O’Donnell Claims There Are More Than 100,000 Concentration Camps In Nearly Every State In U.S.

During a Monday night interview, Rosie O’Donnell defended socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s false claim that Trump’s administration is operating concentration camps on the border with Mexico and claimed with no evidence that there are “over 100,000” concentration camps “in nearly every state.”

Kyle Drennen from NewsBusters reported that Rosie O’Donnell made the comments while appearing on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

“Rosie, you’re going to be doing a vigil called Lights for Liberty, July 12th, demanding an end to the detention camps,” Cohen said.

“Yeah, the concentration camps, even though there’s lots of controversy about the word,” Rosie O’Donnell responded. “But actually, legitimate scholars who study genocide say, yes, these are, in fact, the criteria for concentration camps, they meet them.”

“There are over 100,000 camps in nearly every state,” Rosie O’Donnell continued. “There’s between 10,000 and 13,000 children, that could fill Radio City Music Hall twice. That’s how many children unaccompanied alone in these camps.”

Rosie O’Donnell’s remarks come after Rep. Ocasio-Cortez falsely claimed in an Instagram video that the U.S. was operating “concentration camps” on the southern border.

“The United States is running concentration camps on our southern border and that is exactly what they are,” Rep. Ocasio-Cortez said. “They are concentration camps. And, um, if that doesn’t bother you, I don’t, I don’t know, I like, we can have, okay whatever.”

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez then invoked “Never Again,” which is a direct reference to the Holocaust.

“I want to talk to the people that are concerned enough with humanity to say that we should not that ‘Never Again’ means something and that the fact that concentration camps are now an institutionalized practice in the home of the free is extraordinarily disturbing and we need to do something about it,” the freshman representative continued. “This week, children, immigrant children were moved to the same internment camps where the Japanese were held in, in the early, in the earlier 20th century and this is, um, this is not even about a crisis for, this is not just about the immigrant communities being held in concentration camps being a crisis.”

DOJ Sues Omarosa Newman Over Financial Disclosure Violation

It is fair to say that Attorney General Bill Barr inherited a real mess. The Department of Justice was rudderless and the place was in chaos.

That is why President Trump needed a wise and experienced hand to deal with all the incoming problems as well as do the job of Attorney General.

Events have proven out that the President chose very wisely in William Barr. This lawsuit is not for a major violation, but we have rules for a reason and if Omarosa is arrogant enough as to believe the rules don’t apply to her, she’s got another thing coming.

CNBC reported that on Tuesday, the Justice Department sued former Trump senior White House advisor Omarosa Manigault Newman for allegedly failing to file required financial disclosures after the notorious “The Apprentice” contestant was fired from her job.

In its suit filed in federal court in D.C., the department claims Manigault Newman, who had been director of communications of the White House Office of Public Liaison, was told after she was fired by then-White House chief of staff John Kelly that she had to file a financial disclosure form.

After she allegedly failed to do so, the suit claims, she was reminded of her obligation seven more times from January through March 2018.

“Notwithstanding the numerous attempt to obtain her compliance, Ms. Manigault Newman has not filed her termination financial disclosure report,” the lawsuit said.

The once-fierce defender of President Trump, Manigault Newman, who now is a strong critic of the president, is accused in the suit of violating the Ethics in Government Act, which is punishable by a fine of up to $50,000.

Last year, she released a book entitled “Unhinged,” in which she accused the President of being a “racist.”

During last August, President Trump’s presidential campaign filed an arbitration action against Manigault Newman, in which they claimed she breached a nondisclosure agreement in connection with her work for his 2016 election effort.

John King Sets The Record Straight: ‘Problems At The Southern Border Didn’t Start With President Trump’

CNN reporter John King just set the record straight about the crisis at the southern border. It is true that our immigration system has always had issues that occasionally flared up.

But the geniuses in Washington never could get their act together. That is why now, due to multiple factors, we have an unprecedented crisis on our southern border.

So far the Democrats and mainstream media did nothing except blame President Trump for the crisis. But today, John King set the record straight on CNN.

The Daily Caller reported that CNN’s John King took time Tuesday to note that problems at the southern border did not start with President Trump.

The Dems have criticized President Trump and his administration for its immigration policies, as well as the treatment of immigrants at the southern border. John King said the U.S. faced many of the same problems under the Obama administration.

“This particular issue is not new,” King said. “This has been a problem the U.S. government has had to figure out a solution to for a long time.”

King then replayed an interview that former President Obama did with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, where Obama issued a warning to immigrant families not to send their children “unaccompanied” to the U.S.

“That is five years ago this very week. That’s five years ago this very week, in the sense that, again, there’s a current divide. The current president evokes emotions among Democrats.” King said.

“A lot of progressives weren’t happy with that president, President Obama. They called him the ‘deporter-in-chief.’” He added. “But this issue has been unresolved, different pieces of it, for 20 plus years about unaccompanied children. That’s a clip from five years ago this week. When? How?”

Tom Cotton Blasts Nancy Pelosi’s Deportation Stance: ‘If U.S. Can’t Deport Illegals Who Have Been Ordered Deported, Who Can We Deport?’

“So, that is really kind of what happened. Trump didn’t say what he was going to do but, as the president said, ‘oh, I’ll let you know, I’ll let you know.’ He went into — ‘well, people broke the laws.’ A violation of status is not a reason for deportation. That’s just not so,” Nancy Pelosi said to a stunned audience.

Basically, she is saying that being in the U.S. illegally is not cause for deportation. Well, Tom Cotton who does not suffer these political foolish notions easily, had something to say about that.

Breitbart reported that Sen. Tom Cotton questioned who federal immigration officials are allowed to deport if not illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported by an immigration judge.

Cotton appeared in an interview with Fox News Sunday‘s Chris Wallace, and asked if the U.S. cannot deport even illegal aliens with final deportation orders, who can be deported? Here is how the exchange went:

WALLACE: President Trump has also delayed a round-up that was supposed to begin today of migrant families that have already been given their deportation orders.

[Trump] says he’s giving Congress two weeks to work out, to reform the asylum system, otherwise, he’ll impose the round-up. I don’t have to tell you, you have a little bit of a look on your face.

The likelihood … you talk about healthy skepticism, Congress isn’t going to reform the asylum system in two weeks, sir. [Emphasis added]

COTTON: So Chris I was just going to say healthy skepticism is warranted when you’re dealing with Democrats on immigration.

Let’s just think about the Democrats’ position here Chris. These are people who have claimed asylum in our country, they’ve had their day in court, they’ve had their claims rejected and now they face a valid and final order of removal.

If we can’t deport people like that, who can we deport? That’s why the Democrats’ position ultimately comes back to, in essence, open borders. [Emphasis added]

WALLACE: So what do you think of the president’s decision to hold off on the round-up of these people who should be deported? [Emphasis added]

COTTON: Two weeks for a couple of thousand families is not going to make a big difference. And if we could get a … genuine law passed through Congress that would address the asylum reforms that we need to stop the crisis at the border, that would be a good thing.

But, again, I go back to this point: If you can’t deport an illegal alien who has a valid and final order for removal that’s adjudicated by an immigration judge, who can you deport? [Emphasis added]

There are more than 1.7 million illegal immigrants with deportation orders or pending deportation orders that are yet to be reported from the United States.

More than 600.000 of the illegal immigrants have final orders for deportation, and more than 1 million illegals from Mexico and Central America have pending deportation orders.

‘Define American’ To Fellow Illegal Aliens: ‘We Cannot Allow Ourselves To Be Terrorized… We Have Rights’

The founder of the immigration group “Define American” called out American citizens’ “privilege” while calling on illegal immigrants to resist being “terrorized.”

On Sunday, immigration activist and journalist Jose Antonio Vargas appeared on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” and weighed in on reports about the Trump administration reportedly separating immigrant children from their families.

After addressing the claims that children were being held in poor conditions in facilities along the southern border, MSNBC host Joy Reid asked Vargas, himself an undocumented immigrant, what can be done.

“How do we get people to see them, then? You yourself face this fear every day. How do we get people on the other side who think we don’t care?” she asked.

“In addition to going on the streets and of course voting your conscience, the question now is what are American citizens willing to risk? Like what are you doing with your privilege?” the 38-year-old Pulitzer Prize winner responded.

“If you see someone getting arrested in front of you, if you see someone, you’re riding on a bus, you’re on a train, ICE shows up, they ask for papers, what are you going to do? Are you going to protect people on the bus, in the train who can’t show their papers because they don’t have any?” he asked.

Vargas, born in the Philippines and brought to America when he was 12-years-old, went public with his immigration status in 2011. He told the MSNBC panel about a family member inviting him to stay over if he was worried about impending ICE raids.

After initial reports about a mass round-up of illegal immigrants in several cities that was slated to begin this weekend, President Trump announced a two-week postponement, saying that he had delayed the raids “at the request of Democrats.”

On Sunday Vargas declared that he has “a right to feel safe in my home,” as he then addressed other illegal immigrants directly, as he had done on Twitter a day earlier.

“To all the undocumented people watching, we cannot allow ourselves to be terrorized. We cannot do that,” he said.

“We have to live our lives the best and as full as we can. We cannot live in fear, and we have to remember that we actually have rights,” he added, citing the Constitution and due process as noted in the Fourteenth Amendment:

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

“I am actually as a person protected by the Constitution. We have rights. And so do all the American citizens who are actually citizens of this country,” Vargas continued on MSNBC.

“I think the question is.” he added, “you have to figure out how are you going to be a sanctuary to people. What are you going to risk and what are you willing to do?”

FBI Raids Top Dem Politician Carrie Austin’s Office In Chicago

The FBI just landed another knockout blow to the decades-long corruption that has gripped Chicago. The feds got a long-time Chicago alderman, Daniel Solis, to flip and wear a wire and the dominoes are starting to fall. More is expected to come.

The Chicago Tribune reported that what has become a familiar scene of federal agents rifling through a Chicago alderman’s office played out again this Wednesday, this time on Chicago’s Far South Side as the FBI raided the 34th Ward office of influential Ald. Carrie Austin.

Austin is the second longest-serving active member of the Chicago City Council, and now became yet another veteran alderman to come under the cloud of a federal investigation.

The FBI served a search warrant at his ward office on West 111th Street on Wednesday, as a law enforcement source reported. In a statement, the FBI said it was conducting “court-authorized law enforcement activities” in the area of Austin’s office. But further reasons behind the search were not immediately available.

“Any time the FBI executes a search warrant of an elected official’s government office is a shocking development,” former federal prosecutor, now Mayor Lori Lightfoot said later at an unrelated news conference. “So I know what you know, which is not a lot at this point.”

The raid comes almost a month after 14th Ward Ald. Edward Burke, the City Council’s longest-tenured member, was indicted on sweeping racketeering charges alleging he used his clout to steer business to his private law firm from developers seeking action at City Hall. There was no indication Wednesday’s search was connected to Burke.

Men in slacks, shirts and sunglasses loaded what appeared as computer equipment and other materials into a black SUV parked outside the ward office’s back door, before retreating inside and then emerging to shoo a group of reporters away from the departing vehicle.

The scene outside Austin’s office became a sort of spectacle for a few residents who celebrated the raid or simply stopped to gawk at the sight of a neighborhood titan getting stung by federal heat.

Two men cursed at Austin’s office as they drove past the building. One woman, who declined to be identified, said she welcomed the event. And Preston Brown Jr., a former aldermanic candidate whom Austin edged in the 2019 general election, described the scene as “justice” for Chicago residents.

“I mean, the feds don’t just come raid your office for no reason,” Brown stated for the reporters as he stood outside the 34th Ward office at the intersection of 111th Street and Normal Avenue in the South Side’s Roseland neighborhood.

Meanwhile, some constituents encountered locked doors and confusion.

Thirty City Council members have pleaded guilty or been convicted of crimes related to their official duties since 1972. That number includes former 20th Ward Ald. Willie Cochran, whose lawyer argued in court earlier this month that Cochran shouldn’t serve prison time for his fraud conviction because putting corrupt Chicago aldermen behind bars hasn’t deterred other City Council members from trying to use their office to enrich themselves.

Nevertheless, in a City Council that’s no stranger to federal investigators, aldermen were stunned in January to hear that former Ald. Daniel Solis, 25th, allegedly wore a wire against Burke and possibly others.

After an initial report by the Sun-Times about Solis cooperating with federal investigators, Austin said she was shocked by Solis’ role.

Beth Chapman Put In Medically-Induced Coma As Her Husband Duane Ask Fans To Pray

Beth Chapman, star of the hit show “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” is reportedly in a medically-induced coma. Her husband, Duane Chapman broke the news to his fans and asked for prayers for his wife as she battles cancer.

Fox News reported that the wife of “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” Beth Chapman, was placed in a medically-induced coma over the weekend in Hawaii.

“Please say your prayers for Beth right now thank you love you,” Duane Chapman, also known as “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” tweeted on Sunday.

Beth, age 51, was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer in November 2017. She underwent successful surgery, but doctors later told her the cancer had re-appeared. Beth began chemotherapy in December, and in April was rushed to a hospital in Hawaii with “serious breathing issues.”

As of this Saturday, Beth Chapman was in a medically-induced coma at Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, according to Hawaii News Now.

Duane Chapman, 66, previously spoke for Fox News and told them that the couple, who starred in their hit A&E reality television show from 2004 until 2012, credits faith with helping them survive.

“Faith is probably the No. 1 thing in our lives, no matter what we’re faced with… Through this cancer episode, we had to drum up as much faith as we could. And the Bible talks about having faith as small as a mustard seed,” he said. “And that’s not much… And I thank God that we had at least that much faith to get her through that.”

Popculture reported that Fans filled social media with hopes and prayers and well-wishes for Beth Chapman on Sunday after she was put into a medically-induced coma.

The Chapman family has had a long and difficult journey through cancer treatment for matriarch Beth, and they hit another bump this weekend. Late on Saturday, Chapman was put into a medically-induced coma, according to a report by Honolulu News Now. There were no more details immediately available, but the family said they “humbly ask everyone to please pray for Beth.”

A group of millennial students were enraged when they heard the “racist” remarks that they thought President Trump have said. But they were shocked when they found out that Joe Biden really said it.

Campus Reform’s Cabot Phillips visited the Arlington, Virginia, campus of Marymount University in Virginia where he discussed a group of quotes with students through out the campus.

The quotes seemed racially tinged and the kids were very upset with the remarks. Phillips allowed them to hear the quotes and they thought it was all very offensive and very racist.

Feed by the everyday lies of mainstream media, the students all assumed that the quotes were from President Trump who they have been trained to hate in the college.

But, as soon as they were told that the quotes really came from their favorite candidate, Joe Biden, the students suddenly changed their tune.

One of the quotes will be familiar to those who read recent politics. Back during the 2008 presidential elections when Joe Biden was once again running for president (as he has half a dozen times), he said, “You cannot go into a 7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”

Another went like this: “They’re going to put y’all back in chains.”

Another comment said: “[Y]ou got the first mainstream African-American [former President Barack Obama] who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”

Every student in the video said they were sure that evil Trump said the quotes. But when they were confronted about who really made them, they were all surprised. Indeed, they all said they needed to reassess their support of Joe Biden whose remarks they now realize were racist.

President Trump Orders Deportation Crackdown In Ten Cities Starting This Weekend

President Trump has directed ICE to start rounding up illegal immigrants who have worked the system and missed court dates or who have been issued final deportation orders.

The left won’t like this but Obama was very tough on illegal immigration when he faced a crisis and President Trump is simply doing what must be done, given the constraints of the law and the inaction of the Democrats.

The Miami Herald reported that Miami will be one of the first cities where immigration authorities will target people for deportation as early as Sunday, according to sources who were briefed on the enforcement action.

Immigration agents will target Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York City, and San Francisco starting this weekend, sources from congressional offices and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement told the Miami Herald.

As sources sat, the first groups of people that will be targeted are minors who came into the U.S. without their parents and have since turned 18; people who were ordered removed in absentia; and people who missed a court hearing and did not respond to letters mailed to their homes by the Department of Justice.

Families on the so-called rocket docket, a slate of cases fast-tracked for deportation by the Justice Department will also be targetet.

Two ICE briefings were held this week, one on Wednesday, led by ICE Deputy Director Matthew T. Albence, the other on Thursday by Henry Lucero, field office director for the agency’s Enforcement and Removal Operations in Phoenix.

The Hill also reported that the President has directed U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to begin rounding up immigrant families who have received deportation orders starting this Sunday, three U.S. officials with knowledge of the plan told The Washington Post.

The operation will kick off with predawn raids, and is expected to target up to 2,000 families facing deportation orders in up to 10 cities, including Houston, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles and other cities with high numbers of illegal immigrants.

Due to law-enforcement sensitivities and the safety and security of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel, the agency will not offer more specific details related to enforcement operations before the conclusion of those actions. As always, ICE prioritizes the arrest and removal of unlawfully present aliens who have received criminal convictions; have pending criminal charges; are determined to be a national security or public safety threat; or are an immigration fugitive,” ICE spokesperson Matthew Bourke said in a statement to The Hill.

“In fact, nearly 90 percent of aliens arrested by ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations component in FY2018 had received criminal convictions or had pending criminal charges. However, as the agency has made clear, ICE will no longer exempt classes or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement. All of those in violation of the immigration laws may be subject to immigration arrest, detention and — if found removable by final order — removal from the United States.”

Bette Midler Attacks Melania Trump As Her Feud With Trump Kicks Into High Gear

Bette Midler has reached another low point for Hollywood, after she attacked and mocked first lady Melania Trump as her feud with President Trump kicked into high gear.

The Deadline has reported that Bette Midler is back on the Trump stump via Twitter. This time, she composed a bit of doggerel that references the President’s wife, Melania Trump.

While he plays with his own schizophrenia

As predicted, the poem was praised by the anti-Trump crowd and was stronglly condemned from the Trump supporters.

President Trump and Midler have been going at each other in various venues for a while.

The most recent quote that raised President Trump’s ire came in a Midler tweet that called Republicans “the dumbest group of voters in the country” and was inaccurately attributed to President Trump. Bette Midler later apologized for her mistake. “This quote turns out to be a fake from way back in ’15-16. Don’t know how I missed it, but it sounds SO much like [Trump] that I believed it was true!”

Earlier this month during a Piers Morgan interview, President Trump called Midler “a washed-up psycho” for sharing the fake quote about him and later repeated the name-calling in his own tweet.

The war on social between the two eventually captured the attention of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, who called President Trump’s tweets about Bette Midler during the 75th anniversary of D-Day “astounding,” and not in a good way.

Midler has also won support from Matthew Modine, a member of SAG-AFTRA running to unseat president Gabrielle Carteris. “I’m told the leader of the free world squeaked that the Divine Ms. M is a ‘washed up psycho,’” Modine told Deadline. “I wish we all had half the chutzpah, temerity, humanity, love of nature and cheek as Bette Midler.”
