Lara Trump Blasts Democrats On Mueller Report: ‘Harassing People Won’t Change The Outcome’

On Saturday, Lara Trump stated that harassment from the Democrats going into the 2020 presidential election would not change the outcome of the Mueller report.

As the Dems continue to press for more investigations into President Trump, the president’s daughter-in-law and 2020 campaign advisor told “Fox & Friends” that continued “harassment” of President Trump and his associates would not have the desired effect.

Pete Hegseth, “Fox & Friends’” host addressed the topic of ongoing investigations during a Sunday morning segment, saying, “Bob Mueller’s report comes out: Democrats not satisfied. Jerry Nadler and others in the house continue these endless investigations into what happened … Well, The Washington Post has a headline about this recently because there are 20 ongoing investigations, and they say Trump and his allies are blocking more than 20 separate Democratic probes in an all-out war with Congress.”

Co-host Jedediah Bila responded by showing a clip of the President from a day earlier, speaking on the same topic.

“It’s so sad,” Trump said. “And you know, no matter what they do whether they’re harassing our attorney general, they’re harassing my brother-in-law, the president, it’s not going to change the outcome of the Mueller report.”

“We still didn’t collude with Russia. The president still didn’t collude with Russia. I don’t know what the goal is here.” she continued.

“That’s it,” responded Hegseth. “And the president has called it time and time again presidential harassment. This should never happen to another president as well. I think that’s the key term. At this point, with no evidence, you’re just harassing the guy.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell warned the Dems few weeks ago against the notion of “presidential harassment,” and reminded them that Republicans who used the same tactics against former President Bill Clinton faced serious political consequences.

Adam Schiff Loses It Speaking Of Trump’s 2020 Reelection: ‘I Don’t Think America Could Survive Another 4 Years’

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff stated that America could not “survive” another four years if President Trump gets reelected.

Schiff appeared on an interview on “ABC This Week,” and told host George Stephanopoulos that he believes the reelection of President Trump could be detrimental to America. He claimed that President Trump “has to” lose in order to protect the “democratic institutions” of the country.

“[Trump’s reelection is] not going to happen. I don’t think this country could survive another 4 years with a president like this who gets up every day trying to find new and inventive ways to divide us. He doesn’t seem to understand that a fundamental aspect of his job is to try and make us a more perfect union, but that’s not at all where he’s coming from. He’s going to be defeated. He has to be defeated because I don’t know how much more our democratic institutions can take of this kind of attack on the rule of law.” he said.

While Chairman Adam Schiff may think the President is detrimental to the United States, Trump’s record doesn’t seem to show it.

Under President Trump’s administration, the U.S. economy is thriving. Nearly every subset of the economy — including women, veterans, Hispanic Americans, and Black Americans, have witnessed historically low unemployment rates. The average wages for these workers has also increased.

With the Opportunity Zone project, this administration has ensured that the economic successes America is seeing at-large are witnessed in low-income, inner-city neighborhoods, as well.

Outside of economy, the President has taken steps to ensure that the U.S. is a more just country by passing prison reforms to help non-violent criminals spend less time behind bars and have a smooth re-entry into society.

Beyond that, ISIS has been almost defeated, American prisoners have been released from North Korea, and the President promised to return the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem.

It looks as though America will survive the first four years of the Trump administration. It’s unclear why Adam Schiff does not think it couldn’t survive four more.

2020 Democrat Claims Trump Is ‘Failing’ To Keep America Safe – Insist That Venezuela’s Mess Is The President’s Fault

Congressman Seth Moulton claimed that President Trump is “failing” at keeping America safe as President of the United States.

Seth Moulton, who has served in the U.S. military, spoke with CNN host S.E. Cupp and told him that Democrats should have the authority when it regards national security and he hopes the issue will set him apart from the 20 other Democrats running for president.

On his Saturday night interview, Congressman Moulton stated that President Donald Trump is making America less safe and also told the American people that he would be a better President. He also claimed that several global problems — including the instability in Venezuela — is the President’s fault.

“The fact of the matter is that Trump is failing on these [national security] issues and you did a good — you provided a good summary. His best friend in North Korea is firing off missiles, Iran is talking about restarting its nuclear program and threatening our allies in the region. Venezuela is in chaos after the administration’s failed coup and farmers and families are hurting here at home in America because of this tariff war with China. We have got to take him on on these issues. Frankly, they’re where Trump is weak and that’s why we have to take him on — not just in his job as president but in his job as commander-in-chief.” He said.

Moulton explained that he had several issues with Trump’s foreign policy. He claimed the President was North Korean Chairman Kim Jong Un’s “best friend,” despite President Trump’s elevating sanctions on North Korea. Molten ignored the success that came from the North Korean summit, including the return of captured American prisoners and the remains of American veterans who died during the Korean War.

Congressman Moulton also stated that the chaos in Venezuela is Trump’s fault, calling the overthrow of Dictator Nicolas Maduro a “failed coup.” The Congressman ignored the fact that Maduro is a brutal dictator who rigged the elections and was only ousted because the democratically-elected national assembly followed the Venezuelan constitution and called for the election to be redone and placed assembly leader Juan Guaido as interim-president.

Congressman Moulton claimed that Democrats are better on these issues.

“You know, for too long the Republican Party has tried to own issues of security, of strength, of patriotism, of what makes America safe. And Trump is not doing a good job. He’s failing on every one of those measures, but we’ve got to provide leadership on the democratic side of aisle to show how we will make America strong and safe and secure in the world ahead. That’s exactly what I’m doing. We have to be able to lead on these issues if we’re going to win this election” he said.

While Congressman Moulton was quick to throw Republicans under the bus on foreign policy, he refused to explain how the Dems were better at it. Under President Obama, Russia meddled in U.S. elections, Syria got away with crossing a “red line” by using chemical weapons, and the early pull-out of Iraq created ISIS — who Obama referred to as the “J.V. team” before they started beheading Americans.

From the looks of his campaign staff, Moulton seems to be following Ex-President Obama’s footsteps when it comes to foreign policy. Reports say that he just hired Obama-era national security strategist Marie Harf.

Mike Pence Blasts ‘Tolerant’ Leftists & Defends Christianity At Liberty University Opening

On Saturday, Vice President Mike Pence delivered the keynote commencement address at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

The Vice President’s address at Williams Stadium began with a congratulations from President Trump to at least 20,000 students in attendance and also included a staunch defense of Christianity and Christian values.

“America needs men and women of faith and integrity now more than ever,” the Vice President stated before noting rampant Christian persecution around the world. “We live in a time when it’s become acceptable and even fashionable to ridicule and discriminate against people of faith.”

“It wasn’t all that long ago that the last administration brought the full weight of the federal government against the Little Sisters of the Poor merely because that group of nuns refused to provide a health plan that violated their deeply held religious beliefs, and when the State of Georgia recently was debating legal protections for the unborn a bevy of Hollywood liberals said they would boycott the entire state, and when my wife, Karen, returned to teach art at an elementary Christian school earlier this year, we faced harsh attacks by the media and the secular left.” Pence said.

s he praised the “freedom of religion” that is “enshrined in our First Amendment and in the hearts of every American,” the vice president called the attacks on Christian education “un-American,” then touted the Trump administration’s “decisive action to protect religious liberty.”

“I promise you, we will always stand up for the right of Americans to live, to learn, and to worship God according to the dictates of their conscience,” said Pence. “No one is ever going to stop you from practicing your faith or from preaching what is in your heart, that’s a promise.”

“You know, throughout most of American history, it’s been pretty easy to call yourself Christian,” Pence said.

“It didn’t even occur to people that you might be shunned or ridiculed for defending the teachings of the Bible. But things are different now. Some of the loudest voices for tolerance today have little tolerance for traditional Christian beliefs. So as you go about your daily life, just be ready, because you are going to be asked not just to tolerate things that violate your faith, you’re going to be asked to censor them, to bow down to the idols of popular culture.” he concluded.

Alyssa Milano Called For Nation-wide ‘Sex Strike’ In Protest Of Georgia’s Abortion Law – Got Instantly Destroyed By Conservatives

Actress Alyssa Milano got mocked on social media after she called for a nationwide “sex strike” to protest Georgia’s new pro-life law that bans abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, which is when a fetal heartbeat is detected.

The state of Georgia is one of several U.S. states that recently passed the “heartbeat” law. Critics stated that the legislation is too harsh because women sometimes are not aware that they are pregnant at six weeks.

In response to passing the pro-life law, Hollywood is considering boycotting Georgia. The state is an attractive location for TV and movie shoots because it offers generous tax incentives to production companies to film there.

Not to be outdone, Alyssa Milano urged her Twitter followers to stop having sex, presumably so this will pressure more men into supporting abortions, including ones up until the moment the baby is crowning, as reported by Fox News.

“Our reproductive rights are being erased. Until women have legal control over our own bodies we just cannot risk pregnancy. JOIN ME by not having sex until we get bodily autonomy back. I’m calling for a Sex Strike. Pass it on.” Tweeted Milano.

Of course, the irony is that abortion enthusiasts slam pro-lifers, saying that they shouldn’t tell women what to do with their bodies.

Yet when abortion fans like Alyssa Milano tell women what to do with their bodies, the illogical leftists cheer her on — without even realizing the underlying hypocrisy.

Many conservatives on social media were amused by Alyssa Milano’s “call to action.” They had a blast commenting about her remarks in no time.

Hollywood director Robby Starbuck joked: “Don’t let anyone talk you out of this Alyssa. It’s a fantastic idea. Less clients for Planned Parenthood! It’s what we’ve always wanted. 😂😂😂”

Another chimed in: “Great idea. Finally something responsible and the best way to prevent an abortion. Abortion shouldn’t be birth control anyway.”

One man joked: “I think my wife has been on strike for the past few years.”

In her credit, at least Milano is protesting peacefully. In contrast to Pennsylvania state representative Brian Sims, a known Democratic abortion enthusiast, who recently bullied an elderly woman who was standing on a sidewalk outside an abortion clinic.

This incident ignited such outrage that 1,000 people protested outside a Philadelphia abortion clinic yesterday, demanding his resignation.

The Pentagon Overrules Nancy Pelosi – Transfers Billions To Build President Trump’s Border Wall

Acting U.S. Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan bowing to the reality that there is a crisis at our southern border, just approved moving $1.5 billion from unused Pentagon funds to build President Trump’s border wall.

Shanahan has approved money to build more than 80 miles (130 km) of barriers on the border with Mexico, U.S. officials said on Friday, including taking about $600 million from an account meant for Afghanistan security forces.

This move was opposed by congressional Democrats, who also criticized transfer of $1 billion in military money to fund Republican President Trump’s wall back in March.

“The funds were drawn from a variety of sources, including cost savings, programmatic changes and revised requirements, and therefore will have minimal impact on force readiness,” Patrick Shanahan said in a statement.

Defense Secretary Shanahan said that the U.S. military had more than 4,000 service members, along with 19 aircraft on the border.

All 10 Democrats on Senate appropriations subcommittees that handle defense, veterans affairs and related spending, wrote to Patrick Shanahan to oppose the decision. “We are dismayed that the Department has chosen to prioritize a political campaign promise over the disaster relief needs of our service members,” they said.

Lawmakers have hinted they may respond by putting new restrictions on the Pentagon’s authority to move money around, as it has done in the past to deal with natural disasters.

Former ICE Director Claims Congress Hates President Trump More Than They Want To Fix Southern Border

Former acting director for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Thomas Homan, slammed Democratic lawmakers who oppose the President Trump’s border efforts.

“Look, I’ve been saying for months: Congress doesn’t care,” Homan said Friday on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom.” “Look, I think their resistance to Trump … they want to see the president fail on the number one campaign promise. I said it many times. They’re putting their hatred of this president above their responsibilities to secure this border.”

“They can’t be ignorant to what’s happening,” Homan, a longtime veteran of immigration enforcement, continued. “All you got to do is watch the videos, watch the borders. The borders … I’ve done this 34 years. It is unprecedented. I’ve never seen it this bad on the border. They’re sitting there watching the parade go by. Nothing is happening and they’re watching.”

The former ICE director, who stated that 9 out of 10 immigrant families don’t even show up to their court hearing, claimed that the situation is “out of control” and the “worse I’ve ever seen it.”

Homan’s remarks come as the situation at the southern border continues to escalate. A total of 109,144 illegal immigrants were either apprehended or turned back at the border in April.

The numbers marked the second consecutive month where immigrant encounters topped 100,000. Apprehensions at the border have risen steadily every month since January.

President Trump, who has made immigration a cornerstone of his agenda, has begun to implement a number of directives to stop the crisis, such as border wall construction and changes to asylum procedures. Many of his efforts, however, have been challenged by congressional Democrats.

“The Democrats: They want to attack the Border Patrol, they want to attack ICE,” Homan said on Friday, calling on ICE to reform immigration laws instead of attacking immigration officials. “Congress would much rather abolish the agency or tear the agency apart than do their job and legislate common sense immigration reform.”

“It was an attack on men and women of law enforcement trying to move the burden from themselves over to the fine men and women of ICE and the Border Patrol who put their lives on the line everyday for this country,” he continued.

This wasn’t the first time Homan slammed congressional Democrats for a lack of progress on border enforcement. The former ICE leader claimed earlier in May that the President should simply “forget” about Congress if he wants to solve the border crisis.

VP Pence Demands Democrats To Remove Rep. Omar From Foreign Affairs Committee

Vice President Mike Pence just made a move and demanded Rep. Ilhan Omar to be removed from House Foreign Affairs Committee.

On Friday, the Vice President renewed his demand for Democrats to remove freshman lawmaker Rep. Ilhan Omar, of her seat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

“Ilhan Omar has made statements … anti-semetic comments … Statements against our most cherished ally: Israel … that ought to be rejected by every American,” VP Pence said during an interview with “Fox and Friends.” “And frankly the fact that very recently she has been trying to blame the United States of America for the deprivation and poverty brought on by the dictatorship in Venezuela.”

Rep. Omar first drew the ire of Republicans on Capitol Hill and political allies of Trump’s administration when she tweeted her disrespect for a pro-Israel influence in Congress.

Recently, Rep. Omar blamed U.S. policy toward Venezuela for the ongoing humanitarian crisis, telling left-leaning news organization “Democracy Now,” “A lot of the policies that we have put in place has kind of helped lead the devastation in Venezuela. And we’ve sort of set the stage for where we’re arriving today.”

Rep. Omar got her seat in Congress as part of the so-called blue wave last November that placed a historic amount of women and women of color in the House of Representatives, giving Democrats the majority back in that chamber.

Along with freshmen allies like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Rep. Omar’s progressive stances on the economy, social issues, and foreign policy have given Trump even more supporters for the 2020 election cycle.

President Trump himself has shown no restraint in slamming Rep. Omar and her fiery rhetoric, saying on few occasions she “has a way about her” that is “very unpatriotic.”

This week, while speaking at an event in Minnesota, Mike Pence alluded to Rep. Omar’s remarks costing her the seat she holds in Congress.

“The people of Minnesota will decide whether or not she remains in Congress,” VP Mike Pence said. “Congresswoman Omar has no place on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Democratic leadership out to remove her.”

Trump’s Campaign Blasts Ilhan Omar Using Her Own Words Against Her After She Criticized The President’s Rally Response

President Trump’s official campaign used Rep. Ilhan Omar’s own words against her after she criticized President Trump for his response to a supporter who suggested shooting illegal immigrants as a way to stop them.

“This was hard to watch and listen to but unsurprising that Trump would laugh about shooting people who come to our country seeking a better life,” The Democratic Minnesota Rep. Omar tweeted on Thursday. Her remarks were in reference to an exchange that President Trump had one day prior while he was holding a rally in Florida.

During the rally, the President rhetorically asked the attending crowd how to stop the slew of immigrants illegally entering the United States. After an attendee shouted out “shoot them,” President Trump commented that “only in the panhandle can you get away with that statement.”

President Trump’s 2020 campaign fired back at Rep. Omar’s criticism with a clip of the Minnesota congresswoman from back in 2013 where she shrug off the idea that the Islamic-terror organizations al-Qaeda and Hezbollah are dangerous and mocked Americans who believe it.

Omar, and fellow Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib became America’s first Muslim congresswomen when sworn into office back in January. Their time in office has been entangled in allegations of anti-Semitism and anti-American sentiments.

Rep. Omar has defended anti-Israeli statements, such as ones invoking Allah to expose Israel’s “evil doings” and also faced criticism from both sides of the aisle for promoting anti-Semitic canards such as that Jews’ support of Israel is paid for and that they have a dual loyalty to America and Israel.

The congresswoman had a fundraiser with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a notable pro-Palestinian organization with alleged ties to Islamic terror groups. The U.S. Department of Justice listed CAIR as an unindicted co-conspirator in funding millions of dollars to Hamas. Additionally, the United Arab Emirates named CAIR a terrorist organization along with al-Qaeda and the Islamic State since back in 2014.

While speaking to the audience at a CAIR event, Rep. Omar described the 9/11 terrorist attacks as merely an event where “some people did something.”

Mitch McConnell Claimed That Any 2020 Democrat Candidate Will Try To ‘Turn America Into a Socialist Country’ – It’s Not Just Bernie Sanders

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell warned the U.S. citizen that it won’t just be self-described Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders who pushes socialism from the Democratic primary, every candidate is doing it.

So far, 21 Democrats have entered the 2020 presidential primary with a goal to take down President Trump. Some of the candidates are proud to embrace far-left policy proposals, like Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, and other Democrats are running more moderate campaigns.

While candidates like Joe Biden and Amy Klobuchar may be playing to middle-of-the-road voters, McConnell stated that he doesn’t believe they would run the Oval Office from the middle.

On Thursday, during a Fox News interview, McConnell told host Sean Hannity that he believes any of the 2020 Democrat candidates would set America on a path to socialism, specifically when it comes to government-controlled health care.

“Even the [candidates] who declare themselves moderates will say, with regard to health care, that they want the public option. There won’t be any private health insurance if you have the public option because the government will always sell you the insurance cheaper. So, no matter how they choose to characterize themselves, you can bet that whether it’s Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, or somebody else, the nominee for president on the Democratic side is going to be on a path to try to turn America into a socialist country.” He said.

Although Mitch McConnell clearly has concerns about the 2020 Democratic candidate pool, he does not seem to be worried about the candidates success in the 2020 election passing a socialist agenda, at least not with him in control of the Senate.

“We’re not going to let that happen. Donald Trump’s still in the White House and as long I’m majority leader in the Senate, I get to set the agenda. That’s why I call myself the grim reaper. We will not have the Green New Deal, we will not have Medicare-for-none as long as I’m majority leader of the Senate.” Said McConnell.

While it is impossible to know how the 2020 Democratic candidates would handle the Oval Office, McConnell is corrected that most of the top candidates have endorsed some type of big-government, socialist proposal, including the Green New Deal, tuition-free college and Medicare for All.
