Huge Numbers Of Immigrants From Corona-Infected Countries Were Denied Entry At Border

Recent reports claim that about 150,000 illegal immigrants from 72 nations with cases of the coronavirus have been apprehended or deemed inadmissible from entering the U.S. since November, raising the ongoing border crisis to a potential public health threat.

New figures provided to Secrets show that over half of the nearly 300,000 illegal immigrants apprehended or deemed “inadmissible” this fiscal year came from nations with cases of the coronavirus, including China, Italy, Iran, South Korea, etc.

Trump’s administration has been bracing for a federal court decision that would junk its “remain in Mexico” policy and open the doors on the southwest border. But the Supreme Court put that on hold as legal arguments on both sides continue in the liberal 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which oversees California and Arizona.

DHS figures

“The border/immigration situation has taken on a whole new dynamic; it’s a public health threat,” said an official.

Secrets recently reported that 328 Chinese immigrants had been seized illegally crossing our border since the virus outbreak began in China.

Last week, U.S. Customs & Border Protection officials said that none of the immigrants stopped by agents showed signs of the virus.

The department also stated that there are several factors raising the potential of a virus crisis at the border:

– Sheer volume of migrants.
-Nationalities represented at the border from coronavirus-affected countries.
-Unique health dangers of journey to the border.
-Crowded conditions of DHS border facilities.
-Strain on healthcare system.

Maxine Waters Claims Trump Is a “Liar” & Needs To “Shut His Mouth” On Virus Outbreak

Rep. Maxine Waters trashed President Trump and called him a liar, while saying that he should leave talk about the coronavirus outbreak to health professionals in his administration.

“It’s been said over and over again that you cannot trust this president,” Maxine Waters told reporters Wednesday.

“Not only is he a lair, he does not believe in anything scientific,” she added.

The Washington Examiner reported that since the outbreak of the virus reached the United States, President Trump has sought to quell fears that the situation has gotten out of control.

“Our CoronaVirus Team has been doing a great job,” the President tweeted this week. “Even Democrat governors have been VERY complimentary!”

Rep. Maxine Waters, a Democrat, was not one of them. “The president of the United States cannot be relied upon,” she said.

“Someone said he needs to be quiet, he needs to shut his mouth. And he should do that and allow CDC, NIH, and others to deal with this issue and help us through it,” she added.

The World Health Organization declared the virus a pandemic on Wednesday. So far, there are 1,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the U.S. The death toll as risen to 31.

Mike Huckabee Reacts To Toilet Paper Shortage With a Hilarious Dig At The NY Times

The fear over the coronavirus is leading to a widespread toilet paper shortage as big box shops and grocery stores struggle to keep up with demand.

Even on Amazon, most of the most popular brands are either out of stock or backordered.

Mike Huckabee didn’t wait long to react on the phenomena with a hilarious dig a the NY Times. He took to Twitter and said: “If this toilet paper shortage continues I might be forced to subscribe to home delivery of The NY Times!”

CNBC reported that panic buying has been rife amid the global spread of the new coronavirus, with consumers around the world stockpiling goods like hand sanitizer, canned foods and toilet paper.

The trend has seen stores ration products, with U.K. retailers limiting sales of hand hygiene products while Australian shoppers have seen restrictions on the amount of toilet paper they can buy.

Psychologists spoke to CNBC to weigh in on why our brains push us to panic buy — even when authorities are assuring the public there’s no need to.

According to Paul Marsden, a consumer psychologist at the University of the Arts London, the short answer can be found in the psychology of “retail therapy” — where we buy to manage our emotional state.

“It’s about ‘taking back control’ in a world where you feel out of control,” he said. “More generally, panic buying can be understood as playing to our three fundamental psychology needs.”

“Not American” – Iraqi Refugee Rips Rashida Tlaib For Wearing Shirt With “Terrorist” Symbolism

The GOP challenger to Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar responded to news that Rashida Tlaib was seen wearing a shirt suggesting Israel should be removed from the map by calling the move “disgusting” and “not American.”

“I grew up in the Middle East, where erasure of Israel from the maps means only one thing: genocide against the Jewish state and its citizens,” Rep. Omar’s challenger Dalia al Aqidi told the Washington Examiner.

“We see it from Hamas and other Muslim Brotherhood terrorists. To see this from a member of Congress is disgusting, and it’s not American. This kind of hatred is new in American politics. It was only 2018 when Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib came to Washington, and seeing things like this only shows how important it is that we send them packing in November,” she added.

Aqidi was responding to news that Rashida Tlaib was photographed promoting accused anti-Semite Linda Sarsour’s book while wearing a t-shirt that suggested Israel should be eliminated in favor of Palestine.

Aqidi, who is a refugee just like Omar, has been a vocal critic of the Somali-born congresswoman and has been pushing the argument that she identifies as an American more than Omar does.

Rep. Omar recently drew criticism, most notably from Aqidi, for a tweet describing herself with several identifiers, none of which were “American.”

“I came to the U.S. more than 25 years ago. So, basically, I’m not a refugee anymore. I’m not an Iraqi anymore. I’m an American. Period,” Aqidi told Fox & Friends last month.

Five Republicans are vying for the opportunity to face Rep. Omar in a general election, and three Democrats have announced their candidacy to face off against her in a primary on Aug. 11.

Auto Worker Who Confronted Biden Breaks His Silence On The Incident: “He Went Off The Deep End”

The unfortunate man Joe Biden snapped at in Michigan over the second amendment broke his silence on Fox and Friends and shared his thoughts about the incident.

The man went viral after accusing Biden of “actively trying to end our second amendment right.”

2020 Presidential candidate Joe Biden responded, “You’re full of sh*t, I support the second amendment,” Biden said before listing off the guns he owns.

The man kept yelling so Biden hit back: “Don’t be such a horse’s ass,” he said, according to a CBS reporter.

The man now says Joe Biden went off the deep end and that he is proud to stand and defend the 2nd amendment.

In an interview on “Fox & Friends,” Jerry Wayne said that originally he had no idea if Biden was even going to be taking questions when he visited the Fiat-Chrysler auto plant in Detroit on Tuesday.

“I also asked him how he wanted to get the vote of the working man when a lot of us, we wield arms. We bear arms and we like to do that. And if he wants to give us work and take our guns, I don’t see how he is going to get the same vote,” he said…

…At one point mistakenly referring to “AR-14’s,” Biden went on to press Wayne to acknowledge that machine guns are illegal. Biden appeared to then misspeak in saying AR-15’s are illegal, before questioning why anyone needs “100 rounds.”

“It was a little bit disturbing to see that a politician wants to take away my right to defend myself,” Wayne told the “Friends” hosts.

“He doesn’t need to touch anybody’s weapon at all. What we need to do is we need to concentrate on teaching people how to respect firearms and how to use them — not take them away,” he advised.

“Yeah, I thought I was pretty articulate and respectful. I didn’t try to raise any feathers and he kind of just went off the deep end,” Wayne explained.

“I mean, I guess technically speaking he can say whatever he wants,” Wayne conceded. “But, he was the vice president. He wants to be the president now. You are a candidate. You work for the American people. And, if you can’t understand that then you don’t deserve to have a leg in this race.”

Wayne – who declined to say who he plans to vote for in November – said it was an “absolute privilege and an honor” to be the voice of America on guns.

“This is a right that we need to protect with our heart and soul,” he concluded. “It’s not to be infringed.”

Maxine Waters Not Sure If Joe Biden Has What It Takes To Beat Donald Trump

On Tuesday House Financial Services Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters punted when asked whether she believes former Vice President Joe Biden could defeat President Trump in a general election contest.

“I don’t know, but we’ll see,” Waters said when asked by Just the News senior correspondent Nicholas Ballasy if Biden has what it takes to win in November.

Waters noted that while she has not publicly announced her support for Biden or his Democrat presidential primary rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders, it’s paramount that the nominee is able to unseat the president. “It’s not about who you like,” she explained.

“It’s about now watching and understanding who can beat Trump,” she added.

She was also asked about Biden’s frequent gaffes on the campaign trail and whether his mental acuity is a cause of concern.

“Nobody has made more gaffes and told more lies than the president of the United States of America,” she quipped about President Trump. “How dare he talk about somebody’s gaffes?”

President Trump has repeatedly highlighted Biden‘s gaffes, stating earlier this month the Democrat front-runner doesn’t know “what office he’s running for.”

“Sleepy Joe doesn’t know where he is, or what he’s doing,” the president wrote on Twitter. “Honestly, I don’t think he even knows what office he’s running for!” Joe Biden has indeed mistaken the state he has campaigned in on multiple occasions.

Trump Endorses Tommy Tuberville Over Jeff Sessions In Alabama Senate Race

On Tuesday, President Trump endorsed former Auburn University football coach Tommy Tuberville in his Alabama runoff election against Jeff Sessions, which is very bad news for Trump’s former attorney general as he attempts to get back into the Senate.

“Coach Tommy Tuberville, a winner, has my Complete and Total Endorsement. I love Alabama!” President Trump tweeted.

Trump also praised Tuberville as a “terrific head football coach at Auburn University” and a “REAL LEADER who will never let MAGA/KAG, or our Country, down!”

Tuberville thanked the President in a tweet of his own, saying he was “Looking forward to helping you drain the swamp and #KAG!”

Sessions and Tuberville will be on the ticket in a runoff election on March 31 after no candidate received 50% of the vote in last week’s GOP primary.

They were the top two vote-getters in the primary, with roughly 33% and 32% of the vote, respectively.

President Trump had remained neutral in the race leading up to the primary.

But as the Hill reported, his endorsement on Tuesday could deal a fatal blow to Sessions’s campaign for his old Senate seat, which he vacated when he joined the president’s Cabinet as attorney general.

President Trump repeatedly excoriated Sessions over his decision to recuse himself from overseeing the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. He urged Sessions to unrecuse himself, and described him as a “total disaster” and “an embarrassment to the great state of Alabama.”

Kevin McCarthy Attacked By Dems & Media For Saying “Chinese Coronavirus”

Liberals are completely of their mind. They are actually attacking GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy for saying “the Chinese coronavirus”, as if he said something horribly derogatory.

McCarthy took to social and posted a tweet where his followers can find more info about the corona virus.

“Everything you need to know about the Chinese coronavirus can be found on one, regularly-updated website: http://coronavirus.gov”

All that Kevin McCarthy was doing in his post was directing people to the CDC’s website for the latest on the virus.

Not too long after he posted the tweet, Grace Meng, a Democrat from New York, demanded an apology from McCarthy.

“I’m embarrassed to be his colleague. I’m so disgusted.” said the New York Democrat.

We await his apology to the nation, the Chinese-American and #AAPI community and to his own constituents,” she added.

Embarrassed? Disgusted? Isn’t that a bit too much.

The Coronavirus began in China and McCarthy attributing it to China via the name is neither disgusting nor embarrassing, it’s just a fact.

MSNBC was all over this, claiming that McCarthy used “very derogatory, offensive terms.”

Illegal Immigrant Driver Crashes Into Van Killing Four Family Members – Gets Slap On The Wrist

An illegal immigrant driver that was involved in a traffic accident that took the lives of four family members as they vacationed at Disney World has been charged with careless driving in Florida.

Lucas Dos Reis Laurindo, a Brazilian national, was driving a pickup truck down Florida’s 429 highway last month when traffic began to slow down, according to police. He failed to slow down in time and crashed into a Toyota Sienna, which overturned.

The Washington Examiner reported that the crash killed 5-year-old Scarlett Smith, her 12-year-old brother Jaxon Smith, their mother, 41-year-old Julie Smith, and grandmother, 76-year-old Josephine Fay.

Josephine’s husband, Bill, Julie’s husband, Shane, and both their daughters Shalie and Skylar were in the vechicle as well but survived the crash. The family was in Florida to visit Disney World.

On Monday, the Florida Highway Patrol concluded its investigation into the crash and issued a careless driving ticket to Laurindo.

“The result of the crash investigation has determined that Mr. Dos Reis Laurindo was at fault for the collision,” the Florida Highway Patrol said in a statement. “Under Florida law, the strongest charge that could be made against him, is a ticket issued for careless driving.”

Back on Feb. 21, Lucas Dos Reis Laurindo was arrested for a visa violation as he attempted to board a plane to his home country of Brazil, according to WFTV.

Laurindo stated that authorities told him he was “being detained for deportation because he may have unlawfully worked while in the country.”

He is currently being held at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Glades County, Florida.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the Fay and Smith families, and it has raised more than $120,000.

There were 74,523 DUI charges and convictions to go along with 68,236 other driving offenses among those arrested by ICE in 2019 alone.

NY Gov. Cuomo Calls In The National Guard To Help Control Coronavirus Outbreak In New Rochelle

Gov. Andrew Cuomo crossed the Rubicon and decided to call in the National Guard to help control the coronavirus outbreak that New York is suffering.

The state of New York has seen an explosion of cases and if the rest of the world is any guide getting this under control and slowing transmission so it does not overwhelm our healthcare system is critical to saving lives.

This is a big step and one hopes that many people who are not currently taking this seriously will start to.

WCBS reported that Cuomo announced the National Guard will be deployed to New Rochelle to help deal with the coronavirus outbreak on Tuesday.

The governor made the announcement in Albany while confirming the state had reached a total of 173 positive cases of the virus.

He notes that New Rochelle, where the first positive case was confirmed in the state, is the most impacted by the outbreak with a total of 108 cases. Many of the cases can be linked to the 50-year-old attorney.

To help contain the spread of the outbreak in the area, Cuomo said there will be a 1-mile containment zone surrounding New Rochelle. The National Guard will be deployed to the area to deliver food and assist in cleaning surfaces.

Beginning March 12, there will be a two-week period in which all public facilities within the containment zone will be closed – including all schools.

Meanwhile, the state and a private health system will be setting up a temporary testing facility in the area.

“This is literally a matter of life and death,” Cuomo said of the outbreak.

Cuomo said that he understands that the closure will cause a disruption in the area, but that it needs to be done to slow the spread of the virus and to give scientists more time to study the virus and come up with the best recommendations for those who have been sickened.
