Marco Rubio Humiliates Democratic Debate Candidates For Not Having Answers In Spanish Or English

Sen. Marco Rubio slams the Democrats — from both the debate stage and Congress — for failing to have real answers for the American people.

On Wednesday, the first round of Democratic presidential primary candidates met on the debate stage to lay out their vision for our country. The candidates included Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, and Amy Klobuchar as well as former Rep. Beto O’Rourke.

Beto O’Rourke raised some eyebrows when he opted to dive into a Spanish stump speech rather than answer a question about raising taxes.

Marco Rubio appeared in an interview on “Fox & Friends,” and responded to O’Rourke’s confusing Spanish stunt by bashing the Demss as a whole for not having realistic answers to many problems Americans face today.

“The problem is they didn’t have answers to real problems,” Marco Rubio said. “They didn’t have an answer in English. They didn’t have an answer in Spanish.”

He tied it back to the current battle on Capitol Hill over increasing humanitarian aid to the border with Mexico. As previously reported, the Senate put together a clean bill to provide funding to the border that passed through committee with only one vote against it.

The Democrat-controlled House had the opportunity to vote on the same bipartisan bill as the Senate, instead, it drafted its own bill filled with riders that Republicans would never support. President Trump made it clear he would veto the House bill if it somehow survived the Senate.

Marco Rubio called out the Dems for not having realistic answers to the problem at the border during the debate or in Congress.

“You saw this tragic picture a couple days ago of a father and a daughter who drowned. It’s very sad what is happening, it’s terrible, but the solution to their problems is not that dangerous journey. These guys tell you they want to decriminalize crossing the border. They’re fighting us now on providing more money to take care of people that are already here. They don’t want to do anything about laws that are actually luring people here. But they don’t have any answers for how to fix it. They don’t have any answers for how to fix it. They don’t have it in English, they don’t have an answer in Spanish.” He said.

On the Hill, House Democrats have time until Thursday night to draft a bill that can get 60 votes in the Senate before they leave for a summer recess. On the debate stage, 10 more Democrats will have their chance to give real answers in the second round on Thursday night.

Marco Rubio Sides With The President – Asks AG Barr To Open Investigation Into Kerry’s Potential Law Violations With Iran

Sen. Marco Rubio wrote a letter to Attorney General Barr asking the Department of Justice to investigate potential legal violations by former Secretary of State John Kerry following President Trump‘s accusation that he violated the Logan Act by talking with Iranian officials after leaving the office.

On Monday, Marco Rubio, who sits on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, sent AG Barr a letter asking the DOJ to investigate former Secretary of State Kerry for potential violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and the Logan Act.

John Kerry had talked to Iranian officials many times in attempts to keep the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action he negotiated in motion after President Trump backed out of it last year.

In his letter, Marco Rubio proclaimed that the Americans “deserve[d] to know” that laws will be enforced regardless of the previous positions held by those who try to break them. He continued and demanded that the DOJ “make a determination” on whether John Kerry broke the law.

“The American people deserve to know that U.S. laws are enforced regardless of any individual’s past position. The Department of Justice should therefore make a determination on whether or not former Secretary of State John F. Kerry’s recent actions related to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran potentially violate the Logan Act or the Foreign Agents Registration Act.” Said Rubio.

Sen. Rubio also included the original letter that he sent to former Attorney General Jeff Sessions last year asking for an investigation into John Kerry.

The Logan Act makes it a crime for an American citizen to negotiate deals with a foreign government during international disputes with no federal approval.

FARA is described by the DOJ as “a disclosure statute that requires persons acting as agents of foreign principals in a political or quasi-political capacity to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities.”

As previously reported, President Trump accused John Kerry of violating the Logan Act while answering questions at the White House last week. President Trump added that John Kerry “should be prosecuted” for the alleged Logan Act violation.

Marco Rubio Completely Obliterates Rep. Omar’s ‘Embarrassing’ Venezuela Claim: ‘She’s Just Making It Up’

Sen. Marco Rubio thoroughly dismissed the “ridiculous” claim from Rep. Ilhan Omar that the United States is to blame for the crisis in Venezuela that it may be studied years from now on how to effectively shut down the misinformed left.

Rep. Omar, one of the first two Muslim women elected to Congress in 2018, is a hard left politician who harbors a lot of hate around herself, not only for the state of Israel but apparently for her adopted country — she is a refugee from Somalia.

“A lot of the policies that we have put in place has kinda helped lead the devastation in Venezuela,” Omar said on Wednesday during an interview, the remark supportive of the socialist dictatorship in place in the country.

She went so far as to accuse the United States on “bullying” the Nicolas Maduro regime.

On Thursday, Rubio appeared on Fox Business Network and host Trish Regan asked him about the freshman Democrats’ remarks.

“She doesn’t know what she’s talking about,” Rubio said, before Regan could even get the question out.

Yeah, I think she was just recently elected, she has no idea what she’s talking about, she’s just making it up,” Rubio would add. “She doesn’t even follow this issue, most of the people in Washington aren’t following this issue.”

“She doesn’t know what she’s talking about,” he continued, “I mean, the sanctions that are on Maduro have been in place for two months, before that all the sanctions were on individuals. She won’t find a single Venezuelan other than those in the regime that would even agree with, it’s ridiculous.”

“They’ve stolen the money,” the Republican lawmaker added. “They’ve degraded the country by literally stealing, they haven’t upgraded their, for example, their electric grid in 25 years. Any money that was ever made from the oil was stolen and put into people’s pockets.”

“So honestly, I don’t even feel like addressing the comment because it’s not an informed one, it’s not an intelligent one,” Rubio said.

“It’s silly, it’s ridiculous, and it’s actually embarrassing!” he concluded.

A beat down that thorough is sure to elicit cries of Islamophobia and sexism from Rep. Omar and her progressive bunch, who are so quick to play the victim — they would be hard pressed to play the race card, given Rubio’s Cuban lineage.
