Speaking about the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett on Sunday, Joe Biden made the claim that Americans cold lose a myriad of rights if President Donald Trump gets his way on filling the vacancy left by the passing of Justice Ginsburg.

Speaking to a crowd of his supporters, Joe Biden blasted the President on SCOTUS seat.

Biden said “The American people understand the urgency of this moment…”

“They’re already voting in droves because they know their healthcare hangs in the balance.”

“They understand that if Donald Trump gets his way, they could lose their right to vote, their right to clean air and water, their right to equal pay,” Joe Biden said.

“Workers could loose their collective bargoning rights, dreamers can be thrown out of the only country they’ve ever known,” Biden continued.

“People are voting right now, because they know the very soul of this country is at stake,” Joe Biden continued.

Sheriff David Beth, Kenosha County’s longest serving sheriff and the person responsible for one of Wisconsin’s largest law enforcement agencies, endorsed President Donald Trump.

“On the first of the month, I had the honor of meeting with President Donald Trump for a round-table discussion addressing the violence that recently took hold of our community,” the Sheriff said, as USA Today reported.

“I saw first-hand the support, gratitude and steadfast resolve our president holds for the law enforcement community. The president arrived with a plan to provide the critical resources needed to keep our community safe.”

“When the violence began, we had immediately put in the call to have local and state resources respond to the situation. Many responded, but we still needed more help. This is where the president stepped up and offered us the full resources of the federal government.”

“Whatever you need, it’s coming,” the president relayed to me.”

“It was a powerful moment for us. While we know our local and state partners are the best in the business, having the extra support of our federal partners was absolutely critical in quelling the violence.”

“The president’s swift and bold response to support our law enforcement family and my community made it clear that he’s the strong leader Wisconsin and America needs. It’s also why I am proud to endorse President Trump for re-election this fall.”

“It’s not just me. Thirty-eight other Wisconsin sheriffs have also endorsed the president. President Trump is backing the blue and we are proud to back him.”

CBS’s Gayle King took issue with Nancy Pelosi calling President Trump’s associates “henchmen” during an interview.

“Tuesday is a big debate,” Gayle King told the House Speaker on Friday.

Gayle King continued: “Tuesday, the debate between the two of them, between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. You earlier suggested that you didn’t think Biden should debate. Do you still feel that way?”

“The president has no fidelity to fact or truth, and actually, in his comments the last few days, no fidelity to the Constitution of the United States,” Nancy Pelosi responded.

“He and his henchmen are a danger with their comments, are a danger to our democracy. Why bother? He isn’t committed to our Constitution,” Pelosi said.

“But Speaker Pelosi, here’s the problem. Your language, to some, is just as egregious as what they’re saying, by calling the president’s people ‘henchmen.’ Some could say that’s just as insulting as what he’s saying about you,” King said.

“Well, I don’t care what he says about me,” Pelosi responded. “Every knock from him is a boost for me. If he wants to help me raise money, he can keep knocking me.”

The exchange caused many reactions on social media, prompting King’s name to trend on Twitter Saturday morning. Black Lives Matter activist Talbert Swan defended Pelosi’s use of the word “henchmen” in a tweet to King, criticizing the CBS journalist.

“Dear Gayle King, Trump cronies are henchmen. They are prepared to engage in crime, dishonesty, violence, and debauchery to defend the pathological lying, racist, wannabe dictator in the White House. Where the hell have you been for the last 3 1/2 years?” Swan tweeted.

President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden are slated to debate each other on Tuesday night.

Cher, Bette Midler and Alyssa Milano, all very active anti-Trump Twitter users, spoke out against the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

Cher wrote:

“Trump APPOINTS FEMALE NEOCON JUDGE WHO PLEDGES BEHIND THE SCENES, 2 KILL ACA & PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS DURING A PANDEMIC,& ROE WADE 2 GO. SICK CHILDREN WILL SUFFER BECAUSE MEDICINES TOO EXPENSIVE .NO $ 4 DIALYSIS,HEART CANCER, KIDNEY DISEASES, IF PPL DONT GET TREATMENT THEY DIE”

Bette Midler wrote:

“Do you think they tried very hard to get Donald to read anything about #AmyConeyBarrett”

“Or did they just say, “We found a lady Mike Pence” during a commercial break on OANN?” Midler added.

Alyssa Milano wrote:

“120 million people could be kicked off healthcare insurance during a pandemic.”

“Barrett has a track record of disagreeing with the Supreme Court’s decision upholding the ACA. She critiqued Chief Roberts’ opinion upholding the law in 2012. Just saying. #NoSCOTUSVote #COVIDー19″ Milano posted.

In a new Op-Ed for Fox News, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich argues that Democrats “policy of harshness and ruthlessness” towards Republicans nominees for SCOTUS will backfire.

Gingrich said that unfortunately for the Democrats, Barrett “is going to come across as professional, knowledgeable and likable.”

Newt writes “With the nomination of Judge Barrett, the Democrats face a real dilemma. Judge Barrett is incredibly smart, has an impressive career, and is well-known as a caring, compassionate person.”

“She graduated magna cum laude from Rhodes College, and then graduated first in her class at Notre Dame Law School.”

“…Judge Barrett is one of the most respected conservative jurists in the country, and conservatives have long hoped she would become a Supreme Court Justice.”

“Her personal life is as impressive as her professional life. She has seven children, two of whom she adopted from Haiti,” said Gingrich.

“Judge Barrett is going to come across as professional, knowledgeable and likable. By all rights, she should be considered a remarkable, inspirational figure to all Americans regardless of political leanings (and especially to young women).”

“The dilemma for the Democrats is they have to decide whether they will try to destroy her (as they tried with Bork, Thomas, and Kavanaugh) or to concede that she is unacceptable for liberals but acceptable (indeed preferable) to most Americans.”

Conservative actor James Woods fired back at Senator Blumenthal for claiming that the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett is “illegitimate.”

Blumenthal had written “I will oppose the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett, as I would any nominee proposed as part of this illegitimate sham process, barely one month before an election as Americans are already casting their votes. Americans deserve a voice in this hugely consequential decision.”

James Woods fired back “To call this an “illegitimate” process is an outright lie. Since lying is your trademark, it’s no surprise, of course. You, sir, are a liar. A known liar. A reviled liar. A liar.”

Woods was referring to Blumenthal’s controversy over statements about service “in Vietnam”

According to Wikipedia “Blumenthal received five draft deferments during the Vietnam War, obtaining first educational deferments, and then deferments based on his occupation. With part-time service in the reserves or National Guard generally regarded as an alternative for those wishing to avoid serving in Vietnam, in April 1970 Blumenthal enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He served in units in Washington, D.C., and Connecticut from 1970 to 1976, attaining the rank of sergeant.“

During his 2010 Senate campaign, news report videos that showed Blumenthal claim that he’d served “in Vietnam” created a controversy.

Blumenthal denied having intentionally misled voters, but acknowledged having occasionally “misspoken” about his service record. He later apologized to voters for remarks about his military service which he said had not been “clear or precise”.

Appearing on CNN, Blumenthal appeared to struggle to justify his claim that the nomination of Coney Barrett was truly “illegitimate” instead saying it may not violate the Constitution but was against norms and “unspoken rules.”

Minutes after President Trump announced Judge Amy Coney Barrett as his nomination for the Supreme Court Vacancy, Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal expressed strong feelings against her on Twitter.

In the last of several tweets, Blumenthal declares “I will refuse to treat this process as legitimate & will not meet with Judge Amy Coney Barrett.”

If Judge Barrett’s views become law, hundreds of millions of Americans living w/pre-existing conditions would lose access to their health care. In the middle of a pandemic, rushing confirmation of an extreme jurist who will decimate health care is unconscionable.

Thousands of people have signed the petition calling for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to be ‘prosecuted for COVID violations’

The petition has gone viral across social media and is calling for Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to be “prosecuted by San Francisco for her flaunting of COVID regulations.”

The viral campaign has gathered tens of thousands of signatures in response to Speaker Pelosi being caught on camera in a hair salon without a mask earlier this month.

“The salon owner gets death threats, while Pelosi has paid ZERO price for her hypocrisy,” the petition states.

At the time of press, more than 32,000 people have signed the petition, soaring past its initial goal of 20,000 signatures.

The campaign demands that San Francisco Police Chief William Scott launches a criminal investigation and prosecutes the top California Democrat.

The petition includes a letter addressed to the police chief that says, “Laws aren’t just for the ‘little people’.”

“Not only did Nancy Pelosi knowingly violate health ordinances, but just destroyed a business because she couldn’t take an ounce of responsibility,” the letter argues.

“At a very minimum, Nancy Pelosi must be prosecuted by San Francisco for her flaunting of COVID regulations. Now!”

The petition was posted by the Media Action Network (MAN), which vows to “expose and replace” liberal media, according to The Daily Mail.

“The ‘mainstream’ media pretends to be unbiased referees while they operate as an arm of the Democrat party,” the MAN website says.

“As long as they’re still faking objectivity, we’ll be there to remind them.”

Wednesday, Hollywood actress Barbra Streisand took to social media and blasted President Trump, claiming that the President will refuse to leave the Office if he lost the election.

Streisand shared an article from The Independent and wrote “Trump is now threatening to not concede if he loses to Joe Biden. He will not rest until he has a dictatorship.”

Friday, Streisand continued to attack President Trump in a series of tweets.

Streisand wrote “Do we want to have a President who deals with the reality of climate change, who favors clean air and water, and embraces the jobs of the future in renewable energy? Or does the country really want Donald Trump who doesn’t deal with reality at all, like Covid-19?”

She then tweeted “We need reality now!

“The reality is that Trump is responsible for being dishonest about COVID-19 and causing thousands of deaths,” Streisand continued.

“The reality is people are having to move because of climate change. We’re having fires and storms and hurricanes that are destroying peoples lives!”

Streisand added “The reality is Trump is trying to get rid of Obamacare that gives insurance to millions of people in their time of need. To people who are voting… get real, get with reality. Stop this maniac!”
