Matt Gaetz Rips Dem Witness After She Trashed Barron Trump: “Makes You Look Mean Attacking Minor Child Of POTUS”

Today Rep. Matt Gaetz went right after all three Dem witnesses in an explosive cross-examination. His questions were brutal, quick and had all the witnesses on the defensive.

Obviously he didn’t like one thing what Pamela Karlan was saying, so he asked her a few things.

“DO YOU REMEMBER SAYING THE FOLLOWING? LIBERALS TEND TO CLUSTER MORE. CONSERVATIVES, ESPECIALLY VERY CONSERVATIVE PEOPLE TEND TO SPREAD OUT MORE, PERHAPS BECAUSE THEY DON’T EVEN WANT TO BE AROUND THEMSELVES. DID YOU SAY THAT?”

Karlan claimed that she did and tried to explain away her arrogance but Gaetz cut her off to move on to an ugly topic.

“I HAVE LIMITED TIME PROFESSOR SO WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT HOW LIBERALS WANT TO BE AROUND EACH OTHER AND CONSERVATIVES DON’T WANT TO BE AROUND EACH OTHER AND HAVE TO SPREAD OUT, YOU MAY NOT SEE THIS FROM THE IVORY TOWERS OF YOUR LAW SCHOOL BUT IT MAKES PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY — EXCUSE ME, YOU DON’T GET TO INTERRUPT ME ON THIS TIME.”

Then he slammed her for taking a shot at the President’s son, Barron Trump.

“NOW LET ME ALSO SUGGEST THAT WHEN YOU INVOKE THE PRESIDENT’S SON’S NAME HERE. WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE A LITTLE JOKE OUT OF REFERENCING BARRON TRUMP.”

“THAT DOES NOT LEND CREDIBILITY TO YOUR ARGUMENT. IT MAKES YOU LOOK MEAN AND LIKE YOU’RE ATTACKING SOMEONE’S FAMILY, THE MINOR CHILD OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.”

“SO LET’S SEE IF WE CAN GET INTO THE FACTS TO ALL OF THE WITNESSES. IF YOU HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF A SINGLE MATERIAL FACT IN THE SCHIFF REPORT, PLEASE RAISE YOUR HAND. AND LET THE RECORD REFLECT NO PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF A SINGLE FACT AND YOU KNOW WHAT.”

“YOU GAVE $1,000 TO ELIZABETH WARREN, RIGHT.

I BELIEVE SO.

YOU GAVE 1,200 BUCKS TO BARRACK OBAMA.

I HAVE NO REASON TO QUESTION THAT.

AND YOU GAVE $2,000 TO HILLARY CLINTON.

THAT’S CORRECT.”

Dem Star Witness Trashes Barron Trump, White House Spox Fires Back Hard: “Classless, Unhinged, Petty”

Dem star witness Pamela Karlan gave away the game with a totally classless attack on Barron Trump of all people. Sure, attack President Trump all you want, and donate to the Democrats all you want (and she donated plenty to Hillary), but leave the kid alone.

He is not a politician – he is a teenage boy who does not need the scrutiny. He needs and deserves privacy and a life out of politics.

The White House was furious with Stephanie Grisham and didn’t wait long to respond.

“Classless move by a Democratic “witness”. Prof Karlan uses a teenage boy who has nothing to do with this joke of a hearing (and deserves privacy) as a punchline.”

“And what’s worse, it’s met by laughter in the hearing room. What is being done to this country is no laughing matter.”

NBC also reported that Pamela Karlan forcefully rebutted President Trump’s argument that Article II of the U.S. Constitution gives him the power to “do whatever I want.”

She said that the Founding Fathers didn’t want a king who would rule with impunity, and that impeachment is a tool to hold a leader accountable.

“The Constitution doesn’t allow titles of nobility,” she said. “The president can name his son Barron, but he can’t make him a baron.”

Adam Schiff Obtained Private Phone Calls For His Impeachment Report

In his report on the impeachment inquiry into President Trump, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff revealed that he obtained personal phone records of several people closer to the investigation.

The Daily Caller reported that Adam Schiff was able to obtain the phone records of conversations involving Republican California Rep. Devin Nunes, the committee’s ranking member, Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and investigative reporter John Solomon, who has researched the role of former Vice President Joe Biden in Ukraine.

Adam Schiff refused to say how he obtained the documents.

The report noted a series of phone calls between Trump’s attorney Giuliani and the White House Office of Management and Budget on Aug. 8, suggesting the Giuliani was working behind the scenes to affect the dispersal of military assistance to Ukraine.

The impeachment report also targeted his calls with Nunes on April 10 around the time that the President removed Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch from her office.

“I find it deeply concerning, at a time when the president of the United States was using the power of his office to dig up dirt on a political rival that there may be evidence of members of Congress complicit in that activity,” Schiff writes.

The report stated that “President Trump’s scheme subverted U.S. foreign policy toward Ukraine and undermined our national security in favor of two politically motivated investigations that would help his presidential reelection campaign”

“The inquiry uncovered a months-long effort by President Trump to use the powers of his office to solicit foreign interference on his behalf in the 2020 election.”

Turley Shatters Nadler’s Impeachment Case: “Dangerous, Paucity Of Evidence, Woefully Inadequate”

Jonathan Turley is a well respected constitutional scholar on both sides of the aisle. Today he was called as a key witness in the ongoing saga that is the Dems impeachment.

The Senate will not convict and Jonathan Turley in his prepared comments explains why in a very simple language that even Nadler can understand, as reported by Fox News.

“One can oppose President Trump’s policies or actions but still conclude that the current legal case for impeachment is not just woefully inadequate, but in some respects, dangerous, as the basis for the impeachment of an American president,” Turley wrote.

“The reference to the Hunter Biden deal with Burisma should never have occurred and is worthy of the criticism of President Trump that it has unleashed. However, it is not a case of bribery.”

“If Trump honestly believed that there was a corrupt arrangement with Hunter Biden that was not fully investigated by the Obama administration, the request for an investigation is not corrupt, notwithstanding its inappropriateness.”

And that is very correct. In the first round of the hearings we also learned that Ex-President Obama and his administration thought the Biden Burisma arrangement was troubling.

Troubling enough to coached people on how to deal with it before the Senate confirmations. Hard to believe they would not do that if there was no smoke there.

“President Trump will not be our last president and what we leave in the wake of this scandal will shape our democracy for generations to come,” Turley will say.

“I am concerned about lowering impeachment standards to fit a paucity of evidence and an abundance of anger.”

“If the House proceeds solely on the Ukrainian allegations, this impeachment would stand out among modern impeachments as the shortest proceeding, with the thinnest evidentiary record, and the narrowest grounds ever used to impeach a president.”

“If we are to impeach a president for only the third time in our history, we will need to rise above this age of rage and genuinely engage in a civil and substantive discussion.”

“It’s Your Funeral”: Meghan McCain Claims It’ll Be a “Bloodbath” If The Dems Pick Sanders Or Warren

Meghan McCain predicted that the next presidential election would be a “bloodbath” if the Dems went all in on Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders or Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

McCain made the remarks this Tuesday on “The View” during a conversation about former Vice President Joe Biden’s ability to reach younger voters.

McCain, who has often defended Joe Biden, began by saying, “I think it’s important to note that he’s doing the highest with African-American voters still. After all this, he’s sleepy uncle Joe, I showed the graph yesterday and he’s teflon Joe right now. Teflon Joe against Donald Trump is something the voters are going to see.”

Sunny Hostin offered one caution, saying that Joe Biden’s support was weighted heavily with older voters.

“When you look behind the vote, the black vote for him is predominantly the older vote,” Hostin cautioned. “In fact, it’s split along generational lines. Older voters support Biden, younger voters support Sanders or Warren.”

“If you want to get in with Sanders and Warren, I believe it’s going to be a bloodbath,” McCain shot back. “It’s your funeral that I will not be a part of.”

Guest host Ronan Farrow decided to cut in, arguing that Joe Biden’s shortcomings among younger voters had less to do with out-of-date terminology than with out-of-date policies, the Daily Caller reported.

“If they want to get the young vote they have to start talking about climate change,” Joy Behar interjected. “Donald Trump does nothing for climate change. In fact, he’s retrograde, whatever the word is, regressive on the subject. They need to talk to young people because it’s your future out there. It’s your future. We’ll be dead. I will be. And she’s not coming to my funeral, she just said.”

Meghan McCain laughed, adding, “I’m not coming to that funeral because you won’t give me any lasagna unless I give you my guns. No funerals for you.”

Conway Can’t Wait To Face Schiff, Vows To Rip Him “On Behalf Of The White House”

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway is vows to show up to the upcoming House Judiciary Committee impeachment hearing “on behalf of the White House” if Rep. Adam Schiff will be testifying.

Conway, whose husband took a direct public shot at her on Twitter Monday, told reporters at the White House that the House Intelligence Committee chairman is a “fact witness” in the impeachment inquiry and it would be “great” if he is called to testify.

“Our White House counsel has made very clear, dating back to October 8, that this is an unconstitutional and illegitimate process, and we stand by that. We haven’t seen anything to change that,” she said.

“In fact, we’ve seen the Independents pulling away from the Democratic point of view on impeaching the president. We’ve seen these 31 Democrats in Trump-Pence districts getting earfuls when they go home from a lot of people saying, ‘Why aren’t you working for us?’ And 21 of them are freshmen. It is very tough to get re-elected after your freshman year, particularly when you’re in a district like that where you’re going to have the president at the top of the ticket,” Conway said.

“So, they have to be more definitive about what they are doing. And they are not definitive. First, it is in the Judiciary Committee, then it goes over to Intel, now it is back to Judiciary,” Kellyanne Conway continued.

“Is Adam Schiff going to testify? Because he’s a fact witness. That would be great,” she added. “I’ll tell you what, if Adam Schiff testifies, I’ll show up on behalf of the White House.”

Conway slammed the lack of details forthcoming from the House Judiciary Committee which has not yet given the White House the names of the witnesses set to appear.

“What is the process? What will they be discussing? They have constitutional law experts coming in. How is that beneficial?” she said to reporters Monday. “I don’t even understand what they’re doing.”

Conway’s defense of President Trump stands in contrast to her husband’s vocal and persistent criticisms of her boss, which spilled out into the public arena of social media on Monday. George Conway fired a direct shot at his wife after she mocked 2020 presidential contender Joe Biden on Twitter.

“Sleepy Joe is Creepy Joe” the White House counselor tweeted, with a 2017 video clip of the former vice president recounting his younger lifeguard days at a Delaware pool and his leg hair.”

“We need Ukraine’s help to defeat THIS guy?” Conway asked.

“Your boss apparently thought so,” George Conway responded.

Trey Gowdy Rips Lisa Page For Playing The Victim Card: “She Was Biased Against Trump, Context Won’t Change Fact”

Trey Gowdy appeared on “Fox News” and cut short Lisa Page’s “victim” tour and trashed the biased anti-Trump bureaucrat.

Recently Lisa Page finally broke her silence in an interview with the Daily Beast where she tried to repair the damage she caused.

All that didn’t work and Trey Gowdy made sure America wouldn’t fall for the bait and switch.

“When she says things need to be put in context, the word ‘loathsome’ really doesn’t need to be put in context,” Trey Gowdy said on Fox News.

“And when you say somebody will be a national security disaster, that doesn’t need to be put in context.”

“These texts have been out there for, what, almost two years now? So your viewers are smart enough to read them and know that the lead FBI agent in the lead-up, your lawyer, were both biased against Donald Trump,” Trey Gowdy said.

“That’s who was investigating him in 2016. I’m not sure how she thinks context is going to improve that.”

“Yep, she does have freedom of speech and we have the freedom to reject what she said and tell her we don’t believe it,” Gowdy added.

On the debacle that is the Democrats impeachment, Gowdy offered a novel and a smart take.

“This is not about removing Donald Trump from office because they know they’re not going to be successful,“ Trey Gowdy said.

“It’s about shifting it to the Senate where you can put people like Senators Cory Gardner and Martha McSallyand Thom Tillis in a really tough spot.”

“If they could win the Senate, even if they lose the White House in 2020, then he is a neutered president,” Gowdy added.

“And I’ve always thought this is much more about the Senate than it is removing someone from office because they’re not going to get a conviction in the Senate trial.”

“Looks Like She Is At Funeral” – Joy Behar Trashes First Lady Melania On The View

Joe Biden continues his campaign to annihilate his own legacy with bizarre behavior. Recently, he made a huge gaffe talking about loving kids who jump on his lap and playing with his hairy legs.

Biden then seemed to nibble on his wife’s fingers as she gave a campaign speech at some stop in Iowa.

During a segment of ABC’s “The View,” Joy Behar used that moment Monday to mock First Lady Melania Trump.

“I thought it was silly and, like, they clearly still love each other and are playful,” Meghan McCain said about the weird finger nibble.

Guest host to the show Yvette Nicole Brown said, “I think it’s adorable, and it’s just kind of a reflex. You put your finger in someone’s face, they kind of go for it. It was a reflex. It was sweet.”

“That’s what I did with Bernie Sanders when I did Bill Maher with him years ago,” Abby Huntsman said after crazy Bernie kept invading her space.

“He kept going like with his with his hands. I did not nibble. You have to do something. Everyone sees it’s uncomfortable. I thought in that moment, they look like they’re very happy, and frankly he needs to do more of that. That’s his soft side.”

But it was Joy Behar who went straight to the gutter with an unprovoked attack on First Lady Melania Trump of all people, as the Daily Caller reported.

“They seem to like each other though, still. Melania looks like she’s at a funeral half the time,” said Joy Behar.

Joe Biden Never Met Kim Jong Un, But Claims He “Spent Lot Of Time” With Him

Joe Biden is a real gaffe machine. The Democratic presidential candidate continued his role as the unofficial chair of the Trump reelection campaign by making another epic blunder that underscores that someone should put a fork in him. This time, Biden — who never met Kim Jong Un — claimed he “spent a lot of time” with the leader of North Korea.

Biden spouted the lie during a campaign stop in Iowa on Saturday. He bragged to a tiny roomful of supporters that authoritarian leaders like Kim Jong Un will never fool him because he knows who they are at their core, which is brutal dictators.

“You’re gonna have to assume that position from the moment they are sworn in on January the 20th and know the rest of the world knows that person — in this case, me — and that I know them,” Biden boasted.

“Putin has no illusions about whether I know him or not. Kim Jong Un is another person [who knows] whether I know him or not. The same with Xi Jinping. I’ve spent a lot of time with these folks. They know, they know [me],” Biden said.

For the record, Joe Biden never met Kim because his boss, Barack Obama, ignored Kim during his eight-year presidency. Back then it looked like Obama’s policy toward North Korea was “ignore the problem and it’ll go away.”

In contrast, President Trump opened talks with the hermit kingdom, saying communication is the only way to promote peace. Predictably, President Trump was trashed by the Left and their friends in the media for the move, which has eased tensions in that part of the world and deescalated hostility between the U.S. and North Korea.

The BPR reported that during the Obama presidency, Kim Jong Un built up a stockpile of weapons. His regime also jailed and tortured American college student Otto Warmbier for taking a poster from a hotel in Pyongyang. At the time, Otto was visiting North Korea as part of a 2016 tour with a China-based tour company.

Warmbier spent 18 months rotting in jail before Trump negotiated his release. Warmbier was in a coma at the time he was returned to the United States and died a week later of apparent brain damage.

They have trashed first lady Melania’s Christmas decorations every year so we expect nothing less this year.
