“More People Have Died From Knowing Hillary” Than COVID-19 – GOP Lawmaker Blasts The Clintons Amid Virus Outbreak

A Republican state legislator in Wisconsin shared a “joke” about Hillary Clinton and the rapidly spreading coronavirus that angered local citizens.

Gae Magnafici, who has spent 35 years as a nurse before winning office in Wisconsin’s 28th Congressional District, responded to a post on social media admonishing President Trump’s lack of response to the coronavirus by suggesting that “more people have died from knowing Hillary.”

Magnafici’s office spoke with PolitiFact and told them that the tweet was in jest, with staffer Tyler Ellisen dismissing the statement as “clearly a joke.”

Conspiracy theorists have attacked Hillary Clinton about deaths closely linked to both her and President Trump’s political circles.

Back in November, with rumors swirling about the suicide of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Clinton laughed at allegations that she may have had something to do with his death.

There have been about 1,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the U.S. so far, and the death toll has risen to 31. More than 4,000 people have died on a global scale since the outbreak of the illness, with more than 110,000 infected.

The World Health Organization declared the virus a pandemic on Wednesday.
