Rep. Omar Shares Disturbing Tweet Praising Violent Attack On Rand Paul – His Office’s Response Makes Her Regret It

Rep. Ilhan Omar maybe crossed the line today during her ongoing feud with Senator Rand Paul. Sen. Paul called Rep. Omar ungrateful and listed all the things America has given her.

It was a stunning list of benefits and should have provoked shame with Rep. Ilhan. Instead, she responded by celebrating a violent attack against Sen. Paul.

“Well, she came here and we fed her, we clothed her, she got welfare, she got school, she got healthcare, and then, lo and behold, she has the honor of actually winning a seat in Congress, and she says we’re a terrible country? I think that’s about as ungrateful as you can get,” Rand Paul said to devastating effect.

“And so — I’m willing to contribute to buy her a ticket to go visit Somalia,” he added, “and I think she can look and maybe learn a little bit about the disaster that is Somalia — that has no capitalism, has no God-given rights guaranteed in a constitution, and has about seven different tribes that have been fighting each other for the last 40 years.”

“And then maybe after she’s visited Somalia for a while,” Sen. Paul added, “she might come back and appreciate America more.”

Tom Arnold also tweeted about the attack, “imagine being Rand Paul’s next door neighbor and having to deal with Rand Paul lying cowardly circular whiney bullcrap about lawn clippings. No wonder he ripped his toupee off.”

“It was nice of her to provide even more evidence that she is a person with vile, anti-American beliefs and values, who apparently also supports violence for political disagreements,” Senator Paul’s Chief Strategist Doug Stafford told the Gateway Pundit, in response to Rep. Omar’s vicious retweet.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Rand Paul’s neighbor was forced to pay $580,000 in damages after breaking six of the senator’s ribs during the violent attack.
