The US Soccer Federation Shuts Down Women’s Soccer Team Over Unfair Pay Accusation

The U.S. Soccer Federation finally broke its silence over the Women’s team unfair pay accusations. The team never missed an opportunity to blast the federation over what they considered unequal pay.

As it turns out, they may have not been entirely truthful on the subject. Liberal heroes tend to fall hard from grace, like Avenatti, so more is expected from this story soon.

Breitbart reported that an open letter from the president of the U.S. Soccer Federation reveals information that turns the “equal pay” debate on its head. As the report claimed, not only has the women’s team been paid more than the men, but they’ve been paid more while losing millions of dollars in the process.

On Monday, U.S. Soccer President Carlos Cordeiro released a letter stating his organization’s position that the U.S. Women’s National Team is not underpaid despite the cacophony from those braying for “equal pay” for the women.

“Over the past decade, U.S. Soccer paid our Women’s National Team more than our Men’s National Team,” Cordeiro wrote in his letter. “From 2010 through 2018, U.S. Soccer paid our women $34.1 million in salaries and game bonuses, and we paid our men $26.4 million — not counting the significant additional value of various benefits that our women’s players receive but which our men do not.”

“From 2009 through 2019 — a time-frame that includes two Women’s World Cup championships — the Women’s National Team has earned gross revenue of $101.3 million over 238 games, for an average of $425,446 per game,” the soccer chief added, “and the Men’s National Team has earned gross revenue of $185.7 million over 191 games, for an average of $972,147 per game.”

That was not all Cordeiro had to report to soccer fans in America. According to the federation’s accounting, the women’s team lost a lot of money even as the players were paid more than the men.

“More specifically, WNT games have generated a net profit (ticket revenues minus event expenses) in only two years (2016 and 2017). Across the entire 11-year period, WNT games generated a net loss of $27.5 million,” Cordeiro reported.

Cordeiro did not feel that the massive financial loss of women’s soccer was necessarily a bad thing, though. “U.S. Soccer does not view these as losses, but rather as an important investment in our Women’s National Team and in the long-term growth of women’s soccer,” he said.

Martin Luther King Jr.’s Niece Defends Trump Against Racist Allegations After Meeting With Baltimore Pastors

Many Democrats deemed President trump’s remarks against Rep. Elijah Cummings and his city as racist, but Martin Luther King, Jr.’s niece is painting a different picture on what she believes President Trump meant.

President Trump stirred controversy few days ago when he posted tweets blasting the Democratic lawmaker for criticizing border law enforcement for conditions at the southern border detention facilities rather than cleaning up his “disgusting, rat and rodent infested” district.

The President’s comments received condemnation from multiple 2020 Democratic candidates, as Sen. Elizabeth Warren labeled it “ugly and racist,” and Sen. Bernie Sanders called President Trump “racist.”

However, Dr. Alveda King – a former Georgia state representative – appeared on Fox News and said that President Trump’s Baltimore comment conflict did come up during the meeting.

“What the president’s simply saying [is]: ‘Your communities need to be fixed,’” she said.

She continued to blast Rep. Cummings for the city of Baltimore being a place where one see’s “individuals suffering, you see the community suffering, and families suffering.”

Dr. Alveda declared that when President Trump met with Black American faith leaders and pastors during an Oval Office meeting on Monday that it “was not a photo op.”

Rev. Bill Owens also said, “Two hours of discussion, that’s not a photo-op,” according to CNN. The pastor noted that issues facing the Black American community were discussed during the meeting.

When asked if the meeting was “damage control” by President Trump, Rev. Owens said “it was not,” and he doesn’t think the president is racist.

“When you look at the opportunity zones, when you look at what he’s doing for our prisoners, which is a main factor. The fact that he met with us today is a factor,” Bill Owens said. “He wanted to know from us what should he do in America.”

Muslim Cleric Honored By U.S. After Showing ‘True Selflessness’ As He Hid Hundreds Of Christians From Angry Attackers

Running from the attacks by the Muslim herdsmen, 262 Christians fled and found refuge in central Nigeria in a Muslim Ceric’s home and mosque, who is now being honored for showing “true brotherly love” to them.

On June 23, 2018, Christians farmers in 10 villages were under attack, but luckily they found relief when 83-year-old Imam Abubakar Abdullahi, provided shelter and didn’t give them up to the attackers, according to CNN.

On Wednesday, during the first-ever International Religious Freedom Awards ceremony held by the Department of State, International Religious Freedom Ambassador Sam Brownback stated that while giving the hundreds of Christians refuge, Abdullahi “stood outside the doors confronting the Muslim attackers, pleading with them to spare the lives of the Christians inside, even offering to exchange his own life for theirs.”

Brownback labeled the actions one’s of “true courage, true selflessness, and true brotherly love.”

At the ceremony, which “[honors] extraordinary advocates of religious freedom,” Abdullahi was honored with the International Religious Freedom Award — who was able to attend the event — along with several other religious leaders. The four others that were honored with an award were from Sudan, Cyprus, Brazil, and Iraq.

“Your presence here underscores the fact that faith matters — the right to worship, to assemble, to practice, and to teach one’s faith is undeniable,” U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told the attending crowd at the ceremony. “We have a responsibility as civilized people who care about freedom, to protect it in every way that we can.”

As the U.S. Department of State describes the Muslim cleric in their press release, he “selflessly risked his own life to save members of another religious community, who would have likely been killed without his intervention.”

Trump’s Administration Has Reunited 95% Of Immigrant Children With Their Families Despite The Media’s Claims

As the Dems and their media buddy’s continue to claim that President Trump’s administration is putting “children in cages” — despite no such outrage when Ex-President Obama did the same thing — a new report finds that the administration has reunited nearly all of the children separated at the southern border.

The report, from Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, looked at data produced by the Trump administration’s Department of Health and Human Services and found out that 95 percent of children who had been discharged from HHS custody had been “reunified with an individual sponsor or released to a parent.”

The data provided in the report had identified 2,648 children who were believed to have been separated at the border with Mexico. The committee only had data from HHS on 1,619 of those children, but found that 99% had been discharged from HHS custody.

“Of the 1,603 discharged children, 1,546 children—or 95 percent—were either reunified with an individual sponsor or released to a parent. Specifically, 1,061 children were released to a parent and 485 children were reunified with an individual sponsor,” the report said.

The remaining 73 children who were discharged but not reunited have also been accounted for. 16 are being cared for by HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (which determined that 4 of the 16 hadn’t been separated from a parent), 21 had sought a voluntary departure and went back to his or her home country, 20 children turned 18 while in custody and could no longer be held by ORR, 8 children were sent to another immigrant program, 6 children went to a DHS family shelter, 1 was granted immigration relief, and that last child was a runaway.

The report also stated that a federal court filing also found that ORR had discharged 99% “of children from its care since June 26, 2018.”

“According to HHS, children typically remain in ORR care for 60 days, although the average length of care has expanded to 78 days in fiscal year 2019.11 The HHS data show that ORR released 53 percent of the separated children in 60 days or less,” the report found.

It’s important to remember why the kids have been separated from their parents or whomever brought them across the southern border. The parents entered America illegally – some using children as a way to get around the laws – and they were detained. Instead of sending the children to, essentially, jail with the adults, they are sent to a different facility. It’s similar to what happens to an American child if their sole caregiver is arrested; they don’t also go to jail, they are sent to a family services facility or foster family.

The conditions of where the children end up may be different – and that’s its own debate and issue – but the reasoning is similar.

The report also debunked the Dems talking point that 30 children remain separated from their families, noting that “these children remain separated largely because either the parents pose a danger to their child or the parents have expressed an intent not to reunify with their child.”

Because the report was produced by Republicans using data from Trump’s administration, it should certainly be viewed with skepticism, but the data doesn’t lie, and one can’t argue with that. The numbers could also change if and when HHS releases data relating to the remaining 1,029 children that was not handed over to Oversight Republicans.

Latina ICE Officer Shames Ocasio-Cortez & Her Squad: ‘I Love Protecting My Country’

The Latina Border Patrol officer who went viral after VP Mike Pence’s visit just broke her silence and blasted the Democrats hypocrisy.

Kiara Cervantes schooled Rep. Ocaio-Cortez and the rest of her gang with a simple yet profound defense of her job and ICE.

Fox News reported that Kiara Cervantes wasn’t paying any mind to her haters and instead focused on “the support” she’s been receiving after she caught the public’s eye.

“My job is so hectic at this moment but I am grateful,” Cervantes tweeted on Monday night. “I love protecting my country! And I love my supporters!”

The BPD agent had been answering questions throughout the day from both her fans and people who were outraged with her newfound fame.

Responding to a person who trashed her as “literal scum” and shamed her for being Hispanic — while adding that her parents were going to “disown” her — Cervantes tweeted the following.

“I think that’s really rude and naive of you to say. You have no idea who my parents are and no idea what goes into my job on a daily basis… before speaking on something you know nothing about…. DONT. Regardless I’m blessed and thankful for the career I have.”

She also replied to a tweet from former Daily Caller editor and columnist Scott Greer — who called her a “Latina concentration camp guard.”

“I can’t agree with concentration camps. But… this station in particular isn’t meant to be a holding facility hence the overpopulation of aliens. We are doing our best but some people won’t ever understand. They don’t know the daily of what my job consists of.” Cervantes said.

Upon creating her purported page, Cervantes told her Twitter followers that she takes “a lot of pride” doing her job, which sometimes can be “difficult,” she said.

“Not only because I am Latina,” Kiara Cervantes explained, “but just in general the mass amount of people crossing ILLEGALLY daily and the processing can take a toll on anyone of any gender and any race.”

Many Americans on social media praised the woman as a “latina hero” of the modern society.

AG Barr Viciously Attacks Anti-Semitism As a ‘Cancer’ That ‘Can Rapidly Metastasize’

This Monday, Attorney General Bill Barr condemned the spread of anti-Semitism, comparing hatred against Jews to a form of metastasizing cancer.

“A healthy body with a strong immune system can have success in preventing cancer from emerging or spreading, but if the immune system weakens, cancer can emerge,” Barr told the crowd while speaking at the Department of Justice’s summit on anti-Semitism as The Daily Wire reported.

“Some might be localized, but others can rapidly metastasize and become systemic. Just like the physical body, a body politic must have an immune system that resists anti-Semitism and other forms of racial hatred.” He continued.

“What is the state of our immune system within American society?” Barr added. “In a pluralistic society like ours, I think the ability to resist hate comes from cultivating a civil society that on the one hand nurtures the freedom of each group to pursue their faith and distinctive way of life, while at the same time fostering the ties that bind us together into a genuine broader community.”

Back in early July, the Justice Department revealed that it will be hosting the summit, bringing together officials from Trump’s administration and Jewish leaders to discuss combating anti-Semitism on colleges campuses and throughout America, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency reported.

Referring to the hatred against Jewish people as “the most ancient and stubborn form of racism throughout western history,” AG Barr said that combating anti-Semitism is a “critical priority” of his department.

“The causes have been varied; at times it has been driven by religious intolerance, cultural differences, economic envy and ideological dogma,” AG Barr said. “Sometimes those disappointed with their own rotten life seize on conspiracy theories to blame the Jewish people for their own discontent, and some times political factions competing for power find in the Jewish people a convenient scapegoat to unify and inflame their political base.”

He also put forth that while there is no state-organized violence in the U.S., this country has faced a surge in political violence over the past years, especially regarding reported instances of anti-Semitic hate crimes.

“This past year in particular, the entire nation saw the evil fruits of this anti-Semitism in Pittsburgh at the Tree of Life Synagogue and in California at the Chabad at Poway,” said AG Barr. “In both instances, gunmen motivated by hatred against Jews opened fire killing worshipers and injuring others.”

“Of course it is one thing for the nation to pull together in condemning anti-Semitism when confronted with front-page stories about horrific shootings, as in Pittsburgh and in Poway, but far too often Jews and Jewish communities in America suffer outside the spotlight,” Barr continued, noting the desecration of graves in Jewish cemeteries and the uptick in attacks of Orthodox Jews in New York City as instances of anti-Semitism that received only local attention.

“While the tragic attacks in Pittsburgh and Poway appropriately drew national attention, these attacks and others like them in communities across the country, sadly are less well-known outside the Jewish community, but they form the daily background of concerns about security and safety that many in the Jewish community feel,” said AG Barr. “The nation as a whole must be aware of these concerns and reject the forces that motivate them.”

The Attorney General assured the Jewish community that the Department of Justice, along with the entire government, will not tolerate religious-based attacks, but also expressed his concern over political factions dividing Americans to obtain power in the name of identity politics.

“They undermine the values that draw us together, such as a shared commitment to our country’s success,” AG Barr added. “This is the breeding ground for hatred and we must reject it.”

CNN Contributor Ana Navarro Wants To Send First Lady Melania Back To Slovenia

The Daily Wire reported that this Sunday, CNN contributor and alleged Republican strategist Ana Navarro suggested that we should send First Lady Melania Trump, Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Marco Rubio back to their native countries.

“And if we’re gonna start sending people back, I don’t know — ya know, listen, Ted Cruz was born in Canada, Marco Rubio’s parents were born in Cuba, Melania Trump was born where? Slovenia. How about her parents how are here through family immigration,” said Ana Navarro, in a clip first highlighted by Grabien News founder Tom Elliott.

“I am sick of this guy’s hypocrisy and his ways of dividing this country, pitting people against each other,” Ana Navarro lamented.

Then she accused the President of racism: “And I think it is no coincidence, it is no coincidence, that the congresspeople he’s picking on are all women of color, they’re all women of color.”

“As a woman of color yourself, do you believe Donald Trump wants you in this country?” CNN’s Ana Cabrera asked Navarro.

“I really couldn’t care less what Donald Trump wants,” Ana Navarro answered. “I don’t care if he wants me in this country or not because this is my country. He doesn’t get to decide that. I am a naturalized citizen.”

The sworn anti-Trump contributor was reacting to President Trump’s Sunday tweeting about “‘Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen.”

“So interesting to see ‘Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run,” President Trump wrote in a series of tweets.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough,” the President wrote.

Alyssa Milano In Hot Water After Comparing VP Pence To Himmler – ‘Don’t Think You’re Clever Posting Edited Photos’

This Sunday Hollywood actress Alyssa Milano found herself in hot water after she compared Vice President Mike Pence to Heinrich Himmler, the architect of the Holocaust, with side-by-side pictures on Twitter.

In a tweet posted on Saturday afternoon, the television show “Who’s the Boss?” posted 2 pictures side-by-side: one from 1941 of Heinrich Himmler surveying a Soviet Union POW camp in World War II and another photo with the VP Mike Pence at the immigrant holding facility in McAllen, Texas.

Alyssa Milano offered no commentary other than a photo credit for the second picture.

As expected, Milano comparing the vice president to one of the leading figures of the Nazi Party who orchestrated the systematic murder of 11 million people disgusted many people on social media.

“You think you are clever posting edited photos side by side. This is not a real argument, anyone can do that.” one user posted. “You mock truth everyday by touting fake outrage. The facts are we have a crisis at the border and it started long, long before” the user added.

“This is absolutely insane. Go educate yourself on the Holocaust, and the American immigration laws, @Alyssa_Milano” another user posted.

“Thank you for your continued contribution to #Trump2020” said another post, thanking the Democrat supporter for contributing to Trump’s 2020 campaign.

On Friday, Vice President Mike Pence toured the immigrant holding facility in McAllen, Texas, where around 400 single men were being detained.

As previously reported, the vice president blasted the Democrats’ claims that immigrant holding facilities at the border with Mexico were akin to concentration camps, calling the comparison “an outrage.”

Armed Man Shot Dead After Attempting To Set ICE Detention Center On Fire With Molotov Cocktails

Fox News reported that the Washington state Police stated that an armed man was shot and killed on Saturday after trying to attack a local Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center.

The unidentified man appeared outside of the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma with a rifle and threw incendiary devices at both the facility and nearby propane tanks, also setting one vehicle on fire, The Seattle Times reported.

Police officers responded to the attack around 4 a.m. and called out to the attacker before shots were fired. It was not clear whether the suspect fired at police or how many shots were fired.

Police spokesman Loretta Cool stated that the officers were not wearing body cams, but the area is covered by surveillance cameras from the detention center. Four officers were involved in the incident and were placed on administrative leave in accordance with the department’s policy. None of them were injured.

ICE said in a statement that no employees “were harmed nor involved in this tragic incident.”

The attack took place just few hours after a rally in front of the detention center, protesting planned mass deportation raids around scheduled to begin on Sunday. The Tacoma facility, which is run by the Department of Homeland Security, holds immigrants pending deportation proceedings. The detention center has also held immigration-seeking parents separated from their children under President Trump’s “zero tolerance” policy, an effort meant to deter illegal immigration.

The Trump administration’s child separation policy was the subject of a contentious Congressional hearing this Friday, during which former ICE director Tom Homan defended law enforcement amid criticism from Democratic politicians.

“As a 34-year veteran of law enforcement, it is shocking, shocking to see constant attacks against those that leave the safety and security of their homes every day, put on a Kevlar vest and put a gun on their hip and risk their own safety to defend this nation,” he said, at times appearing to get choked up as he defended his former colleagues.

Chicago Mayor Bans ICE From Using Police Database Days Before Raids Begin

So far the Democrats have made it crystal clear that they are willing to go to any lengths to protect illegal aliens.

In the wake of the announcement by President Trump that deportations are commencing as soon as possible, Chicago’s mayor announced that every effort will be made to block ICE’s efforts to round up and deport illegal aliens.

Breitbart reported that Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said on Wednesday that the Windy City has made moves to bar ICE from accessing its police databases amid reports of potential raids in more than 10 major U.S. cities scheduled for Sunday.

“They will not team up with ICE to detain any resident. We have also cut off ICE access from any CPD databases and that will remain permanent,” Lightfoot said. “Chicago is and will always be a welcoming city that will never tolerate ICE tearing our families apart.”

In a statement to the Chicago Tribune, police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi stated that the city’s Citizen and Law Enforcement Analysis and Reporting database will not be available to ICE officials, though several federal government agencies will still have access.

“All other federal agencies still have access to these systems, as sharing this information is crucial to active criminal investigations in which we are partnering with federal agencies along with intelligence sharing functions that are vital to national homeland security functions,” Guglielmi stated.

Acting U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director, Ken Cuccinelli, appeared on CBS News on Sunday and said ICE is prepared to remove approximately one million illegal aliens with final orders for deportation.

“[ICE agents are] ready to just perform their mission which is to go and find and detain and then deport the approximately one million people who have final removal orders,” he said. “They’ve been all the way through the due process and have final removal orders. Who among those will be targeted for this particular effort or not is really just information kept within ICE.”

And once again we have a political “leader” who decides to side with illegal aliens rather than with citizens. It is somewhat ironic that they wear the term “democratic” and yet behave in a manner more in keeping with a dictatorial attitude.

They claim they really believe in the rule of the majority, but continue to go against the will of the majority.
