‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Actor Cheers President Trump For Supporting The Black Agenda – Slams Barack Obama For Not

“Grey’s Anatomy” actor Isaiah Washington praised President Trump for supporting the black agenda last week and slammed former former President Barack Obama for not.

“Washington was at the White House to see the celebrate a prison reform bill, the First Step Act, which is focused on inmate rehabilitation,” as reported by The Daily Mail.

“Congress passed legislation last year called the First Step Act that gives judges more discretion when sentencing some drug offenders and boosts prisoner rehabilitation efforts.” they added.

“I voted for 44 twice. I even checked my emails in his Senate Office while lobbying for Salone to be given another chance to rebrand,” Isaiah Washington tweeted.

“Not once in 8 years was I given any support regarding Africa or the Black Agenda, but 45 invites me to the WH to celebrate the #FirstStepAct”

“Those who know, know that I’m not a Democrat or a Republican,” Washington continued in another tweet.

“I will work w/h anyone as long as things get done. The #FirstStepAct was passed on December 21, 2018 w/h the hard work of @JessyMichele @LouislReed @VanJones68 and @cut_50 I’m proud to stand with them all today.”

“I may have 99 problems with 45, but mass incarceration ain’t one of them,” Washington later added.

After receiving backlash on social media from those who did not want to see him support President Trump, Washington encouraged people to turn off CNN and othe cimilar left-wing media and go learn about the First Step Act.

“Please stop @ ing me with your hate and ignorance before properly researching the #FirstStepAct and @cut_50 I’m really embarrassed for y’all. Come on now,” Washington tweeted. “You can be better by doing better. And one more thing! Do yourselves a favor and Turn Off @CNN Self Care is tantamount!”

Former Starbucks CEO Schultz Claims He Can Steal ‘Millions’ Of Republicans From Trump Because Of One Personal Factor

Former Starbucks CEO and a liberal Independent who’s running for president Howard Schultz, said that he feels very confident that he can steal millions of Republican votes from President Trump in 2020 election. Why? Because Howie claims he has good character.

“On character alone, there are millions of lifelong Republicans who do not want to vote for this president and they’re not going for Bernie Sanders,” Schultz told CNN. “The reason they’re dissatisfied is character, morality.”

Schultz also admits he’s surprised by the virulent opposition he is facing from the left. “We expected there would be a level of resistance, but not to the degree it came. It’s kind of softened a little bit. Now I think they’re focused on Joe Biden.”

Schultz warned the Democratic Party that they cannot unseat President Donald Trump with their far-left positions because the majority of Americans oppose socialism.

“I have no understanding why they believe that an extreme position that resembles socialism is going to defeat Donald Trump,” Schultz said. “It’s not going to happen.”

Meanwhile, Schultz is deluding himself and thinks that he can peel off voters from President Trump. The president currently enjoys far grater support from the GOP than anyone could’ve expected.

Even former Never-Trumpers have lined up behind the president. The reasons are twofold: First, they’ve seen how he boosted the economy. Second, they are terrified by the radical left’s embrace of open borders, mass illegal immigration, and socialism.

While Howard Schultz is no longer Starbucks’ CEO, millions of Americans remember that the coffee chain prioritized Muslim refugees over U.S. veterans with its pledge to hire 10,000 refugees. Trump supporters also had a hard time to forget how Starbucks employees bullied a woman simply for wearing a Trump t-shirt.

Pete Buttigieg Calls Evangelicals ‘Hypocrites’ For Supporting President Trump

On Sunday, Democratic mayor and presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg appeared on “Meet The Press” and argued that evangelicals who support President Trump are hypocrites.

“It’s something that frustrates me because the hypocrisy is unbelievable,” said Buttigieg, defending past comments he made about the president’s religion.

“Here you have somebody that not only acts in a way that’s not consistent with anything I hear in scripture, lifting up those among us, immigrants, focusing your efforts on the poor but personally how you’re supposed to conduct yourself, not look at me-ism but humbling yourself among others. Foot washing is a central image in the new testament,” Buttigieg continued.

“We see the diametric opposite of that in this presidency. I think there was a cynical process where he decided to, for example, pretend to be pro-life and govern accordingly which was good enough to bring many evangelicals over to his side. But even on the version of Christianity that you hear from the religious right, which is about sexual ethics, I cannot believe that somebody who was caught writing hush money to adult film actresses is somebody they should be lifting up as the kind of person you want leading this nation,” he concluded.

“Mayor Pete’s” candidacy was announced back in January, he made news criticizing President Trump’s religion before. Last month, he even called Vice President Mike Pence the “Cheerleader for the porn-star presidency” during a CNN town hall.

“I’m reluctant to comment on another person’s faith, but I would say it is hard to look at this president’s actions and believe that they’re the actions of somebody who believes in God,” Buttigieg said to Kirsten Powers, according to an op-ed in USA Today.

His support has increased as shown in the polls. On Wednesday, he also attended a fundraiser in Hollywood where he spoke to celebrities and workers alike about his plan for this country.

WH Chief of Staff Tears Into Democrats: ‘Mexico Has Done More’ Than The Dems To Stop Illegal Immigration Crisis

Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney slammed Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats for their inaction on the southern border crisis, claiming that Mexico has “done more” than them to prevent illegal immigration into our country.

Mulvaney appeared in an interview with “Fox News Sunday” host Bill Hemmer and explained that Mexico has stepped up to help restrain the flow of illegal immigrants from Central America into America by throwing up roadblocks on their passage through the country.

Mulvaney explained that from the steps taken in the past week one can easily suggest that there was more effort from Mexico than the Democrats to prevent the immigrant flow at the southern border.

“In the last week, Mexico really has stepped it up for the very first time. They’re preventing people from coming in on their own southern border down towards Guatemala and Honduras and they’re also accepting more of the folks that cross into the United States back into Mexico.”

“In fact — and I know it’s hard to imagine — but again, Nancy Pelosi runs the Democrats in Congress. Mexico has done more in the last week to help our illegal immigration crisis than Nancy Pelosi and Democrats in the House.” said Mulvaney.

Mulvaney also explained that illegal immigration has been the President’s “number one” issue since entering the White House, despite resistance from the Dems after they gained control of the House at the start of the year.

As Mulvaney stated, President Trump cares about other issues, but the security of the country must come before addressing many other issues, like health care.

“This is his number one priority. Keep in mind, dealing with health care is nice, dealing with the economy is nice. The president’s first responsibility is to defend the integrity and safety of the nation. And we really do believe — and I think, again, most folks are starting to agree with us now — that the situation at the border is a national security crisis.” said Mulvaney.

Last week, President Trump rolled back on his threat to completely close the border with Mexico after he saw them responding to the migrant crisis, however, he has left the option of adding tariffs onto Mexican goods, should the situation change.

Girl’s Parents Outraged After She Accused Teacher Of Forbidding Her To Pick Trump As ‘Hero’ For Project, But Allows Obama

Reports came that parents in Lake Ronkomkoma, New York were outraged when their daughter was allegedly forbidden from choosing President Trump as her favorite hero for a class project while at the same event another student was allowed to choose former President Obama.

Long Island News 12 reported that sixth graders at Samoset Middle School had a class project to choose one figure they looked up to as their favorite hero. The students should also write a report on why they believed the person they chose represents a heroic figure.

Bella Moscato told her teacher that she wanted her report to be on President Donald Trump, but she alleges that she didn’t get the same support as other students received. She claims the teacher barred her from choosing the president for the project in front of her classmates and told her to find herself a new hero.

“She said that I wasn’t allowed to do Donald Trump because he spreads negativity and says bad stuff about women,” said Moscato for News 12. “The thing I didn’t get is she was okay with someone doing Barack Obama, but not okay with doing Donald Trump. That’s what got me angry and I didn’t like that.”

Moscato’s parents were in outraged after they heard that their child’s request to write about Trump was denied while another student was allowed to choose Obama as his or her favorite hero.

Arthur Moscato, the girl’s father, spoke out about his daughter’s treatment at a school board meeting, telling the board, “My daughter’s hero is the president of our country. I can’t believe that anybody in the school would tell my daughter that something — that that guy can’t be her hero. I’m incensed by this.”

Valarie Moscato, the girl’s mother, called the incident “frustrating” and stated that she believes her young daughter should have had her First Amendment right to express her opinion protected by the school system.

“It was really upsetting to me that she was trying to shut her down,” Valarie said.

Dr. Kenneth Graham, the school’s superintendent, claimed that the student wasn’t actually forbidden from choosing the president for her project. He released a statement in which he claimed that Moscato’s story was “not accurate.”

However, the Moscato family spoke for News 12 and told them that this is an attempt to pin the story on their daughter, rather than address their teacher.

“My story is not inaccurate. My daughter didn’t lie,” Arthur said during the board meeting, adding, “No one should make a child feel that way.”

Many people on social media agreed with Moscato, several people are even announcing support for the student’s project on Twitter.

In response to all the chaos, the school board stated that they would not be discussing the alleged incident with the public, but they would be investigating it completely to see what really happened.

Ben Carson: More Than $25B Committed To ‘Opportunity Zones’ In Inner Cities Thanks To Trump

Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson announced big numbers while describing the early successes of President Trump‘s executive order forming “Opportunity Zones” in low-income, urban areas.

Carson stated that private businesses are committed to spending $25 billion in inner cities throughout the U.S., pledging to build businesses in areas that weak or abandoned economically.

Ben Carson told Fox Business host Stuart Varney that companies are creating new jobs and opening new businesses in large cities throughout our country, capturing the excitement of Republicans and Democrats alike.

“We already have over 25 billion dollars committed to ‘opportunity zones.’ I’ve had the opportunity to visit several of them and just last Friday, I was in St. Louis where an old, abandoned foundry is serving as the nidus for the entire area and the opportunity zone. They’re going to have entertainment. They’re going to have grocery stores. They’re going to have apartments. They’re going to have businesses for employment, training. All kinds of things going on and an enormous amount of excitement. And the best thing is there were Republicans there and Democrats there and they were all having a good time together.” said Carson.

He also explained that this administration is very optimistic about the development of “opportunity zones” because it has a potential to lead to long-term investments in the city instead of temporary assistance to those in need. The President’s executive order offered a tax incentive for businesses to invest in “opportunity zones.” The longer the businesses stay, the more the incentive grows.

“The real difference with these opportunity zones is that the investment doesn’t really pay off until [the business] has been there for five years,” Carson explained, as he noted that the largest incentive doesn’t kick in until the company has been operating for at least ten years.

You’re going to be very interested in your return on investment so you’re not just going to walk away,” he explained. “That’s really going to make a big difference. That’s never been done before.”

The unemployment rates in inner cities is often well above the national average, with part of the problem being that not many businesses are willing to try to develop in economically unstable areas.

When Trump announced his executive order forming the “opportunity zones,” he explained that he believes the program will ensure that every American is lifted by the recent economic boom of our country.

“Our goal is to make sure America’s great new prosperity is broadly shared by all our citizens,” said the President, later adding, “No citizen will be forgotten, no community will be ignored, and no American will be left on the sidelines.”

Planned Parenthood Executive Who Turned Pro-Life Advocate Challenged Alyssa Milano On Abortion

This Friday, Planned Parenthood executive who turned pro-life advocate Abby Johnson challenged actress Alyssa Milano over her many efforts to expand abortion, like recently in the state of Georgia.

Johnson, the person who wrote the memoir which the film “Unplanned” is based on, told Milano and her “tiny bun” to go see the film or stop talking.

“I’m hoping that [Alyssa Milano] will muster up the courage to go see the [“Unplanned” movie],” Johnson posted on Twitter, tagging the actress.

The fiery Texan added, “If you are willing to advocate for abortion, but unwilling to actually see what you support, then you and your tiny bun really have no relevancy in this conversation.”

No one was shocked that, Milano has yet to respond to Johnson, though the tweet has racked up close to 25,000 likes on Saturday morning.

The ex “Who’s the Boss” actress made herself the face of a campaign to stop a pro-life bill in Georgia, H.B. 481, the Living Infants Fairness and Equality (LIFE) Act, dubbed the “heartbeat bill.” The legislation, which waits the signature from Governor Brian Kemp (R-GA), will make it a crime to murder unborn children with a detectable heartbeat, which typically happens around six weeks gestation.

In a letter penned by Milano and signed by about 50 actors, the Hollywood elites are threatening to boycott the state if the heartbeat bill passes.

“We can’t imagine being elected officials who had to say to their constituents, “I enacted a law that was so evil, it chased billions of dollars out of our state’s economy.” It’s not the most effective campaign slogan, but rest assured we’ll make it yours should it come to pass,” the letter threatens. “This is the precipice on which you stand.”

Last week Johnson actually had a more direct reply to this on Facebook.

“You know, these actors who keep saying they are going to boycott certain states because they are trying to ban abortion…I just don’t believe them,” posted the pro-life advocate. “I mean, I wish they would just go ahead and do it. They said they were going to leave the country after Trump was elected and they are still flipping here. Just go away already! Stop getting our hopes up! And while they are at it, stay out of Texas, too.”

The website stated that Johnson spent 8 at the abortion mill, quickly rising through the ranks to become the company’s youngest clinic director. She began to notice that “[a]bortion was a product Planned Parenthood was selling, not an unfortunate necessity they were fighting to decrease.” And in October of 2009, Johnson resigned after assisting with an ultrasound-guided abortion of a 13-week-old baby.

“At that moment, she fully realized what abortion actually was and what she had dedicated her life to,” says the site. “As it washed over Abby, a dramatic transformation had occurred. Desperate and confused, Abby sought help from a local pro-life group. She swore that she would begin to advocate for life in the womb and expose abortion for what it truly is.”

“Unplanned” rates very high at the box office despite large TV networks refusing to run the film’s ads, big tech censorship, and a controversial “R” rating from the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).

Milano claims to believe women, to care about “issues plaguing humanity,” but, she has yet to listen to the other side of the abortion debate, from a woman who’s experienced the horrors of abortion and its industry firsthand.

Chelsea Handler Blames President Trump For Her ‘Midlife Identity Crisis’ & Taking Pot To Cope

Comedian Chelsea Handler appeared on Friday night’s “Real Time With Bill Maher,” and blamed the 2016 election of President Trump for a “midlife identity crisis” that resulted in her seeing a psychiatrist.

The liberal comedian also discussed how taking up “cannabis” helped her cope with the crisis.

“I had to pay a psychiatrist to listen to me bitch about Donald Trump for about the first three weeks,” Handler told host Bill Maher.

“And then once when we got past that and we got to the real stuff, I realized the parallel there was my world becoming unhinged when I was a little girl, my brother died when I was nine years old. I had never related the two, but for me, as I can imagine it must have been for so many people, it was a huge emotional trigger of everything being destabilized and I realized just how spoiled and privileged I had been all my life to realize, to be this upset and this on-a-ten every day and the outrage and the anger, I just wanted to fucking fight people, you know? And I was like, ‘I gotta to go see a psychiatrist.’” said Handler.

Host Maher then opened up the subject of President Trump having “led” Handler to “smoking pot.”

“The best part of it is you found weed,” he said.

“I pivoted [from alcohol] toward weed and cannabis and for me as an active and high strung person, the cannabis was a gateway drug to meditation,” Handler said.

During a later discussion in the interview about the concept of “self-flagellating” oneself for being white, Chelsea Handler took issue with host Maher’s contention that it was counter-productive.

“I think self-flagellation is good with regard to this,” said Chelsea Handler. “I think we’ve misbehaved for so long that we need to get our shit together.”

GOP Senator Tears Into Dem Committee Chair – Calls Him ‘Dumb’ For ‘Screwing’ Trump With His Tax Return Request

Senator John Kennedy slammed the Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal for his “dumb” attempt in requesting President Trump’s tax returns, saying that his means is only to “screw with the president.”

The Republican senator appeared on CNN’s “The Lead” on Friday, and defended President Trump after Neal demanded from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) six years of the president’s business and personal tax returns.

Richard Neal is arguing that they need to see how well the IRS is auditing all taxpayers, including the president.

“I can’t believe he really thinks the American people are going to fall for that,” Kennedy said in response to the claim. “It must really suck to be that dumb.”

“Look, this is very simple. Mr. Neal wants to screw with the president. He doesn’t think the president ought to be president. Well, you know, words can’t express how much I don’t care.” he continued.

“Congress, as a co-equal branch of government, has a duty to conduct oversight of departments and officials,” said Neal in a statement on Wednesday after sending the letter to IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig. “The Ways and Means Committee in particular has a responsibility to conduct oversight of our voluntary Federal tax system and determine how Americans — including those elected to our highest office — are complying with those laws.”

“This is wildly dishonest,” Kennedy said. “This is thoroughly in bad faith. And I don’t blame the president for pushing back.”

On Thursday, Kennedy told CNN that he “would like to” see President Trump’s tax returns but believes he has “legitimate reason” in not releasing them.

However, Trump responded to the request and told reporters at the White House that he is currently under audit.

“We’re under audit despite what people said, and we’re working that out as — I’m always under audit it seems, but I’ve been under audit for many years because the numbers are big, and I guess when you have a name, you’re audited, but until such time as I’m not under audit, I would not be inclined to do that,” said President Trump.

George Mason University Students Don’t Feel ‘Safe’ & ‘Happy’ With Brett Kavanaugh On Their Campus

Some students from George Mason University want Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh released from his summer teaching position because of sexual misconduct allegations against him that’d been widely discredited.

On Friday, WDVM News reported that Kavanaugh is slated to teach a course on the originals of the American Constitution at the university’s Antonin Scalia Law School in the U.K. from July 22 to Aug. 2, but his appointment is being protested.

“It is a rare opportunity for students to learn from a Supreme Court justice, and we believe that contributes to making our law program uniquely valuable for our students,” said a statement from the law school.

But Kavanaugh’s student detractors are not seeing the Supreme Court justice’s presence as an opportunity, but as a threat to their safety.

“As a survivor — as a student who comes to this university and expects to have a good education — to experience a happy, safe place, I am insulted,” student Elijah Nichols said for WDVM. Nichols suggested that the hiring of Brett Kavanaugh showed contempt for students’ safety.

As of Apr. 5, as many as 2,900 people had endorsed a Change.org petition that demands GMU rescind the Kavanaugh appointment and issue a formal apology to “survivors” of sexual assault. Twitter also features a #CancelKavanaugh hashtag that is compiling opposition to the judge.
