Newt Gingrich Sends Warning About What Will Happen If Joe Biden Wins The Election

This year is shaping up to be a base turnout election. Both campaigns are not trying to win over persuadable voters, but instead of focused on turning out their core voters.

Some Republicans are on the fence because they buy into the Fake News Media’s narrative about Donald Trump’s “tone” and “conduct.”

In an interview on 770AM in New York, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich warned the GOP that the Left winning this election posed the greatest threat to American democracy since the Civil War.

“All the Left wants is power,” Gingrich began.

“It’s the most sobering choice since 1864 when Lincoln ran for reelection. If Lincoln had lost, the South would have seceded. Slavery would have survived. And the union would have have been ended,” he added.

“And we are [now] in a similar situation with people who do not like America, want to replace America, are committed to profoundly changing the world you and I live in. And would like to make us basically like California, where it’s virtually impossible to defeat the machine in California because they’ve rigged the game so decisively,” said Gingrich.

Democrats openly boast about wanting to abolish the legislative filibuster, pack the Supreme Court, add Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as states to guarantee four permanent Democrat Senate seats, and create 20 million new Democrat voters by granting amnesty to illegal aliens.

If Republicans stay home because they want to think getting rid of Trump will allow a return to normalcy, they are sadly mistaken.

Trump Rips Nancy Pelosi, Says She Couldn’t Even “Pass Basic Aptitude Tests”

President Trump was asked during an appearance on Fox News about the moves by Nancy Pelosi, who is third in the line of succession as speaker of the House.

“I don’t think she could pass basic aptitude tests, personally,” he said.

“I really don’t. I don’t believe it.”

Trump also said he thinks Pelosi is mulling the formation of the committee because of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, not him, according to The Daily Wire.

“Well, I think she’s talking about Joe Biden because, to be honest with you, he’s the one that’s got the problem and … it’s obvious to anybody that watches him speak,” Trump said.

In her weekly press conference on Thursday, Pelosi floated a mysterious hint about the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which says the president can be removed from office if “he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”

“Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow—come here tomorrow,” she told reporters.

“We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment.”

Section 4 of the Amendment states: “Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.”

On Friday, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) introduced a bill to form a commission that would rule on the president’s fitness for office in order to “enable Congress to help ensure effective and uninterrupted leadership” in the presidency.

The panel, called the Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office, would be “the body and process called for in the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,” Pelosi and Raskin’s offices said in a statement.

“This is not about President Trump,” Pelosi said.

“He will face the judgment of voters.”

“But he shows the need to create a process for future presidents.”

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany later that day blasted Pelosi.

“That’s an absurd proposition from Nancy Pelosi,” McEnany said.

“The only one who needs to be looking at the 25th Amendment is Nancy Pelosi herself.”

The president also responded on Twitter Friday, claiming “Crazy Nancy Pelosi is looking at the 25th Amendment in order to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris.”

“The Dems want that to happen fast because Sleepy Joe is out of it!!!”

Feinstein Torches Justice Barrett As a Threat To ACA, Says “I Believe We Shouldn’t Be Moving Forward On This Nomination”

Today, Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein made her opening statement on Amy Coney Barrett.

Feinstein blasted Justice Barrett as a risk to to the Affordable Care Act and said “I believe we should not be moving forward on this nomination.”

Senator Feinstein also pointed out the SCOTUS will be holding oral arguments on a case involving the ACA one week after the November 3 elections.

Feinstein also tweeted “This isn’t business as usual. This hearing shouldn’t be happening. But because Republicans are intent on forcing this nominee through, Democrats will show exactly what’s at stake: a nominee who will spell the end of the ACA and imperil health insurance for millions.”

Earlier in they day she tweeted “Here’s what’s at stake today: Republicans are jamming through a Supreme Court nominee who could rip health care away from millions in the midst of a global pandemic that has killed more than 215,000 Americans. Democrats will do all we can to delay or stop this process.”

Jonathan Turley commented “Sen. Feinstein’s opening sounds more like a legislative markup hearing for the ACA. She is detailing the benefits under the ACA to a nominee who is not supposed to legislate from the bench.

The best way to emphasize apolitical judging is not to try to sell a nominee on a policy.”

John Cardillo tweeted “Feinstein is trying to sell Americans on Obamacare being a good thing when they’ve experienced the crushing premium increases. Dems really think you’re dumb.”

Graham Warns That Dems Will Usher In a “Parade Of Horribles” If They Take Both Congress & White House

Senator Lindsey Graham appeared on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo, and warned that the Democrats will bring in a “parade of horribles” if they take the Congress and the White House in the election next month.

“If we lose the House, the Senate, and the White House, they’re going to change the rules of the Senate, Maria, so you only need a majority,” Graham said.

“Anything coming out of the House goes to the Senate. They’re going to expand the Court from nine to whatever number they need to make it liberal.”

“They’re going to abolish the Electoral College, which means New York and California pick our president. They’re going to change America,” he continued.

Graham warned “We must win this election, keep the Senate because if they win, it’s not going to be about a healthcare debate — they’re going to structurally change the country so it’ll be hard for a Republican to get elected president.

“They’re going to make D.C. a state, altering the balance of power in the United States Senate. The parade of horribles will come if we lose the House, the Senate, and the White House. It’s unbelievable,” he added.

Governor Whitmer Says “Domestic Terrorists” Are “Finding Comfort” In Republican Leaders’ Rhetoric

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer appeared on “Face the Nation,” and claimed that “domestic terrorists” like those accused of plotting to kidnap her are “finding comfort” in the rhetoric of GOP leaders.

“I have always felt safe,” Governor Whitmer explained.

“But I do believe that there are still serious threats that groups like this group, these domestic terrorists, are finding comfort and support in the rhetoric coming out of Republican leadership from the White House to the State House.”

“So I remain concerned about safety and integrity going into this election,” she added.

House Speaker Lee Chatfield, R-Levering, and Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, R-Clark Lake, condemned the men involved in the plot at a COVID-19 restrictions rally on Oct. 9.

Chatfield also denounced white nationalism in a Sunday tweet in response to a story about a statehouse candidate out of Macomb County.

“If you can’t denounce the evil plans and actions of these white nationalists, we don’t want you in our caucus,” Chatfield said. “We don’t support domestic terrorism.”

Biden Spokesperson Struggles To Defend Joe Biden’s Claim Judge Barrett’s Nomination Is “Not Constitutional”

Joe Biden campaign spokesperson Kate Bedingfield struggled to defend Joe Biden’s claim Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination is not “constitutional.”

Jake Tapper played a video of Biden saying “not constitutional” and asked Bedingfield “How is it not constitutional what they’re doing?”

Bedingfield responded “His point is that the people have an opportunity to weigh in on this constitutional process through their vote.”

“And we are now in the midst of the election. Millions of people have already cast their votes. And you see that the vast majority of people say that they want the person who wins the election on November 3 to nominate the justice to take this seat,” she added.

“That’s a poll,” Tapper fired back “That’s not the Constitution.”

Bedingfiled pivoted and replied “So, by trying to…that is their—there’s the constitutional process of advise and consent,” she claimed.

“The American people get to have their say by voting for president, by voting for senators. We are now 23 days from the election,” she added.

“Right, but it’s not unconstitutional,” Tapper said, not impressed.

Chris Coons Says Confirming Amy Coney Barrett “Constitutes Court-Packing”

Democrat Senator Chris Coons appeared on Fox News Sunday morning and made the provocative claims that confirming Trump’s SCOTUS nominee Amy Coney Barrett “constitutes court-packing.”

Sen. Coons also called Amy Coney Barrett’s views “disqualifying.”

Coons told Wallace “I’m going to be laying out the ways in which Judge Barrett’s views … are not just extreme, they’re disqualifying.”

“It constitutes court-packing,” he added.

The term “court packing” has traditionally referred to adding new seats to the SCOTUS, not filling open vacancies.

Republican Senator Ben Sasse fired back, explaining “claiming that court-packing is filling open vacancies that obviously isn’t what court-packing means.”

Lara Trump Rips Chris Wallace For His ‘Totally False’ Claim First Family Was Asked To Mask Up At Debate

Daughter-in-law Lara Trump pushed back against “Fox News Sunday” anchor Chris Wallace’s previous claims that she and her family were told to put on masks at the Cleveland debate between President Trump and Joe Biden.

During a segment in which Chris Wallace appeared fixated on the presidential mask-wearing, Lara Trump refuted suggestions that Cleveland Clinic staff implored the Trump family masks but that family members waved them off.

To lead the segment, Wallace first noted that hundreds of people who attended a White House event on Saturday featuring pro-law enforcement and Blexit supporters in which President Trump made his first public appearance since being diagnosed with COVID-19 were not social distancing but most were wearing masks, even as the president — speaking on the balcony — took his off.

Nevertheless, Wallace added, “that was a lot better” than two weeks ago when dozens of people gathered in close proximity, most unmasked, at a Rose Garden ceremony where President Trump announced he was nominating Judge Amy Coney Barrett to succeed Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

“Dr. [Anthony] Fauci has said that event was a super-spreader,” Wallace said, asking: “Why did it take the president getting COVID for the White House to take the CDC safety guidelines more seriously” despite some supporters being in violation of them on Saturday.

Lara Trump pointed out that attendees to Judge Barrett’s nomination were tested before being seated. She went on to note a dearth of media “concern” and coverage of protests and riots, where densely packed people are not always masked, of being “super-spreader events.”

“You never hear any concern after these things about those being ‘super-spreader events,” she said. “I have yet to hear one doctor say anything about them, I’ve yet to hear one media outlet say anything about those.

“It just doesn’t seem like coronavirus would have a political agenda, but oftentimes it feels like it does because those events are never talked about as being issues,” she continued, noting that the White House does follow CDC guidelines on COVID-19.

“It doesn’t seem right that we’re criticizing one event and not another,” she added.

Wallace said he understands her point, “but that doesn’t make what happened at the White House — which, as I say, Tony Fauci says was a super-spreader, at least eight people at that event later came down with the virus, including the president.”

Wallace then pivoted to the debate, which he moderated, saying the clinic’s “rules were very clear that everyone in the audience had to wear a mask,” adding that after the first family came into the venue, “you all took them off.”

Wallace then asked Lara Trump if the first family did not think the rules applied to them.

“Of course, we didn’t think that,” she responded, adding that everyone who came into the venue that evening tested negative for the virus, noting further the first family came into the event wearing masks.

She then moved to deny claims made by Wallace and others they rejected a plea to don masks by Cleveland Clinic staff.

“I’ve heard you actually say this many times, I want to be very clear, never one time did anyone from Cleveland Clinic come up and ask any member of our family to put a mask on,” she said. “That is totally false.”

Lara Trump went on to explain that the venue seating was socially distanced and that the first family wanted to be “respectful” of others who were there, while still following the COVID-19 rules for the debate.

“I don’t want to belabor the point,” Wallace countered, “the fact is, the rules were, everybody except the president, vice president, and I were supposed to wear masks.”

Wallace continued to argue that a media pool report claimed, and video substantiates, that a clinic staffer came up “to someone in the presidential party and said, ‘Would you like masks?’ And they were waved away.”

Lara Trump said no member of her family was asked.

“What I understood afterward was that [MMA fighter] Colby Covington had a MAGA mask on and they didn’t appreciate that, apparently, so I think they were coming up to offer him maybe a different mask,” she said, adding, “Never once…was anyone in our family asked once to put a mask on.”

Suspect In Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Kidnap Plot Was Pardoned By Democrat Delaware Governor

While Governor Gretchen Whitmer has been vocal about putting blame on President Donald Trump for the foiled alleged kidnapping plot against her, a Democrat governor actually pardoned one of the accused in the scheme.

Last year Delaware Governor John Carney pardoned Barry Gordon Croft Jr. who was facing multiple charges including possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, assault and burglary.

Barry Croft

Friday, Governor Carney confirmed that he pardoned Croft and called the new charges “disturbing.”

“This is also another warning sign about the growing threat of violence and radicalization in our politics,” Carney said.

Per Delaware onlineLt. Gov. Bethany Hall-Long, a Democrat who chairs the Board of Pardons, said in a written statement that the board considers several factors when determining whether to recommend a pardon to the governor, “such as the position of the Department of Justice, the nature of the incident(s), the time lapsed from the last conviction, and the impact on employment and housing.”

“All of those factors were considered with this recommendation,” she said.

Maxine Waters’ Republican Challenger Shares Viral Campaign Video Shot At Her $6M Mansion

Maxine Waters’ Republican challenger Joe Collins has made waves on Twitter Saturday after releasing a campaign video shot at Maxine Waters’ $6 million dollar mansion.

In the video, Collins says “Maxine does not live in her district. But I do. I was born right here in South L.A., in a place Maxine refuses to live.”

“Maxine Waters does not drink our water. She does not breathe our air. And while she sits here in her mansion, our district is in ruins.”

“And why doesn’t Maxine Waters want to live in her own district? Because she doesn’t want to suffer the consequences of her own policies,” he adds.

Collins, a veteran wrote in the intro of the video:

Do you know where I am?
Maxine Waters’ $6 Million Mansion.

Do you know where I’m NOT?
Her District.

Mansion Maxine Waters doesn’t live in her District — I do.

My name is Joe Collins and I’m running for Congress against Maxine Waters.
