‘Pawn Star’ Host Unloads On ‘Stupidity of Socialism’ at CPAC: It’s ‘Like Heroin’

History Channel’s “Pawn Stars” TV Host, Rick Harrison, took on the Conservative Political Action Conference and delivered a speech against socialism while using a simile for what it’s like.

During the event on Thursday, the outspoken conservative Harrison, spoke on “the stupidity of socialism.”

The TV Host is a strong vocal supporter of President Trump, as he told TheWrap recently, “Yeah I’m a Trump guy.”

The “Pawn Star” host used a simile to describe what socialism would be like in the United States.

“The majority [of] people in this room know that socialism is just stupid,” Harrison told the audience during his speech.

“It’s literally like heroin. The first shot is great. For a little bit it’s wonderful, but then the rest of your life is a living hell. And that’s literally what the socialists are doing.” he said.

“Once you give someone something it’s hard to take it away … then you get Venezuela,” Harrison later added.

As Fox News reported, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) also delivered a speech at CPAC where he knocked President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, a day after Cohen’s hearing with the House Oversight Committee.

Meadows, along with Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), slammed Michel Cohen with another perjury referral on Thursday.

While talking to the CPAC attendees, Meadows rebuked Democrats for allegedly “trying to lay the foundation” to impeach President Trump and added, “It’s taking away everything that is foundational of who we are.”
