,'” Oberhaus, who holds a dairy science degree from the Ohio State University and was director of the Waukesha County farm bureau, told WISN-TV.

“I mean, I’d love it if he’d come out here for a couple hours — that would be awesome. That’s an invite, Mr. Phoenix. Come on out. See what life is like on the farm.”

Oberhaus added that he believes his job is an important one.

“You know, we feel we have real important jobs in the world. We help feed the world. It’s kind of important that people have food to eat, and what do you do, Mr. Phoenix? Oh, yeah, you entertain people. OK,” the Wisconsinite added with a shrug.

Oberhaus added that he didn’t watch the awards show but heard about Phoenix’s comments from other farmers in the following days.

The Washington Examiner reported that Phoenix’s anti-dairy speech also caught the attention of at least one member of Congress.

Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Fred Keller, who represents a largely agricultural region, also defended the dairy industry.

“Phoenix’s rambling remarks about America’s dairy industry prove how out-of-touch he is with the hardworking Americans who grow our food and create healthy communities,” he said. “Phoenix’s Hollywood elite worldview has clearly blinded him to the sacrifice and struggles of America’s dairy farmers.”

Chicago DA Who Gave Smollett Sham Deal Blames President Trump After Her Career Is Threaten By New Charges

Jussie Smollett is going to jail, and it’s just a matter of how long, after he was indicted by a special prosecutor in Chicago on six felonies.

Dan Webb is a former federal prosecutor and now a high priced defense attorney who got the job as a special prosecutor.

He not only charged Jussie Smollett, but went after Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx for letting him off in the sham deal of the century.

Foxx has faced huge backlash and is up in an election in a few months so rather than taking responsibility for what she did, she is instead doing what all Democrats do – blaming President Trump and his politics.

The Daily Wire reported that Webb’s harshest words, though, weren’t for Smollett, but for Foxx’s office, which he feels gave Smollett special treatment despite the wealth of evidence linking Smollett to a series of crimes.

The Cook County State’s Attorney allowed Smollett to walk free without standing trial, inking an unofficial “plea deal” with the actor that absolved him of the charges in return for sixteen hours of community service and $10,000, which Smollett had already submitted to the city as part of his bond.

The States Attorney’s office claimed the “deal” didn’t exonerate Jussie Smollett, but the actor treated it as evidence of his innocence.

But instead of taking responsibility for the mishap, Foxx lashed out at the prosecutor, accusing him of “James Comey-like” tactics, and suggesting that the new indictment was the responsibility of her political rivals.

“The Cook County State’s Attorney’s office charged Jussie Smollett with multiple counts, and today the Special Prosecutor did the same,” Foxx’s spokewsoman claimed in a statement.

“What’s questionable here is the James Comey-like timing of that charging decision, just 35 days before an election, which can only be interpreted as the further politicization of the justice system, something voters in the era of Donald Trump should consider offensive,” Foxx said, referencing Comey’s eleventh hour decision to resuscitate an investigation into Hillary Clinton and her mishandling of classified information.

Foxx has made her opposition to President Trump a hallmark of her re-election campaign, airing commercials touting her success in “standing up” to the administration on the issue of immigration. But, Webb pointed out in his report, her troubles go far beyond a difficult campaign to keep her office.

“In his letter, Webb said his investigators said the state’s attorney’s office was unable to show ‘documentary evidence’ that Smollett’s case was handled like similar low-level felony cases involving non-celebrity defendants, despite public statements from the office that the case was typical,” according to the Sun-Times. “Webb found that the case against Smollett was strong, and that the state’s attorney’s.”

Devin Nunes Leads GOP Boycott Of Schiff’s “Publicity” Hearing As Republicans Hits Back

Devin Nunes is done playing games with Adam Schiff and the leaky Democrats, and he should be. Nunes spent 3 years getting destroyed by the media fed by the Democrat’s strategic leaks.

He couldn’t fight back as they refused to believe we had dirty cops abusing the FISA process. They all said that this was impossible.

But in the end, Nunes was the only one vindicated while Adam Schiff and every network save Fox News got embarrassed by the truth.

So Nunes, correctly, wants Adam Schiff to call hearings on the FISA abuse so we can fix it so it never happens again. Adam, however, refuses.

So Devin Nunes is boycotting Schiff and his nonsense hearings, ripping him in the process for holding “publicity events” not real Intel hearings.

CNN reported that House Intelligence Committee Republicans boycotted a public hearing on Wednesday in what they say is a protest of the committee’s focus on “publicity events” rather than intelligence community oversight.

The intelligence panel’s ranking Republican, Rep. Devin Nunes, and the other GOP members on the committee sent a letter to House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff saying they would not take part in a public subcommittee hearing Wednesday on emerging technologies and national security, according to a copy of the letter obtained by CNN.

The Republican protest is a sign that the anger stemming from the impeachment fight has yet to subside, even after the Senate trial brought impeachment to a close last week…

…The Republican letter charged that the committee has not addressed the December Justice Department inspector general report on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant for former Trump campaign associate Carter Page, which identified major problems with the warrant and its renewals.

“Until the Committee prioritizes oversight activities related to urgent and critical concerns, Republican members cannot support distractions from our core responsibilities,” the Republicans wrote. “Given this Committee’s access to highly sensitive information, it is concerning that you prioritize publicity events rather than the more productive work that occurs in the Committee’s classified spaces.”

Rush Limbaugh Accuses Ex-President Obama Of Planting Moles In The WH To Sabotage President Trump

Rush Limbaugh came out swinging and exposed a little known subplot in the whole Trump-Russia fake scandal that captivated the media for more than three years.

Rush explained that Ex-President Obama “multiplied the number of federal agencies who had access to classified data,” as he was leaving office.

Obama’s people even went on MSNBC and CNN and bragged about it, telling the viewers how clever they were for making sure information would leak to the media about President Trump.

As this wasn’t bad enough, Rush is also accusing Obama and his team of planting moles when they did this expansion to help the effort to damage President Trump politically.

Rush said: “So Trump comes along finally and fires Vindman and fires Vindman’s brother and fires all these people — Gordon Sondland, all these people — that participated in the coup, which is what it was. And so here comes the conformist reaction, “Oh, this is horrible. Donald Trump should not be able to retaliate this way.””

““This is absolutely reprehensible. This is so beneath… We can’t have whistleblowers anymore if there’s going to be retaliation!” So the conformist view is whenever there is criticism of a Republican president, it’s legit. We gotta sit there. We gotta deal with it. We gotta take it — and even when it’s shown to be bogus and filled with lies, we can’t have retribution or reciprocity and deal with the person who got the ball rolling.”

“Well, sorry. Not in my world.”

“I’m gonna tell you what I think. Have you heard in this whole story that Obama expanded the National Security Council staff to over 230 people? You know what the National Security Council staff is? That’s a personal staff to the president. They are in the White House complex. They are in the West Wing and the Old Executive Office Building complex, and they are direct employees of the president. George W. Bush ran the Iraq war and the War on Terror with a hundred members on that council.”

“Obama expands it and blows it up to 230 with people like the Vindmans and people like Sean Misko, who ends up going to work for Pencil Neck Schiff. And then you remember how Obama multiplied the number of federal agencies who had access to classified data? I think what this actually was… I think as Obama was leaving office, he expanded the National Security Council staff and then enlarged the number of agencies that had access to whatever classified data they did. He planted moles.”

“This is where they planted the moles. This is where they planted the moles all over the NSC. The Vindman twins, Fiona Hill, the whistleblower, Abigail Grace (who left the NSC shortly after the Trump phone call). She went to work for Schiff. So did Sean Misko. Every one of these people is an Obama holdover. I remember asking, “Why in the hell are they still there? Why didn’t Trump clean house and reduce this number back down to 75 to a hundred people who are working for him?” I don’t know the answer.”

“But my guess would be that he had people advising him not to do it.”

““It’s very important! It was something good that Obama did, Mr. President, so we might take advantage of it.” But I think that’s where all of this came from. I think it’s where the Trump-Russia collusion and all of this came from, the FBI and that element of it, too. But the inside Trump administration moles, the turncoats, whatever you want to call ’em. They are Obama appointees that had jobs expanded as Obama was leaving office for the express purpose of protecting Obama’s achievements and sabotaging whoever was to come next — in this case, Trump.”

Joy Behar & Whoopi Goldberg Humiliate Themselves With Overreaction To AG Barr’s Roger Stone Sentence Recommendation

“The View’s” co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg embarrassed themselves on national television and did their audience a massive disservice in the process.

It truly seems that it’s impossible to get information without some kind of spin these days, from both sides, and that is the real fake news, the spin, they lie, they use statistics in a clever way to reinforce their lies and in that way they dupe the audience.

It’s pretty obvious that Roger Stone got the 9 year sentence recommendation because the prosecutors added time for a “threat” he made to Randy Credico.

Credico did not take it as a threat and wrote a letter to the court asking the judge not to add time to Roger’s sentence because of it.

So AG Barr corrected the guidelines and reduced the ask from 9 years to 4-5 years. But the ladies on “The View” present this as an Armageddon. And this is why no one trusts the media.

Co-host Whoopi Goldberg said, “Prosecutors recommended seven to nine years of jail time for you know who’s insider friend Roger Stone because he lied to Congress, witness tampering, he was obstructing justice, all kind of stuff. Hours after you know who tweeted that it was unfair that the Justice Department said it recommended reducing the sentence, all four prosecutors said, oh, hell no and resigned from the case. Democrats are outraged. Shouldn’t every American be a little concerned about this?”

Co-host and ABC News legal analyst Sunny Hostin said, “It is very, very rare for a career prosecutorial team to make a sentencing recommendation and then have the attorney general get involved. I’ve never seen it happen in my entire career … It just doesn’t happen. The Justice Department is supposed to be nonpolitical. It’s supposed to be impartial. And separate from the executive branch.”

Breitbart reported that after Hostin said the prosecutors should testify before Congress, Behar added, “As if the Republican Party is going to do something about it. We’re living in a no law and no order … If you’re related to Trump or you’re a friend of Trump, go out and rob a bank because he’s got you covered right now! Go out and commit a crime. Nothing matters anymore.”

She continued, “He fires heroes like Vindman and rewards criminals like Roger Stone. This is the country you are living in right now, ladies and gentlemen. Pay attention, please.”

Ocasio-Cortez’ Reign Of Terror May Be Over As CNBC Anchor Challenges Her Seat In Dem Primary

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just got some very bad news from a challenger with deep pockets.

AOC just found out that she has a real challenger in the Dem primary for her House seat, not just some crackpot with no shot. Michelle Caruso-Cabrera was a longtime CNBC correspondent and anchor, she has great connections and very deep pockets.

Michelle also likes Ronald Reagan and co-wrote a book with the forward written by Trump’s administration official Larry Kudlow.

Pretty much the opposite of Rep. Ocasio-Cortez. AOC has a real fight on her hands and will have to raise a lot of cash to fight off Michelle Caruso-Cabrera.

“I am the daughter and granddaughter of working class Italian and Cuban immigrants,” Caruso-Cabrera said in a statement to CNBC. “I am so lucky to have had such a wonderful career and I want everybody to have the opportunity that I’ve had. That’s why I’m running.”

CNN reported that Caruso-Cabrera would run as a Democrat to the right of Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, who has labeled herself a “democratic socialist” and supports Sen. Bernie Sanders in the presidential primary.

In her book, “You Know I’m Right: More Prosperity, Less Government,” Caruso-Cabrera unveiled her vision of limited government and explained why Ronald Reagan was her favorite president. She serves as a member of the board of directors for financial services firm Beneficient.

Caruso-Cabrera spent more than 20 years with CNBC, serving as a co-anchor for “Power Lunch” and as the network’s chief international correspondent, before leaving the network in 2018 to become a contributor. Her last day on air was February 7, according to a CNBC spokesperson.

Two Mueller Prosecutors Quit After AG Barr Overrules Them On Roger Stone’s Sentence

Two federal prosecutors in the criminal case against Roger Stone just quit the case after AG Barr and the DOJ overruled them in the Roger Stone case.

One prosecutor, Jonathon Kravis, quit the Department of Justice while the second goon of Mueller also quit the Stone case but kept his job with the DOJ.

It was a typical case of prosecutorial overreach, that added years to the sentence over a bogus threat Rogar Stone made to a friend who did not even consider it a threat.

President Trump, of course, could just pardon Roger Stone right now or commute his sentence.

CNBC reported that Jonathan Kravis, who delivered the closing argument at Stone’s trial last fall, resigned as an assistant U.S. Attorney, according to a court filing Tuesday in Washington, D.C., federal court.

Another prosecutor, Aaron Zelinsky, also withdrew from Stone’s case, and resigned as a special assistant in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C.

Kravis and Zelinsky were among the four prosecutors who signed the controversial sentencing recommendation for Stone that has come under attack both from the Justice Department and from Trump for being too harsh.

Those prosecutors told Judge Amy Berman Jackson in that filing that Stone should get a prison term of between seven and nine years when he is sentenced Feb. 20 for crimes related to lying to Congress about his contacts with WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential election and his efforts to get an associate, comedian Randy Credico, to cover for his lies.

Prosecutors said their proposed sentence mirrors the sentence suggested federal sentencing guidelines, which are calculated according to a formula that takes into account the severity of the crime, the type of conduct involved, and a defendant’s prior criminal history.

“Son Of a B*tch” – Actor Harrison Ford Curses Out President Trump On National TV

Harrison Ford is not happy and he is letting his anger get the best of him as he was out promoting his latest movie.

In what will surely make Disney happy, Harrison Ford cursed out President Trump calling him a ”son of a b**ch” on Jimmy Kimmel’s show.

Kimmel held up a fake promotional poster for Ford’s new Disney movie, Call of the Wild, complete with fake reviews and quotes. One was from Donald Trump. It read: “It was a perfect call.”

This caused Ford to laugh, pause and wait for the right moment, or maybe he was just debating how nasty he was going to get inside his head. But he certainly seemed to relish in the moment before he called Trump a son of a b**ch.

“That’s the first thing that son of a bitch has done for me — ever,” Ford said as the audience erupted in laughter, as reported by Breitbart.

Ford’s late-night swipe at President Trump comes days after the Star Wars star slammed America in Mexico City while promoting his new movie.

“Our position in the world is tenuous because of our lack of moral leadership, basically,” Ford said.

“I certainly applaud Greta [Thunberg]… her activism, her role in representing the interests of young people, and I admire her courage, her fortitude, and also admire her capacity to express herself.”

“Science is being ridiculed by people in ideological campgrounds,” Ford said.

“They are refusing the wisdom, the discipline of science, in favor of a political point of view.”

“And that has to stop. And I believe young people throughout the world know that it has to stop and are capable and willing to make the sacrifices to make that happen.”
