Don Lemon ratcheted up his feud with President Trump in a very nasty way – by going after his wife, first lady Melania Trump.

The CNN anchor didn’t mind to take a few cheap shots at First lady Melania and people were left wondering why he had to stoop so low in his attack on Trump.

Lemon blasted President Trump by saying that he was fixated on Barack Obama before attacking Melania who really has nothing to do with any of this.

“What is it about President Obama that really gets under your skin?” CNN’s DOn Lemon said to President Trump on his show over the weekend.

“Is it because he’s smarter than you?”

“Better educated? Made it on his own—didn’t need Daddy’s help?”

“Wife is more accomplished? Better looking?”

“I don’t know, what is it, what is it about him?”

“That he’s a black man that’s accomplished being president?”

“That he punked you on the whole birth certificate thing?”

“What is it about him? Just wondering,” Lemon said.

New Hampshire state Rep. Richard Komi has stepped down from his position, after the backlash for the way he dismissed Tara Reade’s sexual allegations against Joe Biden, including citing the “position of the female vagina.”

In a tweet posted on Friday, Komi argued against the veracity of Reade’s account, citing the position of female genitalia and saying she would have to have cooperated with Biden’s attempt to assault her for the allegations to be true.

“Judged by the position of the female vagina, it will not be easy for anyone to just put their finger into the vagina unless their [sic] is some cooperation from the female herself. That is why I believe Tara Reade’s allegations [sic] is false. She is looking for attention,” Komi tweeted Friday. The tweet was deleted shortly after.

Shortly after, Komi issued an apology.

“I also want to offer my sincere apologies to anybody whose feelings may have been hurt by the tweets. I am and will continue to be a supporter of victims of sexual and domestic assault,” Komi said in a statement to his colleagues in the New Hampshire legislature.

“The tweets were very poorly worded and do not reflect who I am and what I stand for. I ask for the forgiveness of all who have been a victim of sexual or any other kind of assault.”

“I regret the poor choice of words that I used. It kind of portrayed me as someone who doesn’t care about women or the victims of sexual assault. That is not the case. It’s regrettable that I used those words, those words do not reflect the person I am. I wish that I had chosen my words more carefully, and I do apologize,” he told the Washington Examiner.

Many on social media didn’t waint long to respond to Komi, and the backlash was swift.

“I am appalled by Representative Komi’s comments. The comments are not fitting for the New Hampshire House of Representatives and immediately upon learning of them I called him and asked Representative Komi to resign his seat,” House Speaker Steve Shurtleff (D) said in a statement.

New Hampshire State Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley said she supports Shurtleff’s request for Komi’s resignation. Anthony Zenkus, the director of education for The Safe Center, an advocacy group for victims of sexual and domestic violence, said they don’t accept his apology.

Komi is a former refugee from Nigeria who escaped political persecution there and arrived in the U.S. in 1999. He was first elected to the New Hampshire legislature in 2008 and later in 2018.

Former CIA operative Bryan Dean Wright argued that former FBI Director James Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan should be put to death over their roles in the Russia investigation.

On Saturday, Wright reacted to the FBI’s treatment of former national security adviser Michael Flynn, which was detailed in a cache of FBI records unsealed on Wednesday. The records disclosed new information about how the FBI planned to interview President Trump’s national security adviser and whether the goal was to get Flynn to tell the truth or catch him in a lie so that he could be charged with a crime or removed from his position.

“We have these unelected bureaucrats who had decided they’re going to take out a member of the Trump administration,” Wright told Fox News, later adding, “We have this very clear case of James Comey and a whole bunch of other folks on the senior level of the FBI trying to get people fired. Not because the facts warranted it or the law called for it, but because of their own personal, partisan agendas.”

As part of a review of the Russia investigation, U.S. Attorney John Durham has been scrutinizing any possible undue influence Brennan may have had during 2017’s intelligence community assessment of Russian interference.

Durham is reportedly reviewing Brennan’s handling of a secret source said to be close to the Kremlin and whether he used an unverified dossier compiled by Christopher Steele, a former spy for Britain.

“If they can prove that case and prosecute people like the James Comeys, and I think a guy like John Brennan, what I hope will happen is they will try to find whatever the most extreme form of punishment is that they can throw at these guys,” Wright said.

“I’d love to see the death penalty,” he continued. “And boy, oh boy, I tell you, if I could flip the switch myself, I’d do it. These men are traitors.”

Mitch McConnell handed Nancy Pelosi a huge win and stabbed President Trump in the back at a time when he really does not need the headache.

Mitch wants the Senate to return to work and Nancy Pelosi is dragging her feet bringing the House back in session.

One issue has been testing so Trump’s admin was pushing the issue, but rather than accept it and get back to work, Mitch joined with Pelosi and rejected the tests.

We all appreciate the notion that our leaders shouldn’t be seen getting special treatment but these are extraordinary times and we actually want our leaders to have access to these tests so they can get back to work and try to find solutions to this problem.

We know that the President and Congress members should have access to better testing because they are leading the fight against this outbreak.

President Trump agreed and ripped the decision saying it was all about politics and if true, Mitch did Trump a disservice.

“No reason to turn it down, except politics,” Trump said on Twitter. “We have plenty of testing. Maybe you need a new Doctor over there. Crazy Nancy will use it as an excuse not to show up to work!”

“There is tremendous CoronaVirus testing capacity in Washington for the Senators returning to Capitol Hill on Monday,” the president said on Twitter. “Likewise the House, which should return but isn’t because of Crazy Nancy P. The 5 minute Abbott Test will be used. Please inform Dr. Brian P. Monahan. @MarkMeadows.”

The Washington Times reported that Congress’s top leaders on Saturday rejected the Trump administration’s offer to deploy rapid coronavirus testing to Capitol Hill ahead of the U.S. Senate’s planned return on Monday, saying key supplies should be reserved for frontline workers amid the pandemic.

In a rare joint statement, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said they “respectfully” reject the administration’s “generous” offer to provide rapid testing capabilities to Congress.

“Our country’s testing capacities are continuing to scale up nationwide and Congress wants to keep directing resources to the front-line facilities where they can do the most good the most quickly,” said Pelosi and McConnell.

The leaders said that consistent with federal guidance, Congress will use the testing protocols the Office of the Attending Physician has in place until quicker technology is more readily available.

On Friday, Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar said that the administration was sending three Abbott “point of care” testing machines and 1,000 tests to Capitol Hill as the Senate prepares to return to Washington, D.C. on Monday.

Kayleigh McEnany shut down the media’s rude questions with a great performance at her first briefing today.

The new White House Press Secretary also took a few shots at Joe Biden and embarrassed the Dems over their treatment of Brett Kavanaugh.

But it was how McEnany shut down one rude reporter, AP reporter Jill Colvin, who actually asked if she would “pledge to never to lie to us from the podium.”

“We are pleased that Joe Biden listened to President Trump’s advice and went on the record about the Tara Reade allegations 16 hours after the president said to do so,” she said.

“How General Flynn was treated by the FBI should scare every American.”

“Do you not consider it a miscarriage of justice when you have the FBI writing ‘we want to get someone to lie?’ I’ve seen a whole lot of scant information about Michael Flynn when there was a whole lot of speculation about Russia Russia Russia”

The new White House Press Secretary also announced Trump’s administration will distribute $12B in provider relief fund payments to 395 hospitals hardest hit by the Coronavirus

“Not a single American died from lack of a ventilator,” she said about the Trump admin’s response to the crisis.

“I think it was a grave miscarriage of justice what happened with Justice Brett Kavanaugh,” she said before adding the dagger:

“That was an embarrassment for the Democratic Party.”

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany confirmed that there is a possibility Trump’s administration could use sanctuary city reforms as a bargaining chip for funding states in Phase 4 of the coronavirus stimulus.

“Phase 4 is something we want to start negotiating on immediately and get to work on,” McEnany said Friday during her first appearance as White House press secretary, adding that funding shouldn’t “be an excuse for decades and decades of bad Democrat governance that have run these states into a financial predicament.”

“I don’t want to get ahead of negotiations but want to emphasize he has mentioned sanctuary cities. It is something he would like to see in phase four,” she said.

Few days ago, President Trump suggested during a meeting with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis that “sanctuary city adjustments” were on the table during coronavirus relief discussions, as the Washington Examiner reported.

“We’re not looking to recover 25 years of bad management and to give them the money that they lost. That’s unfair to other states,” President Trump said.

“Now, if it is COVID related, I guess we can talk about it,” he added. “But we’d want certain things also, including sanctuary city adjustments, because we have so many people in sanctuary cities, which I don’t even think are popular even by radical left folks, because what’s happening is people are being protected that shouldn’t be protected. And a lot of bad things are happening with sanctuary cities.”

President Trump has been a strong critic of sanctuary cities, specifically in California, where he has butted heads with Gov. Gavin Newsom several times on the subject.

A study from last year suggested that illegal immigration costs the American taxpayer $6,500 each per year.

Former Rep. Trey Gowdy blasted FBI officials who investigated retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn following the disclosure of documents in the government’s case against President Trump’s former national security adviser.

Gowdy, a former federal prosecutor, appeared in an interview Thursday night andsaid law enforcement officials engaged in a “gotcha investigation” by failing to follow proper procedure when they interviewed him about his conversation with a Russian envoy.

“They had no evidence that Michael Flynn was an agent of a foreign government,” Gowdy told Fox News anchor Shannon Bream. “They opened the investigation in the summer of 2016. They’ve got zero evidence.”

“Here’s what the FBI agent should’ve done: Gen. Flynn, whether you remember saying it or not, here’s the transcript, here’s a recording of the call you had with the ambassador,” Gowdy said. “Maybe this will refresh your recollection. Who told you to call the Russian ambassador? Who told you to do what you did? That’s how you would run a true counterintelligence investigation.”

The Washington Examiner reported that on Thursday, unsealed documents showed that former agent Peter Strzok blocked the FBI from closing its investigation into Flynn in early January 2017 after the agency found no “derogatory information.” It was later that month that Flynn spoke to Russian diplomat Sergey Kislyak about sanctions on Russia and a United Nations resolution on Israel, after which he pleaded guilty to lying to investigators about those conversations.

Gowdy characterized the actions of James Comey (who was the FBI director at the time of the Flynn interview) as reckless in reference to Comey’s public admission that he took advantage of the chaos in the early days of Trump’s administration when he sent Strzok and another FBI agent to talk to Flynn.

“This is not the way law enforcement officers proceed,” Gowdy said. “It’s not the department of ‘let’s see if we can get away with it.’ Remember, Jim Comey told that giggling gaggle of liberals at that little interview he had, ‘I did it because I could get away with it.'”

Juanita Broaddrick knocked Hillary Clinton off her high horse and reminded the public why we rejected her twice and rendered her a failure for all of history.

Broaddrick, Bill Clinton’s accuser, blasted the former presidential candidate for being a fraud and thinking that is better than everyone else.

“Who better to support Joe Biden than someone with not only years, but decades of experience in enabling a serial sexual predator?” asked Broaddrick sarcastically.

“Hillary has no morals,” Broaddrick told Breitbart News. “She does everything for money and power. Her standard of behavior depends entirely on ‘What’s in it for me?’”

Hillary Clinton endorsed Joe Biden as the two ironically appeared in a virtual townhall focused on women’s issues and titled a “Virtual Women’s Town Hall.”

“I want to add my voice to the many who have endorsed you to be our president,” Clinton said. “Just think what a difference it would make right now if we had a president who not only listened to the science, put facts over fiction, but brought us together, showed the kind of compassion and caring that we need from our president and which Joe Biden has been exemplifying throughout his entire life.”

Biden has been accused of sexually assaulting Tara Reade, who worked as an assistant to the politician for about eight months in 1992 and 1993.

Recently, few more individuals have said publicly that they were told by Reade about the allegation around the time that she says that it transpired.

She also rehashed an alleged encounter with Hillary Clinton in which Broaddrick says the former First Lady attempted to intimidate her into being silent about the alleged rape.

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley reacted to documents related to the investigation Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, calling it “shameful.”

“There is so much to unpack with the new info on Gen. Flynn,” Haley tweeted. “The most upsetting is how calculated it was. Letting Gen. Flynn off is not enough. People need to pay for this and the FBI needs to answer to how the public can have confidence that it will never happen again. Shameful.”

The unsealed records showed FBI officials discussing the possibility of prosecuting Gen. Flynn, Trump’s onetime national security adviser, for lying about communications with Russians, as the Washington Examiner reported.

“I agreed yesterday that we shouldn’t show Flynn [REDACTED] if he didn’t admit,” but “I thought about it last night and I believe we should rethink this,” an FBI official wrote. “What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

Many other conservative news personalities joined Haley in her outrage following the release of the document.

“I’ve been in D.C. most of my life — in and around government and family work for the government,” Tucker Carlson said on his Fox News program Wednesday evening. “The idea that our top law enforcement agency would set someone up like this, so boldly. … I find that really shocking.”

“This is just one of the most corrupt things I’ve ever seen in my life and one of the scariest,” he added. “How is this not a crime?”

Fox News contributor Dan Bongino tweeted: “The only person on the planet who thinks [former FBI Director James] Comey is a decent human being is Comey. We now know what a corrupt piece of garbage he is. What he did to Flynn was absolutely grotesque. He’s filth.”

General Michael Flynn posted a video on Twitter that spoke volumes without using any words in the stunning aftermath of the release of damning handwritten FBI notes showing he was framed.

His attorney also revealed that there was even “more coming” to the story.

General Flynn shared a telling 12-second video of an American flag that set off a virtual standing ovation on Twitter following the release of unsealed FBI notes which showed the crooked intentions of the agency when the former national security adviser was ambushed in an interview in January of 2017.

His son reportedly wasn’t surprised by the revelations, and said that he knew his “father was set up from Day 1.”

The BPR reported that the bombshell revelations in the newly released documents revealed a perjury trap set up by the FBI, as one of the handwritten notes read: “What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute [Flynn] or get him fired?”

General Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, indicated that more documents were coming.

“The documents I’ve seen so far in addition to the ones you have in your hands now are even more stunning,” Powell told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday.

“It’s just absolutely appalling what these agents, and then special counsel operatives, did to General Flynn,” Powell said. “It’s abuse of their authority at every turn.”

“I can’t thank Attorney General Barr and Mr. Jensen and Mr. Durham enough for having the integrity and fortitude to get to the bottom of this because that’s what it takes,” she added.

“These documents weren’t easily discovered. The emails have been in the FBI the whole time. But the handwritten notes as I understand it may not have been. We still don’t know exactly who the author of those is,” Powell said on “Hannity” Wednesday.

“But they’re devastating evidence of the lengths they were willing to go to disregard all prior protocols, all prior rules, their standard practices in other cases… None of that applied to General Flynn. They had only special violations of every protocol known for him because they were determined to take him out,” she added.

“I interpret the notes as absolutely damning of their conduct and their plan,” she said, adding “I can’t even tell you how outraged I am by all of this.”
