Sarah Sanders Launches ‘Mass Purge’ Of White House Press Passes – Mainstream Media In Rage Mode

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders just made her move and did some spring cleaning at the White House. Specifically, she revoked press passes of many reporters in a purge that has the mainstream media howling.

Sarah stated that the rules mandated reporters to be “physically present at the White House for your job 90 or more days in a 180-day window of time” to get a press pass from the security.

It should be noted that the Press Secretary has made some exceptions to accommodate special cases but there is no mistake, Sarah has every right to do this.

From Newsguts: Washington Post reporter Dana Milbank learned this week that his permanent pass was being revoked. It’s a press pass he’s held for 21 years.

“The White House eliminated most briefings and severely restricted access to official events. And this week came the coup de grace: After covering four presidents, I received an email informing me that Trump’s press office had revoked my White House credential.” said Milbank.

“I’m not the only one. I was part of a mass purge of “hard pass” holders after the White House implemented a new standard that designated as unqualified almost the entire White House press corps, including all seven of The Post’s White House correspondents.” she continued.

“White House officials then chose which journalists would be granted “exceptions.” It did this over objections from news organizations and the White House Correspondents’ Association.”

The Post’s Paul Fahri adds: “The new policy has been met with some confusion and even worry among journalists, some of whom suspect that the ultimate aim is to keep critics in the press away from the White House and President Trump.”

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders explicitly denied that, saying the changes were prompted by security concerns, not to punish journalists. “No one’s access is being limited,” she said on Wednesday.

But Milbank claims that the White House isn’t being up front about this new policy: “White House officials offered me and others it disqualified a lesser credential called a six-month pass. They say it will grant equivalent access, but for various technical reasons, that isn’t true.”

First Lady Melania Vows To Help Children Reach Their ‘Full Potential’ At ‘Be Best’ Anniversary

First lady Melania marks one year of her “Be Best” campaign as she continues to strive to educate and encourage children throughout the world.

On Tuesday, the White House held an anniversary celebration for Melania’s initiative, launched on May 7, 2018, with a mission to highlight children’s well-being and combating the opioid crisis.

One year after it’s launch, Melania acknowledged that over the past year, her office has listened to families about situations that affect the next generation of children, and is now expanding two of the initiative’s three pillars.

On Tuesday, the First Lady announced that she is expanding one pillar to include online safety and expanding the focus of her opioid crisis pillar to include children of all ages.

President Trump, accompanied by Vice President Pence, attended Tuesday’s ceremony at the Rose Garden in support of First Lady Melania.

“There is no greater gift you can give to this country,” Melania said, thanking the organizations who have partnered with her campaign to help children around the world.

Through out her campaign, the first lady has visited schools, hospitals, children’s centers, 15 U.S. states, and nine international countries, in an attempt to promote and highlight her initiative. She has also met with over 30 foreign diplomats and head of state spouses.

The First Lady reiterated her goal with “Be Best” to “help children reach their full potential so they can grow up happy, healthy and contribute positively to society and the world.”

“With that goal always in mind, we must continue our work to do what we can to affect positive change for our children,” she added.

“In my time as first lady of the United States, I will continue to make every effort to promote the many successful well-being, character, and education programs that exist today,” first lady Melania vowed.

She continued: “I will continue speaking with and learning from leaders in technology industry in order to raise awareness around the importance of safe and positive online behaviors. I will continue working with those who are fighting the epidemic and stigma of drug addiction. I will continue to travel and speak to children directly about some of the challenges they face every day. I’m committed to visiting more schools, hospitals, organizations, and companies to promote ‘Be Best.’”

In addition, Melania announced that she will be embarking on an international trip this fall to promote “Be Best.” The first lady didn’t reveal the location as “details are still coming together.”

She also her hope that “together we can be best at helping children and families find effective ways to educate themselves and become part of the solution to so many problems and issues facing kids today.”

“Let’s join together in committing to help children dream big, think big, and do all they can to be best in everything they do,” first lady Melania declared in her closing remarks.

Melania looked just as stunning as ever wearing a sleeveless sheer number that went down past her knees as she joined her husband President Trump to celebrate the legendary golfer with the nation’s highest civilian honor.

The First Lady’s gorgeous look was completed with loose hair and taupe-colored high heels.

During the White House ceremony, President Donald Trump praised Tiger Woods as “one of the greatest athletes in the history of sports” who has “inspired millions of young” and has become “a global symbol of American excellence,” per a White House pool report.

“Tiger, we are inspired by everything you’ve become and attained. The job you’ve done is incredible,” President Trump said to Woods.

First Lady Melania Trump always looks perfect no matter what the occasion, as we have noted many times before. Most recently, The First Lady shined bright when she showed up in a sleeveless lace vanilla dress at the National Day of Prayer dinner.

Hillary Clinton and her husband Bill are on a Trump bashing tour visiting major cities in U.S. They are basically giving away seats as the demand for the dynamic duo has been very low.

They settled into Las Vegas and promptly trashed President Trump with Hillary even saying that she won in 2016 but the election was stolen from her.

That’s when a brave deplorable heckled her in the middle of her speech saying that she will be going to jail.

The man, who identified himself online as a Trump supporter and combat veteran, stood up during the opening stages of the Sunday evening show, and yelled: ‘You’re going to jail lady.’

His shouts drew a response from Hillary Clinton: ‘we have some people who’d rather shout than talk and listen’ – before he was escorted out by security.

After the incident, The Clintons settled in for an evening of criticizing the Trump presidency, accusing him of being ‘played’ by Russia.

Putin’s KGB training, Hillary said, had allowed him to size up and pull the strings on President Trump about issues ranging from 2016 election interference to North Korea.

‘I don’t understand exactly the pull out Putin has over him,’ Clinton said, as the Washington Examiner reported.

‘A lot of these tough guys on the international scene expect you to push back. Right now, we are ceding so much territory to him.’ she added.

She also bemoaned what she described as a double-standard in politics which sees women treated ‘more harshly.’

‘It is unfortunately still true that sexism and misogyny are alive and well in our political system,’ she said.

‘Women are held to a higher double standard and often more harshly, and we’ve got to get over that, my friends’ she claimed.

Queen Elizabeth Humiliates London Mayor By Not Inviting Him To Trump’s State Banquet

London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan has been shunned by the Queen, who has not invited him to President Trump’s state banquet at Buckingham Palace.

Labour’s Mr Khan was left off the guest list by the Monarch, despite his announcement that he would be happy to meet the American. Khan’s spokesman, Jonathan Weisgard, told Newsweek that “The mayor has not been invited to the state banquet.”

Invitations were sent to Lib Dem leader Sir Vince Cable and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, who both declined to attend the banquet.

Mayor Sadiq Khan and President Trump have clashed on many occasions in the run-up to the President’s second state visit, the first being last year.

Khan, who has been condemned by President Trump for London’s knife crime epidemic, agreed to allow a blimp of the Republican to fly over the Capital in protest to his last visit.

The blimp depicted Mr Trump as a giant baby.

In protest of Sadiq Khan’s decision to allow the blimp to fly over London, a second blimp was made that also depicted the major as a giant baby was flown over the city.

Whether the so-called ‘Trump Baby Blimp’ will be used again for the state visit planned for next month remains unknown.

President Trump also locked horns with London’s Mayor over his controversial decision to attempt to temporarily ban Muslims from entering the United States in response to terrorism.

Mayor Sadiq Khan is Muslim himself and was elected mayor in 2016.

President Donald Trump is reportedly hoping to meet Sadiq Khan’s predecessor, Boris Johnson, for dinner during the visit. Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage, who is a friend of Mr Trump’s, could also make the guest list.

Actor Tom Arnold’s Wife Claims She Is Getting A Divorce Because Of His Trump Obsession

Actor Tom Arnold‘s estranged wife is speaking out why her marriage ended, and she is claiming that her husband’s fixation on President Trump and his ongoing drug addiction was a recipe for disaster.

Ashley Groussman Arnold filed the documents, obtained by The Blast, in her ongoing divorce with Tom Arnold, asking for the court to establish child custody and support, as well as spousal support for herself.

She is asking for $6,783 per month for Jax and Quinn, their two children, as well as $9,036 per month in spousal support. Ashley’s basing those numbers off Tom’s reported 2017 income of $604,680.

In her declaration, Ashley shares details about the marital struggles she endured with the “True Lies” star, and constantly points to his alleged drug abuse as a reason for the split.

Ashley says her husband’s behavior in the months leading up to their separation last year had been “increasingly erratic.” She claims that after they split, Tom agreed to move out of the family home when it was listed for sale in December, but he hasn’t left yet.

Instead, Ashley moved out and rented a home during the divorce proceedings, but claims, “Toms communications with me throughout these dissolution proceedings have been hostile and accusatory.”

She says, “I had hoped that things would cool down after I moved out, but that has not been the case.” Ashley says Tom and her had agreed to try and attend co-parenting therapy sessions, but Tom was “irrational and crazy during the sessions, which proved to be worthless as Tom did the exact opposite of e everything we discussed during our sessions.”

“Since separation, Tom has continued to engage in non-child centered conduct and abuse of prescription drugs,” Ashley said.

“Tom’s fixation on ‘taking down’ Donald Trump was an ongoing issue in our marriage,” she said of Tom and his show on Viceland about finding the supposed Donald Trump tapes.

“For the past two years it has consumed his life and presented numerous safety issues for our family,” she claimed.

She also stated that Tom lied to the Secret Service about firearms being in his house when he was paid a visit by them after one of his threats to the President.

“Tom told the Secret Service he did not have any guns in our home. This is untrue,” Ashley said in the divorce papers.

Rashida Tlaib’s Father Claims His Daughter ‘Lied Big-Time Just To Get Elected’ In An Article From 2010

In a newspaper article from March 11, 2010 for The Detroit News, Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s father accused her of lying “big-time to get elected” by falsifying her address on an election affidavit.

Harbi Elabed, Rep. Tlaib’s father, made the accusations against his dauther, who at the time was a freshman state-level representative from the 12th District in Detroit’s Southwest side. The newspaper article was scrubbed from the world when The Detroit News migrated to a new website but was still available in a subscription-based digital archive.

Here is what The Detroit News reported back in 2010:

He said his daughter misrepresented her residency when she signed an election affidavit in 2008 with the Wayne County Clerk claiming she was a citizen of Detroit.

According to that affidavit, Tlaib claimed she lived at 9123 Rathbone in Detroit. That house is owned in part by her father, Harbi Elabed, and he now says she did not live there and he was only recently made aware that she had claimed so.

“She lied,” Elabed said. “She lied big-time to get elected. I never teach her that way. I teach her the right way. It’s my house. She didn’t live there. She lived in Dearborn in her house with her husband and boy.”

The Detroit News article continued: Dearborn is not a part of the 12th House District that Tlaib was elected to represent.

Residency issues are very difficult to prove. To become a candidate, you must be a “registered and qualified elector” of that district, according to state law. That means you must have your primary residence — the address on your driver’s license and where you’re registered to vote — in that district.

There is no law however, according to state election officials, saying that a person must spend any particular number of days, weeks or months at a certain location. Perjury is an offense punishable by up to five years in prison and a $1,000 fine.

Rep. Tlaib even admitted at the time that accusations against her caused many problems for her, saying: “People have questioned that a lot, but never my father and I’m sad about that. The point is I complied with the law. I moved into the district before I filed. Period.”

The Detroit News also added: According to property and tax records, Tlaib lived in a house on Tireman in Dearborn that her husband purchased a decade ago. Taxes were paid on that house in 2009 with her husband claiming it as his primary residence.

But in 2008, as Tlaib was preparing for a run for the seat, she said she separated from her husband and moved into her father’s house with her two brothers.

Rashida Tlaib claims that she had bills to prove where she lived but it does not appear that she ever provided those bills to the newspaper to validate her claims.

Tlaib’s father stated that he came forward with the allegation because it was part of a “growing litany of transgressions that his daughter committed upon him — culminating in a dispute about care of his aged mother, who suffers from dementia,” adding that REp. Tlaib “sided against him and in favor of his nephew in a battle of custody, a complete breach of family values.”

“My sons told me blood is thicker than water and I should keep my mouth shut, so OK, I did,” Elabed said. “Then she crossed the line with her father. When she interferes in the father’s business, when she shows him no respect. This life in politics has changed her.”

Rep. Rashida Tlaib ended up reconciling with her husband and moved next door to her father.

“It’s not surprising that he did this to me. It’s not. He was abusive to me as a girl and he’s angry at me about my grandmother,” Tlaib claimed. “I know he’s proud of what I’ve accomplished but he’s also vindictive. It’s all very embarrassing. What do they say, you can’t choose your family?”

The outdoor ceremony follows a National Day of Prayer dinner hosted by the first couple at the White House on Wednesday evening, when the President gave his remarks about the importance of unity and paid tribute to the victims of the California synagogue shooting and Sri Lanka Easter bombings.

Giuliani Goes After Biden – Demands A Probe Into His Actions With Ukrainian Officials That May Have Benefited His Son Hunter

Presidential attorney Rudy Giuliani called for an investigation into Vice President Joe Biden for his suspicious deals with Ukrainian officials that may have benefited his son, Hunter Biden.

Many conservatives questioned Biden’s ethical standards after the former VP bragged about forcing a Ukrainian prosecutor out of office in an off-the-cuff comment about his time taking point on the region during Barack Obama’s presidency.

“I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from [Ukrainian President Petro] Poroshenko and from [Prime Minister Arseniy] Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn’t. […] I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b***h. He got fired.” Biden bragged during his speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.

This statement was considered very problematic by the public because the state prosecutor he got fired was investigating the company that his son, Hunter, worked for, Burisma Holdings.

It’s because Joe Biden was leading the Obama administration’s interactions with the Ukrainian government, some people questioned whether he poured a $1 billion into the region on the condition that it benefited his son.

As The New York Times recently reported, it is confirmed that Biden’s son likely benefited from the prosecutor’s termination. Joe Biden’s son, however, denied that he was part of the investigation.

“I have had no role whatsoever in relation to any investigation of Burisma, or any of its officers,” Hunter told the Times. “I explicitly limited my role to focus on corporate governance best practices to facilitate Burisma’s desire to expand globally.”

Despite the Bidens’ denial, attorney Rudy Giuliani still wants an investigation.

“I can assure you this all started with an allegation about possible Ukrainian involvement in the investigation of Russian meddling, and not Biden,” Giuliani explained. “The Biden piece is collateral to the bigger story, but must still be investigated, but without the prejudgments that infected the collusion story.”

The Presidential attorney Rudy Giuliani doubled down on his calls for an investigation on his Twitter profile.

While it is not yet clear if there will be an investigation into Biden and his dealings with Ukraine, it’s more than clear that supporters of President Trump are going to want to hear more about the suspicious negotiations. Joe Biden is currently the front-runner for the Democratic nomination to take on Trump in 2020.

Ronald Reagan’s Daughter Blasts GOP – Claims President ‘Trump Speaks Of Immigrants As If They Are Trash’

Patti Davis, Ronald Reagan’s daughter, the notorious “rebellious First Daughter” who posed for Playboy twice, has issued a blistering rebuke of the GOP at The Washington Post for going along with President Donald Trump’s agenda.

“Dear Republicans: Stop using my father, Ronald Reagan, to justify your silence on Trump,” was the article’s headline as it went on to blast the GOP for holding up her father as “an icon of conservatism” while using “the quotes of his that serve your purpose at any given moment.”

“Yet at this moment in America’s history when the democracy to which my father pledged himself and the Constitution that he swore to uphold, and did faithfully uphold, are being degraded and chipped away at by a sneering, irreverent man who traffics in bullying and dishonesty, you stay silent,” Davis said in the article, as the HuffPost reported.

The Hill reported that Davis then reminded the GOP that Reagan stated that America was a home for everyone. “Perhaps you’ve forgotten that my father Reagan said America was home ‘for all the pilgrims from all the lost places who are hurtling through the darkness,'” she wrote before questioning why Republicans are afraid of President Trump, whom she describes as “an overgrown child who resorts to name-calling.”

“But if that is the case, then my response is: You are grown men and women,” she wrote. “Get over it.”

Davis went on to accuse the President of speaking of immigrants as trash, citing the time Trump’s administration separated migrant children from their parents at the border with Mexico, omitting that the Obama administration kept children in cages as a “deterrent.”

“You stay silent when President Trump speaks of immigrants as if they are trash, rips children from the arms of their parents and puts them in cages,” Davis continued, advising the GOP to become a party that “holds tightly to my father’s legacy.”

“If you are going to stand silent as America is dismantled and dismembered, as democracy is thrown onto the ash heap of yesterday, shame on you,” concluded Davis. “But don’t use my father’s name on the way down.”

Patti Davis has criticized President Trump many times throughout his presidency, often using her father as a counter-example. Last year, she went as far to say that former President Ronald Reagan would not even recognize Donald Trump’s America.

“He would be appalled and heartbroken at a Congress that refuses to stand up to a president who not only seems ignorant of the Constitution but who also attempts at every turn to dismantle and mock our system of checks and balances,” she wrote at the time.

“He would plead with Americans to recognize that the caustic, destructive language emanating from our current president is sullying the dream that America once was,” she added. “And in a time of increased tensions in the world, playing verbal Russian roulette is not leadership, it’s madness.”
