Bette Midler Compares President Trump To “Butcher Of Uganda,” Says He’s Destroying The Country “On Purpose”

Monday, Hollywood performer Bette Midler accused President Donald Trump of destroying the country on purpose.

Responding to a report that President Trump tweeted “Don’t let covid dominate your life,” Bette Milder responded “I’d rather have Covid dominate my life than you, you giant jackass.”

“Covid isn’t destroying my country on purpose, like you are,” she added.

Today, Bette Midler accused President Trump of taking Ugandan leader Idi Amin as his “inspiration.”

Amin, Known as the “Butcher of Uganda,” is considered one of the most cruel despots in history.

Idi Amin expelled Uganda’s 50,000 Asians and slaughtered up to 500,000 people.

By the end of his rule, Amin had ordered the killings of an estimated 300,000 people (some estimates peg the number as high as 500,000) out of a population of 12 million.
