Sarah Sanders announced some great news recently. She landed a big deal with a major publisher and her book is coming out in 2020, right before the election.
St. Martin’s Press announced that they will be publishing Sarah’s memoir – as the book currently has no title.
In her book Sarah Sanders will go into detail about her time in the White House “including the most dramatic and challenging moments” but don’t expect her to take shots at President Trump.
Sanders will also go into how she balanced a high-powered job while raising little children, something she didn’t get enough credit for from the media.
“From Arkansas to the White House and back, I’m excited to tell my story about the challenges of being a working mom at the highest level of American politics, and my role in the historic fight raging between the Trump administration and its critics for the future of our country,” Sarah Sanders said in a statement.
The AP reported that Sarah Sanders, who stepped down this summer after two years as White House press secretary, left on good terms with a president known for lashing out at departing officials.
The high regard of her former boss, who after she announced the departure called her “wonderful” and encouraged her to run for governor in her native Arkansas, was not shared by everyone.
Sarah’s tenure was marked by a breakdown in regular press briefings and ongoing questions about the administration’s credibility, as well as her own. For two years she suffered from the hands of the left. as they attacked her in every way possible.
The book will likely add to speculation that Sarah Sanders is planning to run in Arkansas, which votes for a new governor in 2022. Her father, Mike Huckabee, served as the state’s governor from 1996-2007.
