President Trump doubled down on his past comments about the condition of Representative Elijah Cummings’ Baltimore district, retweeting a video on Saturday of a constituent who claimed that President Trump’s comments were “definitely true.”
It is no longer enough to be a black Civil Rights leader from over 50 years ago and remain in office for that distinction, while you do nothing for the people you’re supposed to represent.
If you are elected to represent the people, then you must represent them. People vote for what their elected representatives do to try to make their lives better. Looks like Mr. Cummings has forgotten all about that.
“I’ve never heard anyone say anything about him [Rep. Cummings]. And everyone wants to talk about Donald Trump. Donald Trump this, Donald Trump that. Why is this man over there taking care of people at the border?” the local resident asked.
“We’re hungry. We need a place to stay. We feel like we’re in a ‘concentration camp,’ and it’s just sad. People worried more about them [illegal immigrants] than his own people,” she continued. “It’s just crazy.”
Rep. Cummings was an honorable man and is a legend who fought hard for Civil Rights in the U.S., he fought against the racism of his own party, the party of slavery, segregation, and now modern-day plantation politics that generates policies to keep poor people under government dependence and government control.
Cummings hasn’t done anything to break with his party’s public policies, and now he seems hell-bent on two things: fighting for illegal alien criminal border crossers and impeaching President Trump.
The Democrat Party has leaned to far towards socialism, which is another form of government slavery, and Rep. Cummings’ constituents are no longer buying it. Many have already #WalkedAway. Black voters across the U.S. are realizing that they have been used by the Democrat Party, and some, not all, are already finding their way to the Republican Party, who is more than happy to say to them, “Welcome home.”
When you watch individual Democrats tell their #WalkAway stories there’s a theme they all recount — the Democrat Party lied to them about conservatives on every major issue of the day.

“So sad that Elijah Cummings has been able to do so little for the people of Baltimore,” President Trump posted in another tweet. “Statistically, Baltimore ranks last in almost every major category. Cummings has done nothing but milk Baltimore dry, but the public is getting wise to the bad job that he is doing!” He added.
