9/11 Firefighter Whose Son Died On Fateful Day Goes After Ilhan Omar

Retired FDNY firefighter Jim Riches, whose son Jimmy died in 9/11 terrorist attack, slammed Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar Tuesday night for explaining the attack as “some people did something.” He demanded an apology from the Democratic congresswoman while panning New York Democrats for not condemning her.

“My son Jimmy was murdered by Islamic terrorists. Three thousand people were murdered that day. And Rep. Ilhan Omar said some people did something. That’s ridiculous. It’s outrageous. It’s a disgrace. She’s in the Congress of the United States,” Riches said at the New York State Republican Party dinner at the Grand Hyatt. “My son and those 3000 people died a terrible death.”

A video of Rep. Omar at a function hosted by the Council on American-Islamic Relations from roughly a month ago surfaced last week.

“For far too long we have lived with the discomfort of being a second-class citizen and, frankly, I’m tired of it, and every single Muslim in this country should be tired of it,” she said at the event.

“CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.” she said.

So you can’t just say that today someone is looking at me strange and that I am trying to make myself look pleasant. You have to say that this person is looking at me strange, I am not comfortable with it, and I am going to talk to them and ask them why. Because that is the right you have.” she continued.

However, CAIR was founded in 1994. President Trump responded on Twitter by posting a tweet not only the video of Omar’s 9/11 remarks but also the attacks of 9/11. Democrats claimed Trump put Omar in danger because of the tweet.

Jim Riches, however, supported President Trump’s tweet of the 9/11 video.

“To see Donald Trump get a video in with the planes crash into the building. He said, ‘Never forget 9/11.’ So many people were outraged on the Democratic side … He told like it was. That’s what happened that day,” Riches said.

Riches also went after New York Democratic lawmakers who defended the Minnesota Democratic Rep. or remained silent when her remarks became widely public.

“Donald Trump is 100 percent right. They can’t deal with reality. [Sen. Chuck] Schumer, Nadler — all the New York politicians were quiet. They didn’t say one thing to [Rep. Rashida] Tlaib and them. They called us racists. I’m not a racist. My son got murdered,” he said. “I did nothing wrong. I’m not a racist. Don’t call me a racist, because I criticized you, but she owes us an apology, and we’re gonna get it.”

State Senator Ignites Social Media Claiming Nurses ‘Play Cards For A Considerable Amount Of The Day’

This week, during a discussion on the Washington state Senate floor about a bill to mandate uninterrupted meal/rest breaks and overtime protection for nurses, one senator complained that small hospital nurses don’t need uninterrupted breaks because all they do anyway is play cards all day.

State Sen. Maureen Walsh, a Republican who just happens to be in favor of gay marriage, issued the remarks while trying to argue in favor of an amendment to SHB 1155 that would exempt small “critical access hospitals” that serve rural communities.

Because small “critical access hospitals,” which remain open 24/7, are the only source of medical care that is available for rural patients, requiring full breaks for their safes would be unsafe, the senator argued.

“I understand helping with employees and making sure we have rest breaks and things like that,” she said. “But I also understand that we need to care for patients first and foremost.”

“And by putting these kinds of mandates on a critical access hospital that literally serves a handful of individuals, I would submit to you, those nurses do probably get breaks. They probably play cards for a considerable amount of the day, but the reality is this bill does not apply to critical access hospitals.”

While Sen. Mauree Walsh’s heart may have been in the right place, what with her concern for rural patients, Washington state’s estimated 68,657 registered nurses, as of 2016, and America’s estimated 2.86 million nurses, as of 2016, were not trying to hear any excuses or rationalizations.

“No, Senator, nurses are not sitting around playing cards. They are taking care of your neighbors, your family, your community,” the Washington State Nurses Association claimed in a statement, adding that her comments were “incredibly disrespectful and patronizing.”

National Nurses United, the largest organization of registered nurses in America, has also weighed in on the subject.

“Trust me, nurses haven’t earned the title ‘most trusted profession’ for seventeen years running by ‘playing cards’ on our shifts. WA Sen. Maureen Walsh should be ashamed to use #nurses to score cheap political points like this. #1U #nurseslife,” the group’s executive director Bonnie Castillo, tweeted.

Literally thousands of additional nurses have responded to Sen. Mauree Walsh’s post on social media. Their posts swarmed Twitter minutes after the video was posted.

An 84% majority of Americans place a “very high/high” degree of trust in nurses. Conversely, only an 8%t minority of U.S. citizen place as much trust in politicians such as Walsh.

‘Why? Why?’: Nicolle Wallace Explodes On Live TV After Attorney General Barr’s Presser

This Thursday morning, MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace exploded in rage after the aftermath of Attorney General Bill Barr’s press conference.

Nicolle Wallace’s mental condition visibly deteriorated during the course one particularly impassioned rant, in which she smeared Attorney General Barr as “shill” and a “human shield” for President Trump, until she was reduced to repeatedly crying, “Why? Why?”

The grief-stricken Deadline: White House host began her tirade with a number of accusations for President Trump: “As the country’s chief executive, he sat in his pajamas watching Fox & Friends maligning the FBI, maligning Robert Mueller, maligning Rod Rosenstein.”

She then turned her ire to Barr: “And what the country’s Attorney General did was walk in there and back up the guy doing the kicking.”

“Why?” She demanded. “Why?”

Her colleague, veteran MSNBC reporter Brian Williams inquired, “Do you have an answer for that?”

“I don’t” Nicolle Wallace replied, visibly exasperated. After questioning the legitimacy of President Trump’s having appointed William Barr to begin with, Wallace reached a crescendo.

“There will be a strong wave of trying to bully the press, saying, “It’s over! It’s over! No collusion, no obstruction.”” she said.

Really? Then why did that all happen today? Why have we heard from Barr five times if the Mueller report is so awesome for Donald Trump? We have now heard from someone who is a human shield of Mueller’s findings five times. If Mueller exonerated Trump on collusion, if there’s nothing ugly in there, why have we heard from Barr five times?” she asked.

Grieving Angel Mother Who Lost Here Only Son Slams California Governor On Illegal Immigration

Agnes Gibboney, a mother whose only son was killed by an illegal immigrant, called on Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom of California to start protecting his people from the dangers of illegal immigration.

On Tuesday, Gibboney appeared on “Fox & Friends” to discuss Newsom’s proposal to invest in El Salvador as a way of curbing the immigration crisis.

“California has a lot of issues. We have the worst quality of life, inflation is really high. Taxes. We have the worst schools, the worst roads,” she said

“[Newsom] ought to focus on economic growth in California. Stop giving health care to illegal aliens and free tuition, where our children have to pay full price. This is outrage. He ought to be focusing on what’s happening in our state not another country. It’s not his job to be doing that.”

CBS Los Angeles reported that, Gibboney’s son, Ronald Da Silva, was shot and killed in April of 2002 in El Monte by Luis Gonzales, illegal immigrant gang member.

Agnes Gibboney stated that she doesn’t trust California’s state government and claimed that it is more interested in protecting illegal immigrants than American citizens.

“I have no respect for the California government because they let me down. They protect criminal illegal aliens,” Gibboney said.

“They are not protecting my family. Where was my son’s sanctuary? Where is my sanctuary. And to let everyone know the individual that murdered my son will be released from prison in the state of California next year in February. This is an outrage. We need to protect our own, not criminals and not illegals that are costing taxpayers billions and billions of dollars a year.”

Gibboney’s family legally immigrated to America from Hungary and said illegal immigration must be stopped as soon as possible.

“My family legally immigrated here. We came here not through marriage, not through jumping over a fence, not over staying a Visa. We came on our own merit,” she said. “My father had a job contract. We followed the law. And I expect everyone that wants to come to our country — this is my home, my country and I expect everyone to do the same — to follow the law. And we need to shut down the border, do whatever it takes to stop this invasion into our country.”

Melania Trump Says She Is Ready For Another Four Years As First Lady

First lady Melania Trump says that she is happy to support her husband, Donald Trump, through another term as president if he is successful in his 2020 bid to recapture the White House.

The first lady revealed her intentions during a question-and-answer period with students at Albritton Middle School in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She traveled there with Vice President Mike Pence’s wife, Karen Pence, to meet with students as part of their shared focus on military families.

When a student asked if they wanted to serve again, the ladies said that they would love to.

“I think our husbands are doing (a) fantastic job and I will support my husband if he decided to run again,” Mrs. Trump said. “And yes, it’s a privilege, a great honor to serve and I will be here.”

President Donald Trump already announced a re-election bid during his first year in office.

Mrs. Pence echoed the first lady. She noted that she is not elected or appointed, but is where she is “because I’m married to Mike Pence.”

“What a privilege and honor to be able to go on this journey and it would be a privilege to continue as well,” said Mrs. Pence, whose son is a Marine.

When asked how their new positions had changed their lives, First Lady Melania talked about moving from New York and taking on different responsibilities. “But I would not change (it) for anything. I love what I do … I will always shine a light on children and (the) next generation.”

Being first lady and the mother of a teenager “is a balancing act,” the first lady told one student. “Our son is still the priority. I feel that I am still a mother first. [Barron] is at the age that he needs a parent for guidance.”

Mrs. Pence said one of the biggest changes for her and her husband “is the fact that we don’t drive anymore … somebody takes us everywhere.”

Ilhan Omar Trashed On Twitter For Her Response To Notre Dame Cathedral Fire

On Monday, Rep. Ilhan Omar posted a tweet concerning the terrible fire that engulfed Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris earlier that day, a devastation to Catholics across the world.

Art and architecture have a unique ability to help us connect across our differences and bring people together in important ways,” posted Rep. Omar. “Thinking of the people of Paris and praying for every first responder trying to save this wonder.”

The Democrat’s response was quickly met with criticism on Twitter from voices on the right over its vague nature.

Conservative commentator and National Rifle Association spokeswoman Dana Loesch responded with a tweet, “Well, the ‘architecture’ that the art was housed in is a cathedral. While Biblically Christ is wherever His people are, Notre Dame is a significant and storied icon of faith.”

Radio host Larry O’Connor similarly took issue with the vague nature of Rep. Omar’s post, simply posting: “Art and architecture.”

“Art & architecture?” former congressman and radio host Joe Walsh asked. “It was a house of worship. A Catholic Cathedral. It wouldn’t have been difficult for you to acknowledge that.”

In a reference to Rep. Omar’s much-maligned remarks on 9/11, Daily Wire contributor Harry Khachatrian tweeted, “Did something happen to some building?”

Making the same point, another Daily writer posted: “9/11 ~ ‘Some people did something’ Now ~ ‘Art and architecture’ caught fire.”

Rep. Ilhan Omar found herself under heat last week over a comment she made about the September 11 terrorist attacks that took the lives of thousands of Americans. While she spoke at an event for Council on American-Islamic Relations in March, she referred to the atrocity as an instance where “some people did something.”

The 13th century Notre Dame Cathedral “began burning around 12pm EST, and the structure, which has an almost entirely wooden roof, was quickly consumed in the flames.” The cathedral’s iconic spire and roof collapsed. By 3 p.m., the church’s towers were also taken by the flames.

Luckily, “the Crown of Thorns, the Tunic of Saint Louis and several other major works” were recovered, Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo said on Twitter.

“Thanks to the @PompiersParis, the police and the municipal agents the Crown of Thorns, the Tunic of Saint Louis and several other major works are now in a safe place,” Hidalgo wrote.

Former Congresswoman Claims We’ll ‘Never See A More Godly & Biblical President’ Than Trump

Former congresswoman Michele Bachmann appeared on radio show “Understanding the Times” with host Jan Markell over the weekend and stated that President Trump was the most “biblical president” she’s even seen.

“…I will say to your listeners, in my lifetime, I have never seen a more biblical president than I have seen in Donald Trump,” she said.

“The deep state are people who have permanent jobs within the federal government,” Bachmann said.

“Not everyone is a part of the deep state, but you don’t need everyone. If you have just a hundred people who are in line with the goals to advance cultural and economic Marxism or to advance the goals of Islamic jihad, for instance, and they have jobs within the federal government, they can do very serious damage.”

The current Religious Right “pastor to the United Nations” Michele Bachmann stated that Christians must pray that God will expose such forces so that they can be removed from the U.S. government.

“This is how I pray,” she said. “I pray according to the scripture which says we need to pray to expose, ask the Lord to expose the hidden deeds of darkness. And he has remarkable ways of doing this, where you can only say it’s the hand of God who exposes the hidden deeds of darkness. And that’s one way I would ask your listeners to pray, to please pray that God would expose these hidden deeds of darkness. And he does. Trust him, he will.”

“He has so impressed me with what he has done, and we haven’t even talked about Israel. What he has done to advance Israel. So he is highly biblical, and I would say to your listeners, we will in all likelihood never see a more godly, biblical president again in our lifetimes,” she continued during the show.

“So we need to be not only praying for him, we need to support him, in my opinion, in every possible way that we can.”Former congresswoman Michele Bachmann concluded.

Shep Smith Completely Shuts Down French Reporter From Speculating That Terrorists Are Behind The Fire In Notre Dame

Fox News anchor Shep Smith completely shuts down and ends the phone call from a French media analyst when he began to speculate terrorists might be responsible for the terrible fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral that broke out on Monday.

Philippe Karsenty, who has previously been convicted of defamation, joined the Fox News coverage of the tragic event and tried to offer his opinion that the fire may not have been an accident like it’s been reported so far in the media. Reuters Paris bureau chief Luke Baker tweeted that the fire, “started by accident and is related to ongoing work, according to France 2, citing police.”

“Everybody’s really under shock now in France. I would tell you something. Even if nobody died, it’s like a 9/11, it’s a French 9/11. It’s a big shock. This church was there for more than 850 years. Even the Nazis didn’t dare to destroy it,” Karsenty said.

“You need to know that for the past years, we’ve had churches desecrated each and every week in France, all over France. So, of course, you will hear the story of the politically correct — the political correctness which will tell you it’s probably an accident.”

Smith interrupted him, saying, “Sir, sir, sir, we’re not going to speculate here of the cause of something that which we don’t know. If you have observations or you know something, we would love to hear it.”

“I’m just telling you something, what we need to be ready,” Karsenty responded.

Then Fox News anchor Shep Smith cut him off and went into a diatribe about why he would not allow a guest to speculate on his show.

“No, sir, we’re not doing that here, not now, not on my watch. Philippe Karsenty, it’s very good for you to be here. We’re watching the at least partial destruction of a world icon, Notre Dame Cathedral has been burning for 2.5 hours. The initial reports we got were that the fire started in a construction zone in the rear.”

“We are thousands of miles away. And the man on the phone with us has absolutely no information of any kind about the origin of this fire and neither do I. And the fire investigators will at some point come to a determination about what caused this and conspiracy theories about anything are worthless and in many cases counter productive and injurious to society. And those who entertain them are not acting in the best interests of the people of this planet.” said Smith.

President Trump responded to the terrible news of the fire on Twitter earlier on Monday, saying, “So horrible to watch the massive fire at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.” He urged those battling the blaze to “act quickly,” suggesting the use of airborne water tankers.

Legal Immigrant & Trump Supporter From Togo Attacked For Wearing His MAGA Hat In Maryland Neighborhood

Last Saturday, a legal citizen from Togo was reportedly attacked in Maryland for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, and two suspects have been taken into custody.

ABC7 reported that the man, who lives in Germantown, MD, was reportedly attacked in his neighborhood by two men because he was wearing a MAGA hat in support of President Trump. He was reportedly hit in the upper body and the head, as the two suspects tried to take his hat from him.

The Montgomery County Police Department stated that the victim, “who was wearing a red, Make America Great Again hat, was approached by two men who began harassing the victim and asking why he was wearing the MAGA hat.”

“The victim told the suspects that he was entitled to his own views and kept walking away from the suspects. The suspects began striking the victim and telling him to take the hat off.”

“The victim continued to be struck by the suspects until he fell to the ground. The suspects then removed property from the victim, and destroyed items of value. The suspects then fled the scene,” said a Monday press release.

Police reportedly arrested two men in connection with the crime. Jovan Crawford, 27 of Gaithersburg, MD, and Scott Roberson, 25 of Washington, D.C.

Reportedly, the men are about to face ten or more years in prison.

Michelle Obama Slams President Trump On Her Book Tour – Claims Americans Can Find ‘Solace’ In Remembering Her Husband

This Sunday, Former first lady Michelle Obama claimed that Americans can find “solace” from the presidency of Donald Trump by remembering that America elected her husband, former President Barack Obama, twice.

As part of her international book tour for her memoir “Becoming,” the former first lady spoke to thousands at an event in London where she explained why she sees the Trump presidency as a “dark chapter.”

The former first lady spoke to the crowd at an event in London as part of her international book tour for her memoir “Becoming,” and explained why she sees Donald Trump’s presidency as a “dark chapter.”

The Guardian reported that Obama said that America is struggling through a “low” but the U.S. has bounced back from “lower” points.

“It may feel like a dark chapter but any story has its highs and lows, but it continues. Yeah, we’re in a low, but we’ve been lower. We’ve had tougher times with more to fear. We’ve lived through slavery and the Holocaust and segregation and we’ve always come out on the other end, better and stronger.” she said.

The former first lady made a recommendation to Americans who feel distressed over the Trump presidency, to look back at her husband’s election and find their “solace.”

“I have to remind people that Barack Obama was elected twice in the United States. That really did happen. That wasn’t make-believe. The country actually did accomplish it and half the people who voted in the last election, if they could have, they would have voted for him for a third term. […] We have to remember that what is happening today is true, but what happened before was also true … that should give us some solace at some level.” she said.

While Michelle Obama asserted that our country was in a “dark chapter,” she failed to explain how Americans are suffering under President Donald Trump.

Ever-since he took office, Americans have seen record low unemployment and high job growth. Additionally, ISIS has been largely demolished, relations improved dramatically with North Korea, and there has been a reformation of federal prison policies.

That does not seem like a “dark chapter,” considering her husband only left office two years ago and some of the policies were continuations of his administration.
