Fox News In Hot Water For “Deciding” To Abruptly Cut White House Presser Because It Showed Riot Video

Fox News defended a programming decision they made on-air after facing criticism for cutting away from a live White House press briefing.

Viewers immediately reacted Friday as Fox News host Harris Faulkner announced that network “management” had decided to break away from the White House daily briefing a moment after press secretary Kayleigh McEnany shared a video on the violence and rioting in Portland, Oregon.

“I have a short video because I want it to be real, what is happening right now in Portland,” McEnany told reporters during Friday’s briefing before a compilation of clips highlighted the violence and protests.

Graffiti that read “F— cops” appeared in the video along with scenes of rioting and one where a woman was shown in a graphic exchange with police officers.

“I hope someone kills your whole f—ing family,” the woman told Portland officers. “I hope someone burns down your whole precinct with all y’all inside. Can’t wait to see it.”

“As you can see, that is anything but a peaceful protest,” McEnany said as the video ended and Fox News cut back to Faulkner in the studio.

“All right, we were not expecting that video, and our management here at Fox News has decided we will pull away from that at this time,” the Fox News anchor informed viewers.

After a brief time, the live presentation of the press conference continued when McEnany responded to questions from reporters. But viewers took to social media to slam the move by the network.

Fox News later issued a statement about its decision.

“Fox News was not provided with any advance warning that a video using profanity would air during this afternoon’s White House press briefing,” a Fox News spokesperson said in a statement. “Once it aired, Fox News made the decision it was inappropriate for a daytime audience and temporarily dropped out of coverage.”

Later in the segment, Faulkner addressed what happened.

“I want to address a decision that was made by Fox News management a few minutes ago as we pulled away from the video that we were not told would air and how it would be edited with some things on screen that we wanted a heads up about,” she said.

“That is part and full of what went on there [in Portland]. But I can’t go on without addressing that,” Faulkner added.

“We’re approaching the top of the hour. The White House press briefing is something that is important for us to carry for you, and so a heads up at those times with videos like that in the middle of the day sometimes is helpful,” she added.

Though Fox News took a lot of heat for cutting away from the briefing, many Twitter users defended its decision.

Peace-Loving Black Trump Supporter Shot & Killed Hours After Giving Pro-Trump Interview

Black Lives Matter activists are curiously silent after black Trump supporter Bernell Trammell was murdered in Milwaukee hours after he reportedly gave an interview explaining why he supports President Trump.

Police are investigating the possibility of a political motive for Trammell’s tragic killing, NewsTalk1130 reported.

According to the Daily Callout: “Trammell, 60, was gunned down on July 23 near the very spot where he gave a video interview a few hours before explaining why he supported Trump. The motive is not clear, including whether the slaying was tied into Trammell’s political beliefs or Trump support.”

Trammell was a Rastafarian street preacher who advocated for President Trump’s reelection both in front of Milwaukee’s City Hall and in his black-majority neighborhood.

Police say Trammell was shot to death at around 12:30 p.m. in front of his business, Expression Publications.

Trammell’s storefront is plastered with “Trump 2020” signs.

Reggie Moore, the director of the Milwaukee Office of Violence Prevention, told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel that he had “intervened in a dispute between Trammell and a young man” that was “related to a Trump sign that Trammell was carrying.”

Trammell was known in his neighborhood for his pro-Trump advocacy and his religious preaching.

Neighbors fondly remembered Bernell as a friendly, peace-loving man. “The guy was just full of love,” local resident Dick Nelson told Fox 6.

Adebisi Agoro said whether you agreed with Trammell’s political views or not, people respected him because he had conviction — unlike countless political phonies who chant hollow mantras but don’t understand what they’re advocating.

“He was just a community figure,” Agoro said. “I respected him because he had a position. He’s got his opinion on why he feels that way, and I’m not going to knock him.”

Senator Ron Johnson tweeted: “Bernell Trammell was known to many in Milwaukee. My condolences to his family and friends.”

Naturally, the Black Lives Matter movement said nothing about this black life that was lost to street violence.

Presumably, because Trammell wasn’t murdered by a white cop.

Many folks on social media slammed Black Lives Matter agitators for ignoring Trammell’s murder.

One person tweeted: “Where is Black Lives Matter outrage at the death of Bernell Trammell?”

Judge Orders Release Of Jeffrey Epstein Flight Logs In Maxwell Lawsuit

Yahoo reported that Ghislaine Maxwell, the former associate of late financier Jeffrey Epstein, suffered dual setbacks in a U.S. court on Thursday, as a judge authorized the release of new materials related to her, while another judge refused to block prosecutors and lawyers from publicly discussing her criminal case.

U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska in Manhattan directed the release of more than 80 documents from a 2015 civil lawsuit against Maxwell, the British socialite now facing criminal charges that she lured girls for Epstein to sexually abuse.

The materials ordered unsealed include flight logs from Epstein’s private jets, testimony from depositions in 2016 in which Maxwell’s lawyers said she was asked “intrusive questions” about her sex life, and police reports from Palm Beach, Florida, where Epstein had a home.

Maxwell is being held in a Brooklyn jail after pleading not guilty last week to charges she helped Epstein recruit and eventually abuse girls from 1994 to 1997, and committed perjury by denying knowledge of his abuse in depositions.

Preska said the presumption the public had a right to access the documents outweighed Maxwell’s arguments to keep them under wraps, including that they concerned “extremely personal” matters whose release could prove embarrassing or annoying.

The judge gave Maxwell one week to file an emergency appeal, but said both sides should proceed as though the documents will be made public “within a week.”

Last July the Washington Examiner reported that former President Bill Clinton claimed that he took four trips, accompanied by the Secret Service, on billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express” private airplane, but flight manifests reveal at least six separate journeys, two of which were without Secret Service agents.

The two trips not acknowledged by Clinton were from Miami, Florida, to Westchester, New York, in early February 2002, which appears to be the first time that Clinton joined Epstein, and a trip in Asia.

One May 2002 Asian trip, without Secret Service agents, included stops in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and Brunei. The other, in November 2003, with Secret Service agents, included stops in Norway, Siberia, Hong Kong, and China.

Another divergence from Clinton’s account is that the manifests show no Secret Service agents were present for one of the former president’s Africa trips with Epstein.

The discrepancies between Clinton’s claims and the flight manifests draw the former president deeper into the Epstein scandal. Epstein has also been associated with Prince Andrew and President Trump, a fellow resident of Palm Beach, Florida. Trump reportedly flew with Epstein and in 2002 described him as a “terrific guy,” adding: “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

On Monday, Clinton’s press secretary Angel Ureña said in a statement: “In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: One to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation.” Supporters of the Foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg of every trip.”

But a review of flight manifest records contradicts these claims. It shows Clinton took 27 flights on Epstein’s private jet during at least six different trips.

Court documents outlining the trips and the individual flights were filed as an exhibit in a lawsuit by Bradley Edwards, an attorney for some of Epstein’s accusers.

Denver Police Union Head Confirms “Stand-down” Order Given For Michelle Malkin’s Pro-cops Event

The head of the Denver police union has confirmed that Democratic leaders in the city ordered officers to “stand-down” during a rally supportive of officers that was attended by conservative author Michelle Malkin.

According to Denver Police Protective Association Nick Rogers, not all officers complied with the instruction, adding that one lieutenant defied the order, as Fox News reported.

The “Back the Blue” event at Civic Center Park on Sunday was disrupted by Black Lives Matter and others wearing black-bloc who were armed with collapsible batons and attacked some attendees of the rally. Malkin further identified them in online posts as Antifa.

The Denver Post reported that police “attempted to form a line around the two groups, but could not completely separate them.” The newspaper added that Denver Police Chief Paul Pazen asked the group “to reschedule or move the pro-police rally.”

Malkin responded online after the incident, “Denver Police Chief Pazen, who marched with BLM last month, let pro-police patriots get beaten and silenced.”

That’s correct, according to Rogers.

“Basically, what she described is exactly what happened,” Rogers told the “Peter Boyles Show” on 710 KNUS. “Once I figured that out, I reached out and said … someone has to apologize. Someone from the police side has to apologize.”

After investigating the incident, Rogers stated that the stand-down order was given by the on-scene incident commander, adding that one lieutenant refused it and directed his officers to remain at the rally.

“That’s the only reason this thing didn’t get worse because somebody broke rank and decided to not retreat,” Rogers told Boyles. “And they stayed so they could provide some assistance.”

The talk show host asked Rogers who specifically gave the stand-down order, but he refused to identify the incident commander.

The event was advertised by the Pro Police Rally Colorado Facebook as the sixth annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

An attorney who assisted in organizing the event, Randy Corporon, confirmed that Pazen requested that he either reschedule the event or move the gathering from its regular location, claiming that officers could be placed in danger by BLM counter-demonstrators.

“He was agitated that we’re going to get his officers hurt,” Corporon told the Denver Post. “My response to him was that he should allow his officers to do their job and if people are down there breaking the law, to stop them. Because they’ll have nothing to fear from us.”

In addition to BLM and Antifa, counter-demonstrators with groups identified as the Party for Socialism and Liberation and the Afro-Liberation Front were also on hand, KMGH-TV reported.

The outlet reported that counter-protesters were “armed with pots and pans, whistles, hand-held sirens and other noise-making gear,” and that they “crashed the Pro-Police rally and drowned out those trying to speak.”

“This was me shouting at masked BLM/Antifa thugs who swarmed our stage UNPROVOKED. This was me after witnessing a veteran & an organizer who had just led group prayer getting beaten on stage while police did nothing. This was me shouting at masked Antifa wielding a baton,” Malkin wrote on Twitter in response to a photo of her from the event.

City Removes “Black Lives Matter” Street Mural Because Of “MAGA 2020” Request

Street graffiti for me, but not for thee. That’s what lawmakers in Redwood City, California basically told one Trump supporter who wanted to paint “MAGA 2020” on the same street where left-wing activists had painted a Black Lives Matter mural.

Last week, Redwood City (which is located on the San Francisco peninsula) washed away the “Black Lives Matter” mural after a local attorney — a Trump supporter — argued that since the street was now a public forum, she should be allowed to paint “MAGA 2020” on it.

“I saw the ‘Black Lives Matter’ sign appearing on Broadway Street on the asphalt and I figured that’s gonna be a new public space — open for discussion — and I wanted to get my message out too,” Maria Rutenburg told CBS San Francisco.

Rather than allow Rutenberg to paint “MAGA 2020” on the same street where the “Black Lives Matter” mural was displayed, local lawmakers simply washed away the BLM mural.

The disparate reaction underscores that Trump supporters are not treated equally under the law as Marxist Black Lives Matter activists are.

Case in point: When Redwood City resident Dan Pease asked for permission to paint “Black Lives Matter” on Broadway Street three weeks ago, city officials supplied him with the yellow poster paint to make the mural.

But when a Trump supporter asked for permission to paint “MAGA 2020,” the entire concept of a public street forum got shut down.

Redwood City officials claimed it made the decision because street graffiti is a traffic hazard that could cause accidents.

Keep in mind that the Black Lives Matter mural was sitting there for more than 2 weeks. Street graffiti only became a “traffic hazard” after a Trump supporter asked for a MAGA 2020 mural.

The nationwide campaign to paint “Black Lives Matter” murals on the streets of Democrat-run cities has become a crusade for left-wing activists, despite the fact that simply painting or chanting the hollow mantra has failed to stem the alarming surge in black-on-black murders.

The Democrats have vociferously backed the Black Lives Matter movement, whose priority is to scapegoat and defund the police.

The resulting police pullbacks in Democrat-run cities like Chicago, Atlanta, and New York City have fueled a catastrophic spike in violent crimes, especially in black neighborhoods.

This has alienated and infuriated many black Democrats. Civil rights attorney Leo Terrell is a lifelong Democrat who has repeatedly slammed President Trump.

However, Terrell says Black Lives Matter is a scam and a puppet being exploited as part of a Democratic power grab.

Terrell said the deafening silence by Democrats and BLM over the countless black-on-black murders during the recent ascent of BLM proves that they’re less concerned about black lives than about demonizing the police.

Terrell continued: “[Black Lives Matter] is only concerned about a few individuals [killed by white cops]. They don’t care about black lives.”

The situation has gotten so bad that Leo Terrell vowed on live TV that he will vote for a Republican in November. For the first time in his life.

“This will be the first time in my life that I will be voting Republican,” Terrell told Fox News host Sean Hannity. “First time in my life.”

Hannity asked: “For Donald Trump?”

Terrell replied: “For Donald Trump.”

Neil Young “Not OK” With Trump Playing His Music At Mt. Rushmore Event

Rocker Neil Young was not happy that President Trump played his hit “rocking in the free world” at his Mount Rushmore event.

The musician wrote “This is NOT ok with me…”

In a second tweet he added “I stand in solidarity with the Lakota Sioux & this is NOT ok with me”

Young’s tweet was met with mixed reactions on social media.

“Its great to hear your songs at such an august place and incredible event.”

“Sit back and enjoy it… its an honor that you were selected. God bless the USA!” One twitter user responded.

“Trump keeps doing this. The Rolling Stones were also pissed he played their tunes at rallies.”

“You’ve got to play hardball with him. And now Trump is playing ANOTHER Neil Young song,” said another.

“I’m Fed Up & I’m Not Taking It Anymore” – 88-Year-Old Lady Liquor Store Owner Shoots Alleged Shoplifter

A “fed-up” 88-year-old Nashville liquor store owner who works alone 6 days a week faces criminal charges after shooting an alleged shoplifter.

The Police charged May Boyce, whose store was robbed several times, with aggravated assault. Upon being released on a $10,000 bond, the woman who doesn’t want to be stereotyped as a little old lady went back to work.

Rreports from the media have yet to indicate whether police have filed any charges against the alleged shoplifter. The investigation is ongoing.

Boyce, who describes herself as a people person who enjoys working, told the New York Post that she has had enough of alleged nonpaying customers.

“I did what I had to do, and I hope word gets out on the street that I’m fed up and I’m not taking it anymore. You’ve got to stick up for yourself sometimes. I did what I had to do. After you’ve been played for a fool by people stealin’ from you for years, you get fed up. And don’t put me in the category of a little old lady. I know how to take care of myself.”

When the men allegedly walked behind the counter where vodka was shelved, the 88-year-old lady added that she had a sense that one of the men was going to try to steal from her in the way he approached her. At that point, she reached for her weapon and put it on the counter.

In the Tuesday incident, Boyce allegedly fired one shot when the man allegedly grabbed some bottles of booze, supposedly lunged at her, and then headed for the exit.

The victim, who is receiving treatment at a local hospital and is expected to be okay, claims that he wasn’t stealing or fleeing, and intended to pay, and that “he was walking toward the exit when Boyce shot him once in the back,” the Charlotte Observer reported.

The wounded man apparently fell into a wine bottle display case and then was assisted out of the store by another man who had entered the store with him. Boyce and some friends cleaned up the spilled wine after she was booked and released.

The 5’3″, 115-pounded widow admitted that “I never shot a gun before, but I guess it’s something that comes natural. I aimed at the floor to scare him.”

As part of the investigation, cops confiscated Boyce’s gun, and it could take two years before the firearm can be returned to her.

“I told ’em, s–t, I might be dead by then. But the law’s the law,” she quipped.

A friend of the liquor store owner took to Facebook to provide some background.

“She is a sweet old lady who minds her own business. She opens this liquor store up every single day by herself, and she closes it down every night by herself. Literally not even 2 months ago her store was robbed. She was assaulted during the process, pushed down, and she has been wearing a brace on her wrist ever since. I actually had a conversation with her since then about how she is afraid to defend herself against would-be thieves because of what has been transpiring. Now she is CHARGED WITH A CRIME FOR DEFENDING HERSELF?? AN 88 YR OLD WOMAN?? Give me a break, folks…”

A GoFundMe pages has been set up for the benefit of May Boyce.

CNN Busted Building Wall, Not Bridges, In Wake Of “Mostly Peaceful” Atlanta Protests

CNN loves the protests and they make sure to say that.

They admire and praise them and defend them against evil tear gas attacks designed to cruelly stop damage to property and person, and clear areas without harming anyone.

It’s as they don’t want anyone stopping the protesters from taking over police stations or highways or entire portions of downtown areas. But they do want to keep people out of their own offices, it seems.

So they built that same thing they have spent 4 years telling their viewers is useless and dumb: A BLEEPING WALL.

Twitchy remembers when CNN was busy tweeting, from the now-walled building, that America should be building “bridges not walls.”

Social media users quickly blasted the network for their hypocrisy.

McEnany Shuts Down Rude Question From Acosta – Drags Skeleton From CNN’s Closet To Prove Her Point

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany shut down Jim Acosta today in a contentious back and forth with the CNN reporter.

Twitter had marked one of Trump’s tweets as manipulated and CNN Chief White House Correspondent Jim Acosta went after the President during the Press briefing over it.

McEnany silenced Acosta by dragging a few skeletons out of CNN’s closet to prove her point specifically the name of Nick Sandmann.

From The Hill: “Last night, the president tweeted out some fake videos, one of which was labeled ‘manipulated media’ by Twitter,” Acosta said. “Why is the president sharing fake videos on Twitter about two toddlers who are obviously showing a lot of love for one another? It seems as though he is exploiting children to make some sort of point.”

“He was making a point about CNN specifically,” McEnany replied. “A point that CNN has regularly taken him out of context.”

McEnany referred to a lawsuit CNN eventually settled with Nicholas Sandmann, the Covington Catholic High School student whose interaction early last year with Omaha Tribe elder Nathan Phillips at the Lincoln Memorial went viral.

Sandmann, who was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat during the incident, sued the network for $275 million in May 2019 over the network’s reporting that included allegations CNN was “vilifying and bullying him” and twisting the story to fit an anti-Trump agenda.

The amount of the settlement has not been disclosed.

The CNN reporter pressed McEnany, who is also a former CNN contributor, again about Trump’s Thursday tweet, which included a video of a black toddler and a white toddler edited with a CNN chyron reading “terrified todler[sic] runs from racist baby.”

“So you’re saying it is OK to exploit to toddler hugging one another on to make some sort of political point?” CNN’s Acosta asked. “As you know, the president has described members of the press as fake news during the course of this administration. When you share a vague video like that, doesn’t that make you fake news?”

“I think the president was making satirical point that was quite funny if you go and actually watch the video,” McEnany responded. “The point was it was a play on CNN reportedly taking the repeatedly taking him out of context.”

“Domestic Terrorism” – Olympia Mayor Turns On Protesters After They Vandalized Her Home

A Washington state mayor came out in support of the Black Lives Matter protesters and had no problem with what they were doing.

She backed them so much she would not even impose a curfew so as to stop the bad actors from damaging property in the night.

Now, after her home was vandalized by protesters, she is singing a different tune.

Fox News reported that a Washington state mayor was fine with the Black Lives Matter protests that followed George Floyd’s death in police custody, but that was until vandals damaged her home, according to reports.

Now, Mayor Cheryl Selby of Olympia refers to the protests as “domestic terrorism,” according to The Olympian.

“I’m really trying to process this,” Selby told the newspaper Saturday, after the rioters’ Friday night spree left her front door and porch covered with spray-painted messages. “It’s like domestic terrorism. It’s unfair.”

“It hurts when you’re giving so much to your community,” she added.

The mayor and her family were not home at the time so they were not in danger, the report said. But some neighbors called the mayor and let her know about the damage.

Selby issued a statement earlier this month, saying Olympia would not impose a curfew on protesters demonstrating against Floyd’s death.

“Let me be clear: The City of Olympia supports the peaceful protests that highlight the racial injustices black people continue to endure at the hands of police in the United States.”

Olympia, she said, was “not without sin in this matter.”

“We are a predominantly white community next to communities that are far more diverse,” Selby told The Olympian. “That tells us that we are not, we have not been as welcoming and nurturing to communities of color as we’d like to think. The light switched on in America by Mr. Floyd’s murder shines glaringly on Olympia, as well.”
